Dough was founded in 2010 by Chef, Fany Gerson, as a celebration of the doughnut. Inspired by her Mexican heritage as well as European influences, Fany set out to craft an iconic version of this classic treat.
After months of work in the kitchen perfecting her recipe, Fany now provides the world with a unique, refined doughnut that strikes the perfect balance of flavor and texture.
Dough's doughnuts are handmade with love and care. Workers passionately master the craft of doughnut making through a hands-on approach that focuses on freshness and fullness of flavor.
When you visit the shops, you can see how the doughnuts are made. The transparency of the process is based on the philosophy that buying a doughnut is an experience, not just a product.

These are our favorite doughnuts and they did not disappoint for the wedding! They even have vegan doughnuts to appease the pickiest of dessert lovers!!! SO GOOD!!!

But despite being super affordable, I never once for a second felt as if I had traded down having Dough Brooklyn provide an array of their incredible, flavored doughnuts as our dessert course.
It's also instant color-coordination, depending upon what flavors you go with. Hibiscus, my favorite, was the perfect shade of electric pink to go with my theme!
They arrived looking as perfect and fluffy as always, and when the waitstaff began bringing them around on trays people were able to grab one with a napkin and continue breaking it down on the dance floor. It was a delight to see and we can now reminisce about our wedding any Sunday my husband gets up early enough to buy a couple from the nearest location. Thank you, Dough!
