Dream Bay Resort is a private, waterfront property with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Florida Keys' unforgettable sunsets. Located just an hour from Miami International Airport, Dream Bay Resort can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests, including 36 staying on-site in our 5 lovely cottages. We also offer simple yet romantic elopements and microweddings for up to 50 guests.
Our gorgeous property is an ideal spot to spend time with your family and friends before and after your ceremony. There is plenty of space for you and your wedding party to spread out and celebrate your big day. Choose between picturesque beach locations or our gorgeous sunset pier for your ceremony, and our large tiki is great for your reception and dancing! Dream Bay offers a non-corporate, laid-back, "boho" vibe with sandy beaches, hammocks, and tiki huts. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided for guest use.
To make your wedding planning even easier, we provide tables, chairs, permanent lighting, set up/breakdown and arbor, so the framework for your wedding is already in place. All you need to do is pick your vendors for catering, entertainment, and decor, and we make that easy, too, with our preferred vendor list, or you can choose your own. You can even bring in your own alcohol! This gives you more control over your budget and allows you to create the kind of wedding that fits your unique style and taste. Nearby hotels and motels make it simple to accommodate all your guests, and we're conveniently located near all of Key Largo's main attractions, like John Pennekamp Park, swim with dolphin programs, many fine restaurants, sport fishing fleets, and shopping.

I was able to bring my dog and have him in my wedding which in and of itself is just so unique and thoughtful for them to allow that. We all went swimming the morning of our wedding too the water was beautiful. The location manager was amazing even supplying a bathroom attendant and someone to nanny for a few hours. You could not ask for a better wedding. My guests cannot stop raving about how cool and beautiful the venue was. It is definitely one of a kind.

The decorations were perfect and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. Honestly we got a family getaway and a wedding for the same price as your average wedding ceremony in Florida. ering around like we would've had at any other venue. The grounds and bungalows are clean and pristine. We had a welcome party, the ceremony/reception and a morning after brunch all on the property. The staff were exceptional and were willing to make anything happen. The manager Lana is fantastic and allows you to borrow items left over from past weddings. I highly recommend this venue. It was a TON of work but it was awesome to have the flexibility to bring everything in ourselves including the alcohol. We had an amazing sunset on our wedding day and were constantly visited by manatees! I can't wait to come back here for a vacation!

ticular, was BEYOND amazing - she went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life, even moving around tables and decor at the last minute due to unexpected rain. The quality of their work was picture perfect, with a beautiful beachy ambiance that wowed all of our guests. They even took the time to wipe down every single chair before the ceremony began. We got married a week ago today and every single guest has either called or texted us to rave about what a great time they had and how it was "the best wedding" they've ever been too! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and highly recommend Dream Bay Resort to any couple planning their special day.

ee. We knew it would be a rare occasion to have all of both families together at once. We wanted a place where we could gather but have privacy, have an elegant event, but also casual time. Dream Bay Resort have us a place to do it all. Our immediate families and some friends stayed on property with us. Everyone had their own space. We had our own lovely bridal suite/ honeymoon suite. The scenery was picturesque. The team was helpful and cheerful. We were able to personalize our event with our own vendors. There was plenty of space for parking for almost 100 guests for the wedding. The space easily fit our welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception without so much as moving a chair. We played in the water and used the venue's water toys. Our wedding guests were able to use the restrooms by the dock, which meant they weren't going into our cottages during the event. Thank you, Lana, for guiding my parents in their first visit, professional and helpful communication during the planning process, and for leading a wonderful team during the stay.

She was a GODSEND. We rented the whole property for the weekend and had a welcome party Thursday, the wedding Friday, and a Brunch on Saturday. Our events had 100-125 guests and everyone fit perfectly. Our wedding party and immediate families stayed in the cottages on the property which was super convenient. Our guests are still telling us what an amazing weekend they all had. We are so beyond grateful for this beautiful property! Thank you for making our dreams come true!!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this venue!!!!

everything so close. We showed up early with groceries and asked to put them in the fridge if they weren’t finished cleaning (it was an hour before check in) and they allowed us to go in. They had a phone number to text if we needed anything and they responded quickly and brought us what we needed! The place was perfect!

We wanted a small wedding in the Keys, and the ability to control our environment so our Guests could relax and have a mini-vacation without all of the "noise" that comes along with a big hotel or loud restaurant, etc. Dream Bay was beyond perfect for us. Laid-back, true Keys vibe. No pretenses. Bare feet, blue water, and tiki huts!
We booked the entire resort, plus Treetops, and created a 3-day getaway for all who attended.
We first met Bryan when we came to look at the Resort, and his down-to-earth personality is what really told us we were in the right place. Bryan greeted us when we checked in and helped us with EVERYTHING from helping us transport items between cabanas to finding extra coolers to setting up tables and chairs. Meegan was such an amazing help during the time leading up to the wedding, answering questions, etc. And while we were there she helped arrange our morning wedding and brunch reception under the tiki. So grateful for them both!
The Resort offers something for everybody and for all guests to enjoy. Plenty of places for quiet time, sunset strolls out on the dock, and evening gathering in Adirondack chairs. Guests were able to paddle board and kayak during their stay right from the Resort. The cabanas are all large enough that people can spread out and relax and have their own space indoors, as well.
Our friends left with dreams of returning to this delightful place, and we were able to have a beautiful Keys getaway all to ourselves.

