ur experience with them was great as well. Our videographers Lev and Nina were incredible and very patient with us throughout the day. They took great footage of EVERY SINGLE part of our wedding day from the getting ready to the partying. We chose the sapphire package which included a highlight video, all the footage from the wedding day, and 3 published DVD’s. We are still waiting for the DVD’s to arrive in the mail. But we are so satisfied with everything especially our highlight video. And the turn around time was very fast! We received our highlight video and the link to all the raw footage in less than 3 weeks! Everyone who watched the highlight video either teared up or full on bawled their eyes out. We are so glad that we hired them! It really is a great investment because now we get to relive our wedding day and show it to our future kids and grandkids through the highlight video and all the footage that they had captured for us. Worth every penny!

wedding was great. Unfortunately, we had a lot of trouble after with customer service and editing. It took a few months to receive our highlight video - they kept saying we owed money that I had proof I had already sent in. Once this was straightened out, we received our highlight and absolutely loved it. It took significantly longer for our feature edit. We watched all of the raw footage and the video itself and made very specific edit requests and submitted everything multiple times as they continued to have issues with receiving them. We sent them all in and months later finally got the videos in the mail (all things finished by 2019). We were told ahead of time that there could be no more edits after these changes were submitted so we really took the time to make notes of what we wanted added in / taken out. We finally sat down together to watch the final edited feature film to find that literally not one of our edits had been made. This includes the reaction of both my dad and my brother during my first look with each of them. We had two videographers there and have footage of both of them and saw it in our raw footage and really wanted to have this as a part of our wedding video. I’m so disappointed about this. I can understand maybe missing one or two parts but this really made me sad when we had specifically asked for this to be included. I’m hoping this isn’t the experience for everyone.

I reached out to them to see if they would be interested in traveling to our destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas. We were so excited when we found out that they would love to shoot our wedding in Cabo. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Lauren, Cristy, and Kevin were absolutely amazing. Very responsive, the video was immaculate, and the delivery of the video was so quick! If we had to redo our wedding we wouldn't think twice about hiring D.P. Weddings. They are the best and we highly recommend them.

The make everything and easy and bring no stress on the day of the wedding, they exactly know what shots they need, execute them quickly, and just follow the photographer for any additional shots. We were considered a destination wedding but they let you make all the travel arrangements for the videographer so you know you are guaranteeing yourself the best rates! It was very easy! different than any others I've seen, so I knew what I was looking for from the get-go. We decided that we loved D.P. Weddings music video style over a long highlight video and we didn't want a super cheesy video. Our priority was making sure that we hired a videographer that captured the emotions of the day. They did just that and the video is truly perfection! We booked the Sapphire package, added a videographer to capture the raw footage (i.e. getting ready, the entire ceremony, reception, etc.), and also added drone footage. Everyone felt completely comfortable in front of the camera with both videographers. When we were reflecting on our big day with family & friends, everyone kept telling us that they barely noticed that they were even there at all - people kept using the word "ninja" to describe them. Haha. We've probably watched our wedding video about a hundred times (maybe more). It's the one thing you'll watch over and over when you want to reminisce (over looking at photos) and D.P. Weddings is definitely fairly priced. Book D.P. - you won't regret it!

