graded us (the wedding couple) to a 2-room suite at no additional cost. We worked with Roberta behind the scenes, who was great to work with! Rating this hotel 4/5 because the breakfast was not included (I think it was $15 per person) and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the bathroom got very steamy (not sure if all of the rooms are like that or not).

ere so things may get better. The sales director, bartender, chef, and rooms were all amazing! I really believe it was our contact/coordinator that was the problem. I’d still suggest giving them a try - the food is SO GOOD!

planned on my wedding day, and I owe it to Maggie--my wedding day coordinator. Maggie was very prompt with communicating with the rest of my vendors. I had more than one food tasting, made adjustments to certain meals, yet the team was very accommodating. Consequently, everyone enjoyed their meals! I also appreciated their complimentary suite (night of wedding) and breakfast the following day. Thank you very much to Maggie and the rest of her team, for their hard-work in making sure my wedding day was a success!

quick to answer questions and great with follow-up. We appreciated her attention to detail and how gracious she was with her time. She was friendly, personable, and professional, and did a fantastic job coordinating a bunch of small but crucial details, including working closely with several vendors. The ballroom space worked perfectly for our 95 person guest count, and all of the staff were attentive and helpful. Angela and her staff were able to accommodate not only multiple dietary requests but also a special health situation—the groom has multiple sclerosis (MS) and is sensitive to temperature variation—which made it important to keep the room on the cooler side. We found the catering minimum to be reasonable compared to other downtown venues, and it was awesome to have a complimentary room that night and complimentary breakfast the next morning. Amidst the stress of wedding planning it was a real relief to know that the reception preparation was in such good hands, and thanks to Angela, the event couldn’t have gone any more smoothly. We received many compliments on our venue choice and how beautiful the space was, and highly recommend that any engaged couple keep it in mind when planning their wedding reception.
