Dream Bay Resort is a romantic wedding venue in Key Largo, FL. Imagine having a private waterfront property, all to yourselves, just you and your guests, among the swaying palms and shimmering waves of one of the Florida Keys’ most beautiful and unique wedding venues!
Dream Bay Resort is a 2.5-acre private, family-owned waterfront property with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Florida Keys' unforgettable sunsets. Located just an hour from Miami International Airport, Dream Bay Resort can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests, including 36 staying on-site in our 5 lovely cottages. We also offer simple yet romantic elopements and microweddings for up to 50 guests.
Our gorgeous property is an ideal spot to spend time with your family and friends before and after your ceremony. There is plenty of space for you and your wedding party to spread out and celebrate your big day. Choose between picturesque beach locations or our gorgeous sunset pier for your ceremony, and our large tiki is great for your reception and dancing! Dream Bay offers a non-corporate, laid-back, "boho" vibe with sandy beaches, hammocks, and tiki huts. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided for guest use.
To make your wedding planning even easier, we provide tables, chairs, permanent lighting, set up/breakdown, arch, or bamboo arbor, so the framework for your wedding is already in place. All you need to do is pick your vendors for catering, entertainment, and decor, and we make that easy, too, with our preferred vendor list, or you can choose your own. You can even bring in your own alcohol! This gives you more control over your budget and allows you to create the kind of wedding that fits your unique style and taste. Nearby hotels and motels make it simple to accommodate all your guests, and we’re conveniently located near all of Key Largo’s main attractions, like John Pennekamp Park, swim with dolphin programs, many fine restaurants, sport fishing fleets, and shopping.

Oh my where to begin.... We had our wedding at Dream Bay Resort in February 2024 and it exceeded all of our expectations!!! The property is absolutely gorgeous with views that you only see in movies or postcards. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. Lana the property manager was incredible in making sure our weekend was perfect! She was a GODSEND. We rented the whole property for the weekend and had a welcome party Thursday, the wedding Friday, and a Brunch on Saturday. Our events had 100-125 guests and everyone fit perfectly. Our wedding party and immediate families stayed in the cottages on the property which was super convenient. Our guests are still telling us what an amazing weekend they all had. We are so beyond grateful for this beautiful property! Thank you for making our dreams come true!!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this venue!!!!

Dream Bay Resort exceeded our expectations! We planned our wedding from California without ever making a trip to see DreamBay in person. When we arrived the week of our wedding we were thrilled to find out that everything was even better than expected. All of the cottages had been updated from what we saw in the online pictures and the site was beautiful. We had it all to ourselves for two nights and got constant good feedback from our guests. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Dream Bay Resort was a beautiful venue! Our wedding was May 6, 2023 and we stayed at Dream Bay from May5th until May 8th. The entire place was beautiful and it was amazing to have everything so close. We showed up early with groceries and asked to put them in the fridge if they weren’t finished cleaning (it was an hour before check in) and they allowed us to go in. They had a phone number to text if we needed anything and they responded quickly and brought us what we needed! The place was perfect!
The best experience! Not only were the homes clean and up to date for our stay, the property is gorgeous! I can't wait to get our pictures back. The onsite staff were so easy an wonderful to work with. Their advice was integral to a stress-free wedding day, even with a hurricane up the coast day of. We also went with the venue's on-site caterer. Food was amazing, and Tony was incredibly accommodating with our budget. I can't say enough good things about Dream Bay. I would rebook in a heartbeat!
Dream Bay was the absolutely perfect setting for our wedding. Brian was an extremely helpful host and answered any questions we had immediately. I could not believe how beautiful everything was, and how spacious and comfortable everything felt. It was truly perfect for our wedding.
We just returned from our dream wedding at Dream Bay Resort! Throughout our entire process, from first visiting Dream Bay to booking it to wedding day, Tanya, Meegan, and Bryan made us feel cared about as people AND as guests.
We wanted a small wedding in the Keys, and the ability to control our environment so our Guests could relax and have a mini-vacation without all of the "noise" that comes along with a big hotel or loud restaurant, etc. Dream Bay was beyond perfect for us. Laid-back, true Keys vibe. No pretenses. Bare feet, blue water, and tiki huts!
We booked the entire resort, plus Treetops, and created a 3-day getaway for all who attended.
We first met Bryan when we came to look at the Resort, and his down-to-earth personality is what really told us we were in the right place. Bryan greeted us when we checked in and helped us with EVERYTHING from helping us transport items between cabanas to finding extra coolers to setting up tables and chairs. Meegan was such an amazing help during the time leading up to the wedding, answering questions, etc. And while we were there she helped arrange our morning wedding and brunch reception under the tiki. So grateful for them both!
The Resort offers something for everybody and for all guests to enjoy. Plenty of places for quiet time, sunset strolls out on the dock, and evening gathering in Adirondack chairs. Guests were able to paddle board and kayak during their stay right from the Resort. The cabanas are all large enough that people can spread out and relax and have their own space indoors, as well.
Our friends left with dreams of returning to this delightful place, and we were able to have a beautiful Keys getaway all to ourselves.

