Kayla and her team were absolutely incredible as my wedding coordinator! She was helpful with timelines, and flexible when we asked to move our timeline around in various ways. She...
managed all our vendors, and I felt so stress free knowing she had all the details set. During the day-of, her and her team were on top of everything, kept us on track, and made sure everything flowed perfectly. We had multiple guests tell us how smoothly our transitions were, and how good our timeline was. Kayla and her team also set everything up, made everything look amazing, and packed up everything. I absolutely recommend!

, and professional. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring all throughout the entire planning process. Additionally, Kayla always made herself available to answer any random sudden questions/concerns we had.
During and up to our wedding day, Kayla handled every detail with professionalism and genuine care. On the day of our wedding, Kayla kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we could enjoy the moment without stress. We had so many planned events during the day of our wedding, and Kayla was able to help us stick to our proposed timeline. Kayla coordinated the timeline, vendors and all the little touches perfectly. Our families and guests commented on how seamless everything felt. We are so grateful for Kayla and her expertise!

We vetted so many wedding coordinators before finding Ernest, and from the moment we jumped on a call with him, we just knew we’d found the perfect match. His energy is truly unmat...
ched — warm, confident, organized, and somehow both calming and energizing at the same time. Ernest has a gift for making you feel completely taken care of, and that started long before our wedding day.
In the months leading up to the wedding, he checked in constantly, kept us on track, and reached out to all of our vendors to make sure every detail was handled. His communication was impeccable, his attention to detail was unreal, and his dedication went far beyond what we ever could have expected. It felt like he was genuinely invested in our day — not just as a coordinator, but as someone who truly cared about making it perfect for us.
On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Ernest and the Dragonfly Events & Co team were everywhere and nowhere all at once — present when we needed them, and completely behind the scenes when they needed to be. We didn’t have to think about a single logistical thing, and that peace of mind is something I’ll be forever grateful for.
Wedding Management with Dragonfly Events & Co is so much more than just day-of coordination. It’s expert guidance, genuine care, and next-level professionalism from start to finish. Ernest went above and beyond in every way imaginable, and I truly can’t recommend him — and the entire Dragonfly team — enough. They made our dream day come to life and exceeded every expectation we had.

edding planning journey. She was able to keep me on track and gave input whenever I asked.
Kayla never ignored any of my many text messages or emails and always responded in a professional manner. When asking her advice she never pushed me in the wrong direction and was not over bearing in anyway. I could NOT have planned my beautiful wedding without her. She planned my wonderful day down to the hour. When hiring vendors I was completely lost and Kayla was extremely helpful to make sure I had the right people in place to make my wedding dreams come true.
On the day of the wedding she even picked up the wedding parties lunch and brought it to the venue so we could eat while we were getting ready. Kayla is extremely well known within the Sacramento wedding industry and completely knows exactly what she is doing. I would recommend her as a wedding planner to EVERYONE I know who is getting married.
