Doubletree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley Scottsdale

Fantastic service, fantastic food and a fantastic staff. Three weeks later our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how wonderfully the staff treated them.

We were married in April at Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort and everything from the garden ceremony to the reception was perfect! The wedding coordinator, Allison Whittset, coordinated and organized everything so well there was not one hitch the whole day. We did not want a hotel wedding, but when we saw the garden where the ceremonies take place at this hotel, it did not feel like a hotel at all. The garden is intimate and green and the flowers are beautiful, so much so that we didn't have to decorate the ceremony site at all. The reception was so well coordinated and the food is wonderful. Everything was on schedule and we were well taken care of at the end of the night! I would highly recommend this hotel for your wedding and reception!

After our location went bankrupt we had little time to plan for our reception and went crazy making phone calls and visits to many hotels. We narrowed this down to two "The Plaza or Doubletree Paradise valley resort. Plaza was cheaper but we felt the Doubletree was a little nicer. So while we decided the wedding coordinator Allison called or emailed to ask if we had any questions or if there was anything she can do. She was just amazing!!! The lady at the Plaza took a week to get back on questions we had and to be honest we did not want that happening the week of our wedding. So we accepted the extra costs into our budget and did what we both felt was the best decision we ever made for this special day!!! The reception at the doubletree turned out amazing and there was not a ounce of stress because of Allison, I would highly recomend all of my friends, family and Brides to consider the Doubletree. Once you meet Allison I think your search will be over!

It was BEAUTIFUL. They have an amazing outdoor garden area for the ceremony...complete with a wrought iron gazebo perfect for flowers to frame the bride and groom. The people on staff at this location were all so helpful and professional...and the on site event planner was just awesome...she made the whole experience so easy. The food was AMAZING...probably the best wedding food I have ever had! The event rooms are gorgeous...the whole facility was just perfect...it was everything I had imagined for my wedding.

The planning process was very easy because the packages provided included the cake champagne etc. The resort coordinator Allison Whitsett was helpful.;The food we tasted during our 'menu tasting' was much better quality than what was served at the wedding. Also we ordered halibut but we were served salmon. Also they did not give us the suite we were promised at the resort so they sent us somewhere else for the night but we never recieved the in room breakfast we were promised.
