We used the Courtyard Marriott DTGR for our wedding block and had a great experience start to finish. Great communication from every staff member we worked with, and our contact was always available to answer questions, make changes, or connect us with the appropriate person. They were super flexible and understanding when we had to add more rooms to the block late in the game, and worked together with the JW to offer tons of options. The online dashboard system they offer is an awesome tool to keep track of your guests reservations and communicate with your guests, and was a huge help in staying organized and on top of that aspect of planning. The rooms were clean and well taken care of and housekeeping was super friendly and accommodating to everyone. Check in and out was smooth and hassle free for all of our guests, and we have heard nothing but great things about everyone's experience!

We had such a wonderful experience! We had our wedding, cocktail hour, and reception all in the same area. The staff was so accomodating, and was great about last minute changes we needed (and things that had been overlooked). We worked with Andy as our coordinator and he did a fantastic job. He took such great care of us, both leading up to, during, and after our wedding. The bar/serving staff was top notch as well. Everything went so smoothly. We also booked hotel rooms for our guests there as well, and the staff was great about opening more rooms when needed, and making things run so smoothly. We had such a wonderfuk experience, and got so many compliments on the space/staff (and compliments to the chef! Everyone loved the food!!)

I was very happy with the staff and service we received for our wedding this summer. 2/3 of our guests were coming from out of town, so the convenience of having the reception at a hotel downtown was very appealing to my husband and I. The space is a little awkward because of a few large pillars in the middle of the room. However we had a smaller wedding (100 guests) and the space worked great for us. Everything went smooth the day of the event. I would recommend the courtyard as a good option if you have your heart set on a downtown GR wedding like I did!

The staff and service the night of our reception was amazing, no complaints! However, leading up to the big day was a mess. The individual I worked with was terrible. She was not very nice, she didn't seem very knowledgable and she didn't do a lot of what she said she was going to do and what she was supposed to do. I had next to no help thanks to her.She was very frustrating and really put a sour taste in my mouth, but thank goodness everything and everyone was super nice and on top of it otherwise....

We absolutely loved having our wedding ceremony at the Courtyard Marriott! The staff was amazing - they went above any beyond to answer any questions we had. The staff on the day of the wedding was fantastic as well - I couldn't have asked for anything more! And the food - WOW is all I can say! All of our guests let us know how much they loved their meals. Best wedding food we have ever had!
