Our team has been attempting to close our accounts with Wedding Wire and The Knot since October 2022, however their customer service is slacking and goes with unanswered calls, emails, and scheduled meetings to discuss and move forward with the full payout of our contract term, regardless of which department is attempted to be reached. When attempting to reach out to the account manager's supervisor to move forward with closure, these requests have also gone unanswered.

I am a Wedding DJ and have worked with many wedding planners over my 15 years of doing weddings and I must say Megan and her team by far one of the top agencies we have ever worked with. She was very kind, and on top of absolutely everything. The team had to flip the room after the ceremony to get it ready for the reception and they did it in record time and it looked beautiful. This team is without a doubt on top of their game. We truly hope we will work together again soon.
