Then comes our wedding and we did not get the script until the day before, and after our planner was hounding them for it. The event went very smoothly and I have no complaints about that, but after the wedding I had to reach out about something and dealt with the same communication issue.

did. We originally spoke to Eileen, who was going to be our officiant, but when she fell ill before our wedding day, Kata stepped in. Let me tell you, they were like twins: How kind they were, how professional they were, and how quick on their feet they were to make sure we had such a wonderful ceremony. Down the Aisle is a very trustworthy team to work with! Kata did such an amazing job and brought a sense of calmness and peace to our wedding day. During the ceremony, Kata stepped aside for our personal vows, whispered to us to grab each other's hands when we let go after our readings, and worked alongside our string quartet, our dj and the Waldenwoods staff to make sure our ceremony went off without a hitch. Prior to the day, we mentioned to Eileen that we were going to do a pinky promise during the ceremony, just as a heads up. To our surprise, when we received the script, she incorporated that pinky promise directly into our declaration of intent. It was such a sweet surprise, and we knew from the moment we read it that we needed to keep it in the script. We received so many wonderful comments about how personal and touching our ceremony was. There were happy tears, laughter and love from our guests and that is because of the wonderful staff at Down the Aisle Ceremonies. We can’t thank Kata enough for being there as a wonderful officiant, Eileen for her beautiful scriptwriting and the Down the Aisle team for everything they did to make our wedding ceremony so meaningful. d the script early, customizing it to whatever we'd need. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, we still didn't have a finalized script. Email communication seems to be a bit of an issue as you either get no response or you have to send multiple emails. Eileen ended up getting sick for rehearsal which happens, but we never got confirmation that she'd be fully out for the wedding day. Kata was good during the wedding with helping with nerves, however, we definitely needed some more practice with the script. After the wedding we did reach out to email them regarding changing last name etc., as Eileen said they offer those services. No response. For the price they charged us, you would think they'd be more than willing to help.

lpful. Eileen wrote (and Officiated) a beautiful ceremony… it will always be one of our favorite memories of our day. She and her Day of Coordination team, Pearce & Kata, were BEYOND valuable to us!!! We floated through our day without a worry. It was incredibly comforting and reassuring knowing they were by our side addressing, managing and resolving any concerns, questions or needs we had. Another thing we truly appreciated was their interaction with EVERYONE we hired; our photographer, DJ, florist… Down The Aisle knew when and where our team of vendors needed to be at every moment of the day, communicated important details, created and provided a timeline so everyone felt confident and prepared. It was amazing! To wrap it up, we LOVED working with Down The Aisle! ❤️❤️❤️

still in awe by how special our ceremony was, and this has so much to do with Pearce. Pearce wrote the most beautiful, moving, and powerful ceremony script for our special day. I cannot believe how much care was put into it. Pearce had an energy that was calming, but what stood out to me the most was how he seemed to have a deep respect for the sacred bond of love. I didn’t get to know Pearce beyond him being our officiant, but I feel like I know his heart now, and I have to say, he was made to do this. Since our wedding, I’ve told so many people that I never expected the officiant to be one of the most memorable parts of my wedding day, but it’s true! Any couple who is lucky enough to work with Pearce should consider themselves blessed. I know we do. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, Pearce. we hired and the mountain of details that needed addressing. We had already hired Down The Aisle for Officiant services and added their Day Of Coordination service two months before our wedding. Best decision ever! Eileen, Pearce, and the entire Down The Aisle team are all amazing, experienced professionals. They were calm, organized, proactive, and thought of things we hadn’t considered. They worked so smoothly with our vendors, coordinated and created a timeline so everyone knew exactly what and when everything was happening, and so much more. are experienced, super friendly and worked with all of our vendors to pull off what we know call "the N+E wedding extravaganza". Their Day Of Coordination service was a life-saver for so many, many reason. On our wedding day, we felt like we had our own wedding concierge. Eileen also wrote (and Officiated) the most beautiful ceremony. We can’t stop smiling. Do we recommend Down The Aisle??? Yes, yes, and yes! ❤️

