Honestly, the hardest part of the entire experience was choosing our colors from the full RGB spectrum — the options are endless!
The lights themselves are fantastic: safe, efficient, and cool to the touch, so we never had to worry about heat or safety issues. They made a beautiful accent to the room, and with the house lights dimmed, the effect was even more stunning.

They are prepared to take the bull by the horns or step back and let you run the show, which ever you prefer. And we choose a little of both. We worked collaboratively with Alison to find the perfect color, and then Rob & Alison worked directly with our venue to handle everything else. From the original consultative discussions to the end of the wedding - they were so easy to work with. The day of the wedding, they tailored our lighting to exactly how it needed to be, adding a few more uplights to ensure that the room looked perfect. They dropped off the lights the day before and picked up the lighting kit the day after our wedding no problem; they even threw in a couple of extra lights! The lights themselves were so easy to use and could be personalized to whatever color we wanted! While most other uplighting costs an exorbitant amount, Downtown Uplighting was extremely reasonable. These two understand weddings and just want to help make your day as special as possible within your budget! I highly recommend working with them!
