Dova Records aka Francisco Cordova is a fraud and I DO NOT recommend him at all. He reached out to my company and offered his DJ services for our grand opening celebration. He requested a deposit that we sent to him and then he no showed us on the day of our grand opening. Leaving us with no DJ for our event and till this day we have not received our deposit back. We have spoken with Francisco a few times and all he does is promise to return the deposit by a specific date and then does not follow through. Francisco Cordova and this company is a scam. Francisco‘s word means nothing, it is all lies and I hope this review reaches any person who is interested in booking him. This is no longer about the $100 deposit he owes us. This is about principle and I hope to put an end to this fraud service. I had to give one star because there is nothing lower! DO NOT USE FRANCISCO OR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

The first time we used DJ Dova he was great. The second time, he promised soo much for our Infinite Growth Expo took our $4,300 and backed out 3 weeks before. He wasnt ae to refund us our money, we scambled to find a replacement on such short notice and to come up with thw money to pay for a new DJ. To this date he hasnt repaid 1 cent back. And still has our $4,300. Buyer beware to not pay anything aheaf of time, no matter what deal he gives you.

100% Unsatisfied I knew this DJ personally through family & friends. Originally I admired his work, so I recommended him for our big family event thinking we were in great hands. However when we trusted him with our nieces Quince it was a complete disappointment of services. We paid him for the full package as he sold us on the holiday discount, we even paid extra for special dry ice fog & sparklers. When the day came he canceled on us last minute. Hasn't gave us a dime of refund for the any of the services promised or any of the extra items we rented & sent us a random DJ. The worst part was we later found out the he knew way in advance that he was never going to DJ our event...just took our money & came up with an excuse last minute to send a random stranger to DJ. When we confronted him about his 0 services provided that he promised he was rude obnoxious & never took responsibility or apologized. It was such a horrible experience working with DJ Dova. His Instagram has 15,000 followers but unfortunately no one mentions his unprofessionalism and how he treats his clients. He will take your money & pick & choose if he wants to deliver. It should be a crime how he rips people off. I'm hoping this review will save others the trouble so their big event doesn't get ruined. His slogan is "providing peace of mind on your big day" but unfortunately all he provided was worry, stress & disappointment. I really don't like to leave bad reviews because I have a business myself but I'm hoping others don't make the same mistake.

Great initial conversation. Upbeat, quick in responding. We had a contract that he would provide uplights, monogram, stage lights and assured me he would be there 3 hours early to set up. I was so excited as I really had faith he would keep his word. Sadly, he showed up 30 minutes before the event started. NO UPLIGHTS, no dance floor lighting, no fog machine and the monogram was a joke. He was very demanding to the staff at the venue. I spoke with him after the event and expressed my disappointment, and he basically shrugged it off. No apology, no explanation, no refund offered, nothing. I decided to write him an email and he totally ignored me. He did not provide what he promised in his contract and didn't even bother to really care. I totally got taken advantage of. He is very unprofessional. Beware, he will not honor the contract.