be attentive to detail. Thought I'd brush that one off but not a great way to begin. Then, when she sent out the detailed timeline, wrong. Photographers had to remind her of MY timeline. Rehearsal day - Calls out the wrong names to line up for the processional. Again, attention to detail. Very annoying to hear. Sounded surprised when hearing we were both only children, when I said it THE VERY FIRST meeting. Again, DETAILS. Wedding day - The table set up, wrong. Eileen officiated, she was stumbling over her words and did better the day before. A million questions asked that should have been asked during the process or that was told and had to be repeatedly told again. She had my friend like a little rabbit doing things for her and to the point that Eileen offered her a job. This company needs to do better at being prepared and making brides feel like they are the only wedding they have that weekend. My wedding probably was the only one but Eileen also made a point to mention going out to the lake with her family and making a trip out of my wedding location. Leave that behind when you go to work. She seemed very scatter brained and everyone in my bridal party noticed. Everyone was asking me if she came along with the VENUE and if i had a venue coordinator mixed up with an actual wedding coordinator!!!!!! I was embarrassed to say NO! My mothers felt like their day was taken from them from the amount of extra work they did. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

boy am I glad that I did!! Eileen hopped in the drivers seat for us a few weeks leading up to the wedding (helping me sort through some vendor snafu's) took charge (and not to mention drove a long way) for our Rehearsal Dinner, and then handled EVERYTHING and I mean EVERY last detail, vendor and item needed on our big day. All I had to do was sit back relax and get ready. Oh my gosh am I so glad we had her!! Everything the day of went off without a hitch (or even if there were hitches, I didn't know about them and was in bliss as Eileen took care of it all!!) Even more spectacular than the day of/night before coordination, were her officiant services. My now Husband and I wanted something extremely personal, sweet, and memorable (without being too long) and Eileen delivered. She made the ceremony SO special and SO custom to us, our relationship, our vows and brought our vision to life. She remembered so many details I told her a year and a half prior that she wove into our ceremony - we loved it! She spoke with such love, care, comfort and passion and was the perfect person to help lead us into marital bliss. The cherry on top is that she took care of the marriage license and sent me a follow up for changing my name. I loved that and it kept me up to speed with my to-do's when returning home from the Honeymoon. Eileen - you made our ceremony so special and we received so many compliments on it!!! We cannot sing your praises enough.

My mom was VERY stressed about the ceremony and Eileen managed to address her concerns while also not giving away too much about the ceremony beforehand. We only met Pierce at the rehearsal but he did a wonderful job at the rehearsal and the day of. We had many people tell us that it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever been to and Down the Aisle made it happen.

This pandemic has had me stressed in so many aspects and I had no idea how to begin to plan a wedding not knowing when to even plan and thinking about having to postpone once everything was set... Down the aisle ceremonies made everything so simple and stress free. The entire team is amazing! They even set us up live stream so we didn’t have to leave anyone out even though we could have very few guests :) I wouldn’t change a thing! They are “simply the best”!

She was extremely professional, organized, and definitely took charge during the rehearsal to make sure we all knew what was going on and we were all comfortable with it. Even when she wasn't sure of some of the wording we wanted to use, she made sure to get our feedback right before the ceremony so that it was accurate and what we wanted. We had so many compliments on the ceremony and it was lovely working with Eileen and we definitely recommend her officiating services!

oordinator go Eileen was more than accommodating to step in and help with the planning/coordinating of our wedding. With very little time between hiring her and our wedding, Eileen was able to pull everything together and we don't think the wedding would have went as amazing as it did without her! The script for our ceremony was so beautiful, resulting in all of our guest sharing a tear or many (which we wanted). Eileen was such a joy to work with and our day was perfect with her help!!!