We rented the whole resort from Thursday thru Monday for an extended wedding weekend and it was PERFECT. It's the perfect mixture of laid back and relaxed, while also being clean + put together + on top of everything. The resort managers are the ABSOLUTE best. We initially only planned to have our wedding and farewell brunch at Dream Bay, but ended up also having a Welcome Party, our Rehearsal Dinner, Morning Beach Yoga, The Wedding Ceremony + Reception, AND Farewell brunch. It was perfect! We also saw Dolphins from the pier during brunch and it was the perfect sendoff for our guests.

Our own private paradise! Exactly what we wanted for our fun destination wedding weekend :)
My husband and I were looking for a venue that reminded us of the old keys, had privacy and allowed our 4 legged son, Max, to take part. Dream Bay Resort was the perfect location and we knew the second we went on our tour with our wedding planner Olivia from Frond and Feather Events. It is not only gorgeous, but it brings with it a sense of tranquility and natural beauty.
My family and I rented out all of the cottages except 1 that was already taken, so we felt like we had our own little private oasis. We had a cold weekend, so did not get to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards unfortunately, but they are there for all guests and in good shape. Each of the houses had comfortable beds, lots of space, their own fenced backyards (security with dogs), very cutely decorated. On the wedding day we used Tropicasa as the "ladies" getting ready house and there was so much space for hair/makeup, people gathering, large food spread (A lot of space!!!). Asiel and I stayed in the TreeTops house which was separated from the others for more privacy. Beautiful 1 bedroom layout and lovely bathroom. There is even a getting ready room with bright lights and chairs in that house.
Dream Bay staff was also very easy-going, helpful and friendly. Bryan and Meegan were so helpful throughout the entire weekend!
We looked at a lot of other venues in upper and middle keys and Dream Bay came on top. We highly recommend this venue!

I truly do not have enough nice things to say about Dream Bay. The property itself is phenomenal: a beautiful private compound with four houses, it’s own private beach and dock, with so much space to enjoy. The staff (especially Tanya, Brian, and Meegan) was so wonderful the entire weekend, not only keeping the property looking spotless but checking in with us constantly while also letting us enjoy every moment. It was the PERFECT wedding venue - we had a rehearsal party by the water on Friday, ceremony and reception on the beach, and brunch at the largest house on Sunday. Everyone could not stop raving about the property and how beautiful it was, but it was especially incredible for me as the bride to be able to enjoy the whole weekend having stayed there Friday-Monday instead of rushing around to fit into a narrow time frame at a stuffy hotel. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

This is literal a Dream resort to have a wedding. I literally felt like I was on an island with my closest family and friends for 3 days. The staff there is so subtile and helpful at the same time. There is literally not one single thing that I would have changed about my wedding. It was perfect.

Having our wedding at Dream Bay was a dream come true. We were between Dream Bay and having our wedding in Hawaii, and I can’t imagine Hawaii topping the gorgeous ambiance we had at Dream Bay with its glorious sunset views. Tanya, Brian and Meegan went above and beyond to make the day and our stay truly magical. We rented out 4 of the 5 cottages for out of town guests and family, so it truly was more of a wedding weekend than just a wedding day, making it all the more fun and special. The actual wedding day was simply spectacular with perfect weather, and Meegan, the resort’s in house event planner, made sure everything went off without a hitch. It was such a memorable day and my gratitude abounds.

We had our wedding weekend here, during the first week of November 2021. Rented 4 of the homes to bring our families and closest friends together for several days, which made our wedding an unforgettable experience. It’s a private setting so you have the whole property + kayaks all to yourselves.
Brian and his team were such a treat all weekend. Despite intermittent rain, requiring them to shovel and rake the grounds more than once, they kept the property in mint condition and always had the best, positive attitude while doing so. With all the stress of having 3 events on property, they really made sure they did everything they could to make things easier on us and that meant a lot.
The wedding planner Olivia knows the property well and has a knack for anticipating many curve balls and brings her obvious experience to bear when helping with the planning and execution process.
Stay here for vacation or any group events you have in mind!

