Amanda was so helpful, patient, and just took charge during the entire process. She not only handled many of the cancellations for the first date that had to be cancelled, but she also was invaluable with everything for the replacement date. We could not have done it without her.

Amanda made our wedding so much more enjoyable and easy. We used her as a day of coordinator with some help before hand with planning. She thought of every big or little detail and fixed every big or little problem. Best part- she made SURE we sat down and had a plate of food which is what everyone misses at their wedding. I highly recommend her. Her price is so affordable for the talent she brings.

Amanda-Lynn was amazing on our wedding day! My fiance and I were in need of a day of coordinator. We had gone through the process of finding our own vendors and location in the year leading up to our big day. As we got closer, it became very clear we were going to need help the day of so we could focus on each other and having a great time with our guests. Following conversations with a few local providers, Dovetail seemed like the perfect fit - conversations with Amanda-Lynn just felt right and she brought a level of excitement that was above and beyond. In addition to helping us on our day, Amanda-Lynn provided us with some info that was helpful as we planned out the details of our special day. On the day of the wedding, she showed up at the venue early, helped coordinate the vendors and set up to ensure our venue was exactly what we wanted. Her and her assistant also stayed late to pick up and organize all of our DIY wedding decor and items so the next day all we had to do was pick up our items from the venue. The day went smoothly and our guests had an amazing time. Amanda-Lynn kept us on track for our timelines and everything seemed to flow so well the day of - we didnt have anything to worry about. I would highly recommend Dovetail to anyone who is seeking out a coordinator - her and her assistant did an amazing job for us!

Y'ALL. We had a dream team for our wedding, but Amanda, with Dovetail, was by far the star of the show. She was always extremely timely with all of her responses, did things that we never could have expected of her (calligraphy on a mirror the day of + a million other special details), and was a perfect mix of professional and super comfortable with us. I, to this day, want to get drinks with her just to learn more about her. She kept an organized list of all of our vendors (and their payment dates), and she followed up with all of them leading up to the wedding. I was very overwhelmed with the whole wedding planning process since my husband and I have busy jobs, but Amanda made everything seamless and perfect. She is the reason why our wedding turned out the way it did...PERFECT!

I recommend Amanda-Lynn to anyone and everyone! We planned our wedding from out of state and Amanda-Lynn made the days leading up to our wedding a breeze. She took care of coordinating with vendors, set up, and take down. She even made sure we had food at the reception. We were able to just enjoy the day and celebrate with family and I can’t thank her enough.

A very “hands-on” bride on a budget, I was reluctant to hire a Day of Coordinator as I didn’t want to feel pressured into more “services” than I bargained for. I was so relieved when I found Dovetail Wedding Coordination and read about Amanda’s vision for her company. Her Day of Coordination Service was exactly what I needed and was comfortable signing up for. Amanda was personable and easy to work with, very kind and supportive, and extremely helpful throughout the weeks before the wedding. I can’t emphasize just how invaluable it is just to have someone else by your side absorbing all the logistical information and just “taking care” of things. And that is exactly what Amanda and her team did for us - finalizing details with the vendors, creating the timelines, making sure the decor and details were just how I visioned, and touching base with me every step of the way. I also hired her to run the rehearsal to make sure everything was perfect and it was. During the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and the Dovetail team kept us informed and on task throughout the evening. Everything went very smoothly and I was very thankful to have them on board overseeing it all. I highly recommend this trustworthy, sweet, and very talented coordinator!!!

Amanda was amazing and made my day so special!! I didn't know where to start with planning (and booked less than 6 months out) and she helped walk me through it all with calls/texts/emails/visits (I am in CA) and helped me research vendors, get quotes, know the right questions to ask, help me with all my indecisiveness :) and more. Rehearsal and day of she pulled off a seamless 200 person wedding which I know was so much work! Everyone enjoyed working with her (especially me!) and I couldn't have ask for a more perfect day! I could not be more overjoyed with Amanda-Lynn and her team. Amanda-Lynn is a wonderful wedding coordinator, it is in her blood. She provided confidence in areas I was unsure of and suggested ideas that I would have never thought of. She read every email I sent and made sure she understood my vision for our wedding day. She even took time out of her Saturday,day before Sunday wedding, to make sure everything was still going well and if there were any issues she needed to know about/handle. The most important part was making sure my mom had a fantastic helper, so she would be able to enjoy the wedding and be there for me. My mom felt like she did not miss a moment and that meant a lot to both of us. Amanda-Lynn went up and above all expectations, following up with the pie company when they were running late, suggested awesome vendors, keeping to her word with all we discussed, was willing to show up for the rehearsal (if needed) and she even ordered us an uber to leave in after the reception!!! Amanda made our wedding day stress-free. She is very easy to talk to and has a peaceful energy about her that I loved (and sense of humor too!). The 2 days that she worked with us unfolded effortlessly with her help. Also, her website is super user-friendly, where you can easily communicate and review your event details and timeline. Amanda was amazing to work with! From the first interaction with her, I knew I made the right choice by hiring Dovetail Wedding Coordination. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am very picky when it comes to vendors. If it wasn't for her, my wedding wouldn't have went as perfectly as it did...Everything ran so smoothly! We stayed on time the whole day and if anything went wrong, we never knew about it! Siann (Amanda's assistant) decorated my reception exactly as I imagined and we really enjoyed having her as part of our day! Amanda is super professional, but also easy to talk to and lots of fun. Amanda was my wedding coordinator and I can not recommend her enough! All through the planning process she was involved and gave helpful advice. Amanda and her assistant Sienna were the day of coordinators at my wedding on March 5, 2017, and did an absolutely WONDERFUL job!!! From the very beginning Amanda was always professional and prepared, she made me think of things I hadn't even realized were important! We had a pretty rowdy wedding party (lol) yet Amanda was able round everyone up and get everyone to focus and stay involved. She was so sweet and kind, everyone who came into contact with her had nothing but positive things to say!