her was Andrii and he was fantastic. He stayed out of the way most of the time and only stepped in when he needed to get certain shots. Towards the end of the day, I asked if he could get a specific shot that I liked from previous videos I'd seen and he was more than willing to gather up the wedding party to get this specific shot. At times, our photographer was a bit rude to him and he ignored her comments and kept doing his job. It took less than a month to receive our highlight video and raw footage back from DP Weddings. We could not believe how quick the turnaround was (we hadn't even received any wedding photos at this point)! Our highlight video was absolutely perfect and it has been so fun to look back on all the footage from the day. In some clips, you can hear Andrii or the second shooter laughing or singing (during the reception) in the background of the clips and it makes the raw footage THAT much better. Overall, I would highly recommend DP Weddings! The quality is amazing and it is such a deal for what you get (most similar videographers charge $1,000+ more in my area). If you're on the fence about hiring a videographer (my father and husband told me to save the money and not hire one), I would 100% recommend doing so and hiring DP Weddings. y had forgotten we had already talked about something or done something. However, Mark and Kyle showed up to capture our wedding and they were WONDERFUL! We had so much fun with them, they made us feel relaxed, they worked seamlessly with our photographer, and they stayed in the background while capturing all of our important moments. We selected the package where we would get all the raw files and edit the video ourselves (it's what I do for a living). Not many places offer this option, and it was perfect for us. Because of this package option, we had all of our footage the night of the wedding, talk about instant!

We kind of forgot he was even recording because he wasn’t obvious about it. He even brought a drone to get video of us taking pictures which was really cool. Can’t wait to get our video!

Not only were they very responsive through the whole planning process, but they were helpful! They found a videographer that was local to the area where our venue was so they saved us on getting an out of town videographer a hotel room. They also got us our video back so quickly! Our videographer Zach was so INCREDIBLE! He was kind, prompt, funny and best of all amazing at his job! We had a couple of moments where there probably wasn't great lighting or it was hard for him to maneuver, but our video was stunning. Zach was like another one of our friends attending the wedding, he worked so well with our photographer to create the most beautiful images! He also held/carried my veil and train more than any of my bridesmaids did, he was a total trooper! I can't recommend DP weddings enough for your wedding video!

The highlight video still makes us cry after watching it 20 times and the raw footage is such a nice window into the little moments from the day of. licated shoot and video edit. The team at DP was very accommodating of our needs, helped us plan our hours carefully, and the end product was absolutely stunning! Lauren and team helped us plan properly, and our videographers Cody W. and Ben H. held planning calls prior to the date so they could get to know what we were looking for. Cody, who did our video, was accommodating of the music we wanted selected and did a great mashup of our ceremonies and receptions. Their end product looked like a music video - very different than a lot of other movies, and we were able to get raw footage from all of our speeches, which we really appreciated and did not expect. Highly recommend them!

e quality we had come to expect when viewing all of their prior work. The first and most alarming thing we noticed was that BOTH of our song selections were incorrect. That made us feel that there was not a great amount of care put into our video from the onset. From there it only got worse. We noticed that much of our wedding footage was absent and the video consisted of only :52 of our ceremony (out of 4:11 total). Some of the key moments (first kiss, exchange of rings, best man/maid of honor speeches) were not included in the highlight. We appealed to DP for help to re-edit the video requesting to include more diverse footage from our wedding and to correct the songs. Someone informed us the editor was reviewing our feedback and would send a new version. We were promptly sent the 2nd video, and while the first portion was slightly improved, the second half still featured the incorrect song and the same issues that concerned us. We emailed, asking for help to discuss our concerns. After several days of not answering or returning our emails (and calls) we were then informed that after "researching" the issue they discovered parts of the footage were corrupted and unusable. You can imagine how devastated we were to learn this news. But what was more upsetting is why this information was not shared with us upfront? If DP knew some of our footage was corrupted, why wait until we requested multiple revisions before informing us of this news? We were offered a refund and the option to "re-shoot" some moments but we can never get back those moments that we trusted to DP Weddings. It was our dream to have a highlight video that we could re-live for the rest of our lives. We are truly devastated.

