r coordinator based on our positive planning interactions with Penni, in addition to her amazing reviews. Unfortunately, the actual day fell short of expectations. Despite our clear communication beforehand, several agreed-upon tasks went unfulfilled, including the distribution of vendor tips (leaving my husband running around throughout the night doing it himself). Additionally, she was neither flexible nor supportive with last-minute needs; rather than stepping in to manage issues as they arose, she often remained on the sidelines, leaving us to handle these details ourselves—despite the fact that we were paying her specifically for this support. The biggest thing we were concerned with was that on top of her not fulfilling the things we had discussed, Penni’s interactions with our family and photographer were unexpectedly disrespectful, which added unnecessary tension to what should have been a joyful, stress-free day. Multiple family members mentioned that they felt she was rude or dismissive, and my husband and I experienced this firsthand as well. I genuinely wish things had gone differently, as our day would have been much smoother with proactive and respectful coordination. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, and it takes a lot for me to leave a less-than-positive review, but based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Penni Davis.

She really stepped in during the weeks right before the rehearsal dinner to help us make final plans and coordinate vendors. The best part was that I trusted she had every detail covered on the night of the rehearsal dinner, from keeping track of the schedule for the evening, to escorting guests to the buffet in an organized manner, to managing vendors so that could truly "be a guest at my son's rehearsal dinner," as she said I should be. Thanks to Tami, it was a perfect evening and a perfect wedding weekend. I've already contracted with her to be the bridal consultant for my daughter's March 2024 wedding!

We had to track her down several times to get things going. Half my personal items were gone at the end of the night. None of my catered meals came home with me. None of my florals came home with me. I would not recommend.

The week of the wedding, she took care of contacting and confirming contracts, insurance, arrival times with all vendors, which was a major help to get off my plate. My parents live out of town and I wanted them to get to be guests at our wedding and for me to personally enjoy it too without the extra stress! Our wedding day was more than anything I could have wished for and everything went so smoothly. We have Penni to thank for that!! She kept everyone on the timeline, made sure my vision came to life, and that all I had to do was have fun and spend time with my friends, family and new husband. I cannot say enough great things about Penni and highly recommend!!