We initially only planned to have our wedding and farewell brunch at Dream Bay, but ended up also having a Welcome Party, our Rehearsal Dinner, Morning Beach Yoga, The Wedding Ceremony + Reception, AND Farewell brunch. It was perfect! We also saw Dolphins from the pier during brunch and it was the perfect sendoff for our guests.

y and allowed our 4 legged son, Max, to take part. Dream Bay Resort was the perfect location and we knew the second we went on our tour with our wedding planner Olivia from Frond and Feather Events. It is not only gorgeous, but it brings with it a sense of tranquility and natural beauty.
My family and I rented out all of the cottages except 1 that was already taken, so we felt like we had our own little private oasis. We had a cold weekend, so did not get to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards unfortunately, but they are there for all guests and in good shape. Each of the houses had comfortable beds, lots of space, their own fenced backyards (security with dogs), very cutely decorated. On the wedding day we used Tropicasa as the "ladies" getting ready house and there was so much space for hair/makeup, people gathering, large food spread (A lot of space!!!). Asiel and I stayed in the TreeTops house which was separated from the others for more privacy. Beautiful 1 bedroom layout and lovely bathroom. There is even a getting ready room with bright lights and chairs in that house.
Dream Bay staff was also very easy-going, helpful and friendly. Bryan and Meegan were so helpful throughout the entire weekend!
We looked at a lot of other venues in upper and middle keys and Dream Bay came on top. We highly recommend this venue!

The staff (especially Tanya, Brian, and Meegan) was so wonderful the entire weekend, not only keeping the property looking spotless but checking in with us constantly while also letting us enjoy every moment. It was the PERFECT wedding venue - we had a rehearsal party by the water on Friday, ceremony and reception on the beach, and brunch at the largest house on Sunday. Everyone could not stop raving about the property and how beautiful it was, but it was especially incredible for me as the bride to be able to enjoy the whole weekend having stayed there Friday-Monday instead of rushing around to fit into a narrow time frame at a stuffy hotel. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Brian and his team were such a treat all weekend. Despite intermittent rain, requiring them to shovel and rake the grounds more than once, they kept the property in mint condition and always had the best, positive attitude while doing so. With all the stress of having 3 events on property, they really made sure they did everything they could to make things easier on us and that meant a lot.
The wedding planner Olivia knows the property well and has a knack for anticipating many curve balls and brings her obvious experience to bear when helping with the planning and execution process.

t) and the general consensus from all guests was that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. My boss even told me that if he could re-do his own wedding, he would've done it at Dream Bay.
Literally everything about it was perfect. The owner, Bian (the property manager) and Olivia (their dedicated wedding planner) were all INCREDIBLE AND KIND.
The houses were adorable and clean. The kayaks they offered got a ton of use. The location was amazing. And we hands down had the best sunsets that most of us have ever seen in our entire lives.
I literally cried when we had to leave, and all my friends agreed that they could have easily spent another couple extra days there.
Do your wedding at Dream Bay. Seriously. Your wedding day will be special and there is no where more magical than Dream Bay for such an incredible life event.

The opportunity to utilize the kayaks and paddle boards provided us all with a lot of fun. I would give them 100 stars if possible! leave the property. It’s huge and gorgeous and your able to just take off on a kayak whenever you’d like. The houses were super comfortable and everybody was able to have their space. I could go on and on but basically 100/10 resort, would go back.

as, the rope hammocks, Brian the caretaker/ groundskeeper etc., beach, kayaks/paddleboards, soft lights everywhere, the houses, it's private, gated. The family and friends all stayed in the 5 houses. They are beautiful, comfortable, had everything you need in the kitchen, washer/dryer, decks with grills, it was so relaxing. We all loved it! You couldn't ask for a more perfect place for a wedding, family reunion, etc. We are definitely coming back to Dream Bay Resort !!

always prompt to respond to questions we had and very accommodating. Still, coming from out of state and never seeing the property (aside from online) I was nervous. The minute we stepped inside the gates though, all my fears were gone. This property is truly a hidden gem! We had the 4 main houses and the treetops house next door for everyone. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Not a single person in our group of 30 complained one bit about the rooms or property. The grounds are stunning. So many little individual sitting areas for you guests to relax. The jetty you can walk out on, paddle boards, kayaks that are available for use are just some of the bonuses. There's three separate areas to hold your ceremony. Two beaches and the jetty. We had ours on Serenity Beach and the setting was truly like a scene from a movie. The true gems though are the amazing staff. Everyone was amazingly sweet. Roosevelt was always cheery when we would stop to stay hi and made sure the beach was pristine for our big day. Then there's Bryan the property manager. He is hands down the best asset to Dream Bay...aside from the view😊 He was amazing from the time we arrived to till we left. Making sure everything was the way we wanted it, checking in to see if we needed anything. Our stay and wedding day would not have been as enjoyable, if it wasn’t for him. So glad we got to meet the staff, spend some time getting to know them and enjoy this beautiful property. I promise anyone looking for a wedding venue...book here! You will not be disappointed!