least three different people as "contact person" and never knew who I was talking to because it was all through the same generic email and they often didn't sign their name. Then the videographers were a different set of guys and then the editors were different unknown people that I had to correspond with through one way online communication. (2) Don't expect to get much footage from your day. The videographer does the exact shot list (basically watch any video on your website because that's the exact footage you'll get) and NOTHING more. We even paid extra for a second documentary style shooter and got less than an hour of random 2-26 second shots from the entire 8 hour day! (3) The MAJOR issue with this company is that they use UNLICENSED songs in your video, which means.... ding ding ding, the product that you are paying major bucks for is ILLEGAL to have in your possession and dangerous to share online. That is, as soon as you share it to social media, you open yourself up to getting sued should someone affiliated with the artist, the record label, or your nosey trouble making cousin notices. Of course, I didn't know this until I tried to post our video on facebook and it immediately got flagged and muted because I didn't have the proper license. When I brought this to the company's attention and asked for the license information, they played dumb and avoided the issue, giving me alternative ways to post their illegal product online. Do NOT work with this company. There are plenty of other videographers that will give you a lovely and LEGAL product.

They worked so well with our photographer and it never felt like they were "battling" to get the shots they needed- half the time we didn't even notice they were there! They went above and beyond their job duties, often helping out with things that they definitely did not have to do (like offering me their coats when I was standing outside freezing my butt off during pictures!) I really cannot say enough good things about them, we were sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the night- they really were such a pleasure to work with. We received our highlight video just a few weeks after the wedding and all I can say is WOW. There are no words for how beautiful it is. It truly captured every single emotion we felt on our wedding day so perfectly. We have watched it countless times and I still find myself crying every time. Our families and friends can't stop commenting on how beautiful it is either- simply the best! We will be referring DP to all of our family/friends in the market for a videographer!

Aidan and his colleague (his name escapes me, sorry!!) were consummate professionals throughout the day despite sweating their tails off during an unexpectedly hot day in Cape May in mid-September, and correspondence from the other staff was prompt and professional. If you're thinking about hiring them, do it! You won't regret it!

ideo this company created of our wedding was gorgeous, even though there were numerous mishaps leading up to the wedding. The first videographer assigned to us didn't answer my emails when I reached out two weeks before our wedding. Then we were assigned a new one, and he didn't answer my emails either until a couple days before the wedding, and even then, he didn't reply with a final confirmation until after midnight the day of the wedding. I honestly wasn't convinced anyone was going to actually show up on the wedding day, which is exactly the kind of additional anxiety you don't need before a wedding. But he did show up, and he was excellent. And then I never got my highlight video. So I followed up two months after the wedding, and I finally got it, and although it seems like they rushed it a bit, I was still happy with that final product. But I had ordered and paid for my raw footage as well, and I discovered some time later that it wasn't on the DVD I had received (my mistake - it was supposed to be a digital download). I contacted the company one full year ago - January 2017 - to ask them to send it to me. At first, a rep named Lauren told me my footage had been found and she would send me a download link shortly. When nothing came through, I followed up and got a response from Janell in February, saying she would look into it and follow up. When I didn't hear back, I followed up again in March and got Matthew, who said the videographer had my footage and he would pass it along as soon as he could. Then I didn't hear anything, so I followed up a month later. You get the picture. I had to follow up once a month for an entire year. Matthew was very nice, but I never got a resolution. In July, I was promised a refund if the footage wasn't found, and that I'd have an answer soon. I had to follow up again twice. Finally, in September, I told Matthew I had to set a deadline of November 1 to either have my footage or a refund. He promised I'd get the refund whether or not my footage was found. Needless to say, it is now one full year later and I have neither my footage nor a refund. I followed up again in November to request the refund again, and my email was completely ignored. I understand this is a small company, but I gave them every chance to rectify this. It's impossible to believe that in ONE FULL YEAR, they could neither find my footage, figure out what happened to it, or admit they screwed up and apologize and refund me. Treating a customer this way is beyond unacceptable. And honestly, a refund isn't going to make this better. We trusted this company with capturing our wedding day, and now we can never get it back. A refund won't make up for the fact that this footage was the last video footage I would have had of my favorite uncle before he passed away earlier this year. And it's not going to make up for the year of anxiety since January trying to get answers, or how sad I am that I relied on this company and didn't choose someone who would take better care of their customers' memories. I held out hope for a year that they would find my footage and I wouldn't have to write this review, but I now feel obligated to warn others that this could happen to them.

