The hotel is nice but we had problems while planning our daughter’s wedding at Lakes at Lacey. Joni, the manager assured us 1 year in advance that we would have plenty of shuttles ...for our event. 2 weeks prior, Joni was out of the office & I was told there were NONE for our event!. We finally were given 2 shuttles to take guests to the hotel but this was not enough. I would not recommend this hotel.
