Down the Aisle Ceremonies

when I think of our ceremony... it was perfect! And, if you are wondering if you need a Day Of Coordinator... trust me, you do! We cannot thank Pearce and his team enough for helping us pull off our BEST DAY EVER!

or us a few weeks leading up to the wedding (helping me sort through some vendor snafu's) took charge (and not to mention drove a long way) for our Rehearsal Dinner, and then handled EVERYTHING and I mean EVERY last detail, vendor and item needed on our big day. All I had to do was sit back relax and get ready. Oh my gosh am I so glad we had her!! Everything the day of went off without a hitch (or even if there were hitches, I didn't know about them and was in bliss as Eileen took care of it all!!) Even more spectacular than the day of/night before coordination, were her officiant services. My now Husband and I wanted something extremely personal, sweet, and memorable (without being too long) and Eileen delivered. She made the ceremony SO special and SO custom to us, our relationship, our vows and brought our vision to life. She remembered so many details I told her a year and a half prior that she wove into our ceremony - we loved it! She spoke with such love, care, comfort and passion and was the perfect person to help lead us into marital bliss. The cherry on top is that she took care of the marriage license and sent me a follow up for changing my name. I loved that and it kept me up to speed with my to-do's when returning home from the Honeymoon. Eileen - you made our ceremony so special and we received so many compliments on it!!! We cannot sing your praises enough.

Eileen and her team handled the little bumps the occurred during the wedding day, and I (the bride) didn’t find out about any of them until the morning after, because they were handled so well! Honestly, if no one told me about any of them I wouldn’t have even noticed. Hire her and her team!

and my mom. My mom was VERY stressed about the ceremony and Eileen managed to address her concerns while also not giving away too much about the ceremony beforehand. We only met Pierce at the rehearsal but he did a wonderful job at the rehearsal and the day of. We had many people tell us that it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever been to and Down the Aisle made it happen.

eremony was great- short and personal. We used her "Legacy of Love" instead of a unity candle/sand and it is the best first tradition for us as a married couple. She handled contacting vendors, creating a day-of timeline, gave us task checklists, and ran the rehearsal. I felt so at ease knowing that Eileen was taking care of all of the little things so I knew that nothing was missed. Thank you!!

They even set us up live stream so we didn’t have to leave anyone out even though we could have very few guests :) I wouldn’t change a thing! They are “simply the best”!

She worked well with all of our vendors and was forceful when she needed to be in order to get things done. ny. She was extremely professional, organized, and definitely took charge during the rehearsal to make sure we all knew what was going on and we were all comfortable with it. Even when she wasn't sure of some of the wording we wanted to use, she made sure to get our feedback right before the ceremony so that it was accurate and what we wanted. We had so many compliments on the ceremony and it was lovely working with Eileen and we definitely recommend her officiating services!

With very little time between hiring her and our wedding, Eileen was able to pull everything together and we don't think the wedding would have went as amazing as it did without her! The script for our ceremony was so beautiful, resulting in all of our guest sharing a tear or many (which we wanted). Eileen was such a joy to work with and our day was perfect with her help!!!
