There were just a few things we needed to take care of, like the alcohol and photograph, but it was really nothing in comparison to what Drakewood took care of! When we talked about flowers and cake decorations, I showed them pictures from Pinterest in hopes of giving them ideas, but they said, "Oh yeah we can do that!" aka they can literally make your Pinterest dreams come to life!!! On our wedding day, we could really tell all the thought and effort that was put into every little detail and making sure it was what we wanted. Also, everything went SO smoothly - there were literally no hiccups!! It all ran beautifully. They are so nice and will take care of everything for you, without feeling frazzled at all! They are an extremely well-oiled machine. Even my guests (who were with us the whole week before the wedding) noticed how we were not stressed out at all (including the day of) because we were so well taken care of by the Drakewood staff!! We will never be able to thank them enough for giving us the beyond perfect wedding day!

The two hour planning meeting reduced so much stress, that I was actually able to enjoy the months leading up to my wedding. The wedding coordinators were wonderful and answered my emails very quickly. The venue handled catering, decor, flowers- literally the only thing I had to focus on was finding a wedding dress. Drakewood is beautiful, with multiple ceremony and photography locations around the venue. The only negative experience I had was not with Drakewood, but with the photographer (Ace Photography) they have as an optional add on in their micro-wedding package. I got married in December and I am still waiting to receive all of my photos. The communication with them has been incredibly poor. I would recommend finding another photographer in the Nashville area. Other than that, I can not say enough good things about the venue, the staff, and the ultimate value of a micro-wedding at Drakewood.

It took one planning session that was about 2 hours long to go over our Pinterest board/vision for our wedding day and to choose our food menu. The only big things we had to worry about on our own was stationery, alcohol, and our wedding attire. The team at Drakewood was so fun to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to make our day as relaxing, fun, and beautiful as possible! When looking for a venue, we knew we wanted an option that spoke to our roots – Drakewood has small town charm just minutes away from downtown Nashville and is a great option for couples who appreciate all that nature and the outdoors have to offer. Even the reception venue, which is an extension of the barn, gives you the perfect balance of embracing the natural scenery with floor to ceiling windows that can be pulled open all while providing a roof over your head. No need to worry about planning a “rainy day” tent. This was also one of the few venues I looked at in the Nashville area that had both a bridal and groom suite on site for the entire wedding party to get ready. If you are looking for a planning and a design team that you can trust to take care of all big planning steps and small details, go with Drakewood! We were able to describe and share a few pictures of the vibe we wanted for our wedding and Leann made our vision come true and then some! From the florals, to the color palette, to the design details. Everything was absolutely perfect. And they have great relationships with vendors from catering, to cake/baked goods, musicians/DJs and so much more. If you have an idea, they can recommend a vendor partner. Unlike some of the other “all inclusive” options in the area, you have the flexibility of choosing from so many options from design to vendors so you are able to truly make your wedding your own. We had the not so fun task of planning our wedding during a global pandemic. The team at Drakewood Farm went above and beyond our expectations to be flexible with the constant changes in plans and implementation of COVID safety protocols. Major shoutout to Heather for holding our hands every step of the way. And for keeping us, our guests, and all staff safe. Our wedding ended up being the BEST day, even if there wasn’t a global pandemic. And we have Drakewood to thank for that. We cannot recommend them enough.

r us and we only visited the venue once before the big day. Every little question or concern I had was valued by the team and answered in a concise, actionable way. This venue provided everything we could have dreamed of needing and acknowledged my ideas and worked with me as a bride who hadn't dreamed of every detail of the big day my whole life... Heather was so patient and flexible with me when it came to floral arrangements and reception decor (which I didn't want to be decadent or wasteful.. oops). From start to finish, my wishes were always respected and accommodated and the Drakewood team acted as a guide without pushing me. If I thought the team excelled in the planning process, it was nothing compared with their day-of execution. It was as if the moment I needed something, the Drakewood team was ready and willing to jump, only asking "how high" before they set off. If something seemed amiss or my face looked concerned for even a moment, the team had already read my mind and was in the process of intervening before I could even ask. They were so willing to roll with the punches, scrap things we had planned for over a year, audible when necessary and reassure me or my family when there was the tiniest doubt. I cannot thank the Drakewood team enough for making our wedding day (and every day leading up to it) the perfect day for us.

go WAY BEYOND IT. I wanted a teepee and I can't even describe how it turned out. They love what they do and have so much fun doing it. For example, they said here are your napkin colors, what would you like? We said, "How many can we pick?" They said 10. We said ok...and then the design was on. They found a way to incorporate 10 stunning shades into the most sophisticated way. I would do that day over and over and over again. Also, once a drakewood always a drakewood. Their hospitality stretches before and beyond your big day. They offer their grounds to you for engagement photos, or family photos, etc. It's the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Every inch of that property is picture worthy! Missing the Drakewood life.