The website was user friendly and not to mention the awesome video instructions for the wedding revisions. My day of Videographer EVAN was soooo nice to all of my family and he made sure to capture all of the important moments without any direction . He just knew exactly what to do and I appreciate D.P Weddings for that. I highly recommend D.P Weddings . Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

tion being our absolutely miserable experience dealing with D.P. We purchased their best package, which was to include a highlight video (which is billed for $1,100) and an extended, 60-120 minute "feature film" (which is billed for $705). We received the highlight video in a timely manner and were pleased with it. However, our experience was a complete nightmare after that. In late December 2016, we were provided with the final version of our highlight video and were told that our feature film would be available in 1-2 months as a result of unexpected issues with their editors. A couple of months later, I checked in on the status of the feature film (receiving no response to my first email and only hearing back after sending a follow-up email), and I was finally sent a copy to review. To say that little to no work was put into editing it is an understatement. There were portions in the video where the camera had been placed down or where the camera had been spun around or was shaking and not focused on whatever was going on at the time. They included a clip where one of the groomsmen was talking about how expensive the food at the hotel was and how he would only order room service if it was included in the tab. You get the idea. So I sent back an email to D.P. telling them that, while we fully appreciated that the same amount of detailed editing would not go into the feature film as went into the highlight video, we felt like they editing was careless and that the quality was not acceptable (and I provided several examples to them). I kindly asked them to go back through and try to edit the feature more thoughtfully. Their response was LAUGHABLE -- they stated that they included extra footage because it is easier to remove footage that we may have wanted (Iike portions where the camera had been put down?), but even worse, THEY SUGGESTED THAT IT WOULD BE "MOST EFFICIENT" FOR ME TO IDENTIFY THE TIME STAMPS IN THE FINAL EDIT THAT I WOULD LIKE REMOVED AND THE TIME STAMPS IN THE RAW FOOTAGE THAT I WOULD LIKE ADDED. So in other words, they wanted me to edit the video myself?? I responded telling them that I was paying for the video to be edited by them, not to do it myself. At this point I received an email apology from the owner of D.P. acknowledging my points and saying that he would be personally working with the editors to get everything fixed (and would include a complimentary flash drive with both films once everything was said and done). We were sent a revised feature film within a week of this correspondence, and subject to a few minor revisions (two very minor tweaks), they did a good job with the revised version. We submitted the two minor revisions, expecting them to turn things around relatively promptly. Two months later, I had not yet heard from them, sent multiple follow up emails and finally tracked someone down by phone (I was told they were having "personnel issues" which is why no one had responded to my email). Finally, on October 11, 2017, I received and approved the final feature (although allegedly my approval did not get processed, as I was told when I followed up again). Overall, a COMPLETE disaster full of nothing but excuses. There are some amazing wedding vendors out there and D.P. is not one of them. STAY AWAY

reel. But this is where things went downhill fast. I was married in May. It is November and I STILL have not received my revised highlight reel. That is 6 months from my wedding. For a 3-5 minute highlight video. This isn't even mentioning the feature edit. They are not answering my phone calls, and will go for months and months without responding to my (desperate, frantic) emails. I paid several thousand dollars for this videography package and this is just completely unacceptable. I've waited so long to leave this review because I really wanted the company to be able to redeem themselves. The draft version of the highlight really was beautiful, and like I said Ben the videographer was great. But all of that has just been completely undone by them NOT holding up their end of the contract and ignoring me. So disappointed.

