I got quotes from so many other bartending vendors that had different rates for all kinds of variables in such a way that it was really hard to get a clear total cost estimate. That was not the case at all with Downeast Bartending. Jules was so clear about pricing up front and even reminded me when I forgot mixers were included in the price! She is not trying to gouge anybody. It was so nice to work with someone so transparent. And day of, the cocktails she put together looked beautiful and tasted delicious! She went above and beyond adding a cute little garnish to each cocktail. The guests all loved the cocktail too (and Jules also served beer and wine). I hope more friends of mine are planning weddings or events soon so I can recommend Jules. You will be so glad you chose Downeast Bartending!

She also created a detailed list of alcohol quantities we should purchase. We didn’t have to worry about a thing - a bride’s dream when wedding planning!! Jules and her staff worked with us to create a super fun drink menu for our guests, as well as offering all of the traditional cocktails. She was totally open to all of our ideas and had so many great suggestions! Our guests loved having signature cocktails to order! We met with Jules at the property prior to the event to go over everything. Her attention to detail is amazing!! It was clear that her main goal was to give us and our guests the best service on our special day!! I can’t recommend her and her team enough!!

with raspberry lemonade, cucumber water, and blueberry iced tea! All cocktail napkins, garnishes, mixers, and ice were included too! Jules went above and beyond and in March even came out to tour our venue with us in a foot of snow. Leading up to the wedding she helped us determine quantities of everything and used eco-friendly disposable cups. On the night of the wedding Jules and Nicci arrived on-time, set-up, and served our guests wonderfully. We had a few signature cocktails which were huge hits and Jules made sure to save us (the bride and groom) some. Many thanks to Jules and Nicci for amazing service!
