Downtown Athletic Club

Staff day of was amazing! Over a ten month planning process, we worked with three different event managers. The first event manager had no idea what she was doing and was let go, I am assuming. I'm only guessing because I received an email letting me know that I would then be working with Braden. We had all of details finalized, had a tasting, etc, only to be called and asked if I would still like to have my event there, two months before the wedding! Braden apparently provided lots of false promises and left without ever fully finalizing any of our wedding day details. From what I was told, he had done this same thing to many other couples, and one bride had to be told that she couldn't have her wedding because Braden never wrote them in on their date, and someone else booked their day. It was like pulling teeth to get a contract from these people. So awful! The newest event manager, Dan, seems pretty decent, but I would never recommend anyone have their event here after everything that we went through. Had it not been close to the day of the wedding, I would have gone with a different vendor entirely.
