Wonderful upgrade on the room! The side balcony was super private with chairs to enjoy the view. The view up here was breathtaking! Right on the beach. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for!!!

g, Jackie and Jamie both assisted us with check in and check out and we were given a card for two free drinks from the bar. Even the maintenance workers coming out of the elevator greeted us. If I could give more than 5 stars to this hotel for the level of service we received, I would. Keep up the great work.

I would have given 5 stars but the last 2 nights they moved someone into the room next to us. There was an adjoining door to their room & you could every word spoken. Unfortunately the lady talked on the phone all night. I had to turn my tv on to keep from listening to her. There really needs to be some kind of sound proofing done. Otherwise, great trip.
