Hi, I’m Dr. Carizma Chapman. I am a psychotherapist and educator with over a decade of experience helping couples create healthy, lasting relationships. I specialize in working with couples at every stage of the relationship, from engagement and newlywed life to the transition to parenting and the launch of children.
I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, an evidence-based relationship enrichment program. This program helps partners deepen connection, improve communication, and strengthen trust. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in over 10 years of coaching and clinical experience with couples. I blend the science of healthy relationships with a deep understanding of the emotional and cultural factors that shape them.
Beyond clinical work, I have over 10 years of experience in non-profit leadership, program design, and education, which has shown me how factors like community and environment shape healthy relationships.
