le. As a manager he would tell us one price for a private room for our after party, but when the time came it was double the price. We still rented the room, despite the double price, and was told the bar would be open until 1-1:30, the bar CLOSED at 12:30! Which is actually a shame on them because we had about 40-50 people paying for their drinks. Since my husband and I were busy the day of the wedding, I specifically called our person of contact the week of the wedding and told him the name of the person who would be checking us in. When he went to go check in our room at 4pm, our room wasn't ready!! So after my wedding and reception I had to then miss some of my after party to check in my room.
Thankfully this was my only vendor that was awful to deal with and my wedding and reception was amazing! Just want other brides and grooms to let them know that even though the hotel was beautiful, the managers are hard to deal with.

e so than a regular hotel room. The bar area was centrally located and open late with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy post wedding and the restaurant had wonderful food. It was also located directly across from several restaurant and shopping locations for anyone who arrived early or forgot something and there was quick access to major highways for those traveling home after the wedding.

great with keeping us all informed (I live out of state in OK) and keeping everything running smoothly the night before during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. The staff was wonderful, polite, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Loved that they only do one wedding a day, so we weren't rushed from place to place, and the photographer had fun placing us about the hotel for various shots. Definitely recommend Doubletree in Plymouth Meeting for anyone looking to use them as their wedding venue!