your big day. We've had so many people tell us that ours was the best wedding video they've ever seen! The staff's friendliness and organization made working with them a breeze. If you're a bride reading this because you're shopping around, don't sell this point short. It's SO important that your venders REMOVE stress from your shoulders, not add to it. This company was a breeze to work with! Ben was our videographer. He was talented, easygoing, and a joy to have around on the day of. He set up a Skype call with my husband and I a few weeks before the wedding to talk about what we were looking for and to go over in detail what he needed from us. It was immensely helpful. Also, DP was great at taking our artistic notes for how we wanted the video to feel. We asked for minimal establishing shots, directed lyric mouthing to the camera, and an overall upbeat feel. They delivered on everything, no problem! Also a note, you get to review the video, make notes, and they'll do a second pass for free. If you're looking for a long-form cut of your wedding, this might not be the avenue for you. You get one song and we picked one that was a little over 3 minutes long. I worried that would be too short, but it's brilliant how much they packed into those 3 minutes. . .without making the video feel rushed. When I think of how many times I've fast-forwarded through other people's wedding videos, I'm reminded that shorter is not always a bad thing. I'm super happy with DP Weddings and highly recommend them!

This year when my now husband and I got engaged, the first thing I knew over basically anything else is that I had to have D.P. Weddings shoot our video. Knowing that they were going to shoot our video made me that much more excited to have a wedding! No joke! The day of was honestly so much fun. Our videographer showed up on time, prepared, and excited for the day ahead of us! Literally one of my favorite things about D.P. Weddings videos is the way that movement is used and our videographer guided us so perfectly through every shot and was so easy to work with. Our video is everything we ever dreamed of and more and I'm just so truly grateful that I was introduced to this wonderful company!!! HIGHLY SUGGEST THEM!

ALENTED....they capture the true emotions of the day. Everyone that sees it is speechless! It looks like a music video or commercial! Also, they were like ninjas at our wedding. We barely noticed they were there...yet somehow they captured the most incredible moments. You can feel the love in the film....because we didn't even realize they were filming us it comes across as genuine and REAL. Highly highly highly recommended. Hiring a videographer was a last-minute decision for us and I could not be more thrilled that we decided to move forward, specifically with D.P. Weddings. They're awesome!

er brides as well. Cons: 1) I didn't realize that this was a company that was based in California and they have videographers all over the country. Not personalized at all. 2) You pay them twice throughout the process (half prior to the wedding and half once highlight video is approved) - BOTH times I paid them, there was an issue. I had to follow up both times after waiting a few weeks regarding the check I sent across the country and they made me feel like I lost it each time. As a bride, you get so anxious with all the stuff going on, this was not helpful. They finally found both payments but it was really messy. Not professional or organized. 3)The process of making an edit is a PROCESS. They showed me the complete final feature and the part where the bride is walking down the aisle - it literally showed the ceiling. Not the bride. It was shaky and it was a 2 minute shot of the ceiling. All that I asked was for them to make that edit for me. If you're watching a wedding video - you have to show the bride. Instead of just doing it, they asked me several times to log in the exact minutes of what to edit in this big spreadsheet - unnecessary work. This is an expensive package, Diamond package - The client shouldn't have to do extra work when they paid that much. I had one minor edit. Ridiculous. 4) I just received the DVDs and my wedding was 6 months ago. PROS* - The highlight video is amazing. I watch it over and over again. The quality is great, the music, everything. I love it so much. I hope this company improves in the organization department. It is such a bummer to write something like this but I had to.

Our videographer was Mikael Coleman and he was so cool and chill (just like us). At one point, he forewarned us about some awkward shots he would have us do, but explained they would make the highlight video look. Boy, was he right! I completely trusted him to do what he does best and he delivered. We got the wedding highlight and raw footage approximately 10 weeks after the wedding. Communication was constant and consistent. If I ever had a question, I would get a response within 24 hours or less. They are so nice and pleasant to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! I wish they could work faster on the editing process but I can't complain because the time and effort shows in the final product. I clearly am just impatient, lol. If you are looking for a well edited, music-video style wedding highlight/ footage this will be your best bet! You will not be disappointed, I PROMISE you!