I've always heard of horror stories about the day of the wedding being so stressful for the bride, but I had the most peaceful day. I learned from this experience if you hire the right people you trust to do an amazing job, then you won't worry if it's up to your standards. I enjoyed my day, and spent it enjoying the company of my closest friends and family. They took care of everything. The best part is that it is all inclusive, so that truly eliminates the challenge of finding the right person for music, food, cake, etc. They handle all of the business for you, while you just simply show them your Pinterest Board and talk through exactly what you want. It rained on my wedding day, which was kind of sad as I wanted gorgeous photos outside, but everything on the inside of the barn and reception area were stunningly beautiful, so it still gave me gorgeous photos of our day. Besides my husband, this was the best decision I made for that day.

They know what they're doing and you won't regret choosing them.

ause it is close to where I am originally from. However, we lived in Atlanta at the time so I knew we would have to do some long distance planning and it could require numerous tips to Nashville. This is one of the reasons we chose Drakewood! Arline, LeeAnn, Heather, and everyone else at Drakewood went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed without needing to travel all the way to Nashville. You truly got to know these people planning your wedding and they really took the time to make sure they accommodated anything we asked for! The whole process was very easy since we chose one of their all inclusive packages. They took care of everything from the amazing food through Crave catering, the most beautiful flower arrangements, DJ, setting everything up perfectly, and allowing our adorable dog Knox to be apart of the special day. We could not have asked for a more perfect day for us all thanks to Drakewood and the AMAZING people that work there!

It's a peaceful haven away from the Downtown chaos that explodes with character and charm. Every piece of this venue is thoughtful, elegant and romantic with a feel of rustic beauty. (I will note it is very close and extremely accessible to downtown for guests). I knew when I moved here and began my search for a venue that I wasn't a planner. I wasn't the girl who gets a thrill from searching for vendors and spending hours coordinating every detail that goes into a wedding. Drakewood DOES. IT. ALL. Everything. Decor/floral/catering/DJ/Coordinating/Cake even a photo booth. Everything can be customized to your taste and they embrace creativity. You don't have to worry about a thing, and I didn't, not once. I knew I was in the best hands and that no matter what, I would walk into that venue on my wedding day and it would be incredible. I was right. Our coordinators/planners/extraordinaire's LeeAnn & Heather are no doubt the best and most talented individuals. Heather made all of our communication seamless and worked with us throughout the whole planning process and was flexible with any and all requests. We had one planning meeting where we got to try everything, go over all of the details decorations/florals/food etc., and they took it from there. They offer multiple ceremony sites, we chose the woods with the comfort of knowing that if there was any inclement weather, the barn would be a fantastic back up plan. Fortunately for us, the weather was in our favor. The ceremony site was unreal. I felt like I was walking into a dream. My husband and I didn't have a particular vision, Drakewood threw out an idea and we were in love with it. We trusted them to run with it and it was above and beyond what I could have imagined. What LeeAnn and team created for our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. I can honestly say, it was the perfect day. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. My day was flawless, my worries were none and my heart was so full and we have them to thank for it all.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Leann and Heather didn't miss a detail and kept the evening going. The food and cake were delicious. The DJ they sent us was great. The florals and decorations were absolutely beautiful and they did an amazing job setting up everything up. If rained my day off so I had to use to the indoor venue, beautiful barn with draping and lights, but everything was still perfect! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and staff. LOOOOVEEE!!!

My husband and I agreed everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, with the perfect mix of woods, rustic, and glam for our tastes. We had our ceremony in the secluded wooded area, and our meal and cake in the barn, as well as gorgeous pictures taken by their amazing photographer throughout the property. Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable, as if we were being taken care of by family. Our meal, which we totally left up to them, lol, was perfection. The cake was some of the best cake my husband and I have ever tasted! Even the officiant they arranged for us was beyond amazing and suited our personalities and what we wanted perfectly. They truly cared about making our day special for us and assisting us in every way, and made us feel like family. If you're thinking of getting married in the Nashville area this venue is a MUST see! We feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with them to create our best day ever!

The decor was Pinterest perfect, the catering was delicious and the flowers were gorgeous! They made sure that every detail was so true to my personality. Several of my guests have told me that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. And it definitely was to me and my husband!