Dream wedding/vacation
I wouldn’t have had my wedding at any other location. Tanya, Meegan, and Brian were a dream to work with. There’s no other place that could hold a wedding and a family vacation for the value. The grounds and houses are spotless and the water is warm and beautiful.

We booked during COVID so we never saw the property in person, which makes any couple a little nervous. It is exactly what we expected and more! The property is huge and perfect! Sunsets are unforgettable. The property manager, Bryan, was very hospitable and a pleasure to work with.
All our friends whom are married said “we should have done something like this” and my friends who aren’t married asked if they could steal my idea which I encourage so I can go back!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dream Bay Resort. We hosted our wedding here on 6/11/2021 (and used four houses for the weekend for our wedding party and close friends to stay at) and the general consensus from all guests was that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. My boss even told me that if he could re-do his own wedding, he would've done it at Dream Bay.
Literally everything about it was perfect. The owner, Bian (the property manager) and Olivia (their dedicated wedding planner) were all INCREDIBLE AND KIND.
The houses were adorable and clean. The kayaks they offered got a ton of use. The location was amazing. And we hands down had the best sunsets that most of us have ever seen in our entire lives.
I literally cried when we had to leave, and all my friends agreed that they could have easily spent another couple extra days there.
Do your wedding at Dream Bay. Seriously. Your wedding day will be special and there is no where more magical than Dream Bay for such an incredible life event.

Dream Bay was everything I hoped-for and more! We rented the resort for our entire family at an amazing price. The main house 's master suite was perfect for us as our suite and dressing room. The kitchens and grills allowed us to do all cooking at the resort. The communication was fantastic! The opportunity to utilize the kayaks and paddle boards provided us all with a lot of fun. If you’re looking for a fairytale dream wedding and the most fun weekend for your family and friends THIS is the place. We rented out the 4 houses for the weekend and barely had to leave the property. It’s huge and gorgeous and your able to just take off on a kayak whenever you’d like. The houses were super comfortable and everybody was able to have their space. I could go on and on but basically 100/10 resort, would go back.

We were at Dream Bay Resort for our son's wedding. It couldn't have been more perfect. We loved everything about it, the grounds, flowers, thatch roof huts, different seating areas, the rope hammocks, Brian the caretaker/ groundskeeper etc., beach, kayaks/paddleboards, soft lights everywhere, the houses, it's private, gated. The family and friends all stayed in the 5 houses. They are beautiful, comfortable, had everything you need in the kitchen, washer/dryer, decks with grills, it was so relaxing. We all loved it! You couldn't ask for a more perfect place for a wedding, family reunion, etc. We are definitely coming back to Dream Bay Resort !!

We just had our wedding at Dream Bay Resort and there is not enough amazing things I can say about this place! Tanya, the owner was amazing to work with prior to arriving. She was always prompt to respond to questions we had and very accommodating. Still, coming from out of state and never seeing the property (aside from online) I was nervous. The minute we stepped inside the gates though, all my fears were gone. This property is truly a hidden gem! We had the 4 main houses and the treetops house next door for everyone. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Not a single person in our group of 30 complained one bit about the rooms or property. The grounds are stunning. So many little individual sitting areas for you guests to relax. The jetty you can walk out on, paddle boards, kayaks that are available for use are just some of the bonuses. There's three separate areas to hold your ceremony. Two beaches and the jetty. We had ours on Serenity Beach and the setting was truly like a scene from a movie. The true gems though are the amazing staff. Everyone was amazingly sweet. Roosevelt was always cheery when we would stop to stay hi and made sure the beach was pristine for our big day. Then there's Bryan the property manager. He is hands down the best asset to Dream Bay...aside from the view😊 He was amazing from the time we arrived to till we left. Making sure everything was the way we wanted it, checking in to see if we needed anything. Our stay and wedding day would not have been as enjoyable, if it wasn’t for him. So glad we got to meet the staff, spend some time getting to know them and enjoy this beautiful property. I promise anyone looking for a wedding venue...book here! You will not be disappointed!

Dream Bay was the best! Tanya and Bryan were super friendly and accommodating the entire journey. The resort was a dream come true to host our daughters wedding! The grounds, the cottages and the view is spectacular. The pier with the sailboats as a backdrop for the ceremony was something out of a magazine. If your looking for your dream wedding venue - Dream Bay is the answer.
