We take care of everything for you, from meal planning to cleanup! We grocery shop, come to your kitchen, prepare and serve your menu to you and your guests, and then clean up, leaving nothing for you to worry about except relaxing and enjoying. We started this business because we wanted to bring a truly unique Chef experience, with a focus on excellent hosting and quality dishes that encompass our guests' visions. We currently offer seasonal Prix Fixe menus that focus on locally sourced produce if you want to really narrow down the choices, or we can fully customize a meal event for you and your guests! We take EVERYTHING into consideration, from Allergens to must-haves, and we take the time to pay attention to the little details that will make your event one that is talked about for years to come. We work with you to create the menus, discuss how many courses, and if we need to create a specific dish for any of your guests based on dietary beliefs. Chef Tino's passion is food, more specifically, creating and cultivating the sense of community that was once at every dinner table. We frequent the farmers' markets to discuss with farmers their products, procedures, and what they have coming up. We also engage regularly with local vendors to stay on top of what is available and how we can present quality foods to guests, as well as new and different ways to utilize foods in dishes. In doing so, we get to build that sense of camaraderie in every dish we make and deliver to your table. We make sure to include the hard-working farmer's foods when and where we can, as well as focus on which ingredients will provide the best sense of fun and flavor for your meals. Dragonfly Travels' Chef Tino specializes in fusing American foods with Asian and Latin cuisines for familiar yet fun twists that bridge ingredients from different cultures.
