My wife and I hired dream boat studio to do photography and videography. The day of the wedding they were un-prepared, late to the photo shoot. BUT worst of all... didn't take any ...
video! When we called to complain - they said that they NEVER agreed to do videography, and that we were confused! They said that we agreed that they would make a "video collage" of photos throughout our childhood... I said FINE - at least we'll have that... And do you think we ever recieved this "video collage"? NOPE. After 3 months of ignored texts and calls i gave up. I never recieved a video. I never recieved my money back. Never recieved an apology. Dream Boat stole from my Wife and I.
