Jake passed the vibe check! He was able to mix our songs and take our notes for the ceremony. The sound system was bumping, lights were flashing, and the Photo Booth was a huge hit! We definitely would recommend Jake again for any event!

DJ Jake is the best wedding DJ I've experienced; so glad we chose him for our wedding. He was simple to work with, followed the event flow perfectly, played everything we could have wanted, and was the perfect MC! We gave him our staple ceremony songs and a bunch of other suggested songs so he could get a feel for what we liked. We had a few phone calls leading up to the wedding so we could talk through the flow and song cues. He nailed ever bit of it. I highly recommend Dream Day DJs!

Jake was extremely easy to work with, keeping in touch with us 6 months out and sending recommendations of various genres of music for us to use as inspiration. As we got closer to the date, Jake made sure to confirm each song we had chosen, sending us samples so we could be sure the right versions were used. On the day of, Jake made the day go smoothly, as all equipment was set up with no problems and he checked with us throughout the night that the music volume was appropriate. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone else!

Jake was amazing!!! Jake provided us with a very thorough client worksheet to help us plan our music for the entire day. Before our wedding, Jake scheduled a phone call with us to go over the timeline and to ensure that he had the correct songs/artists for our requested songs. On the wedding day, he played the perfect mix of Spanish and American music to keep all of our guests on the dance floor. We also used his team for the photo booth and I am so happy that we did! Dream Day DJs was the best choice for our big day! Jake was prepared with knowledge of our venue, had incredible expertise when it came to song selections, and offered a very well organized client worksheet for the entire event. The worksheet he created for us was one of our most helpful wedding planning tools as it prompted us to make decisions about the many details there are when planning a wedding! There was timeliness and professionalism in every email from him, and he often answered our questions before we even knew what to ask! We were able to provide a list of songs we wanted to have played at our wedding, and relied on his incredible read of the room for most of the night. We’re still receiving compliments on the music selections a month later! Jake was fantastic!! He played amazing songs and transitioned to each one perfectly. He took into consideration our music preferences and perfectly made any announcements we had to a tee. He really didn’t try to insert himself into the night like I’ve seen some other wedding DJs do and he picked the perfect songs to play to the end vs. songs he transitioned to after the first chorus. He was super responsive when we were planning the details. Love Jake!!!

From start to finish, we had the best experience with dream day DJs. Jake was very responsive and provided all of the information we needed before booking their services. Akhil was our DJ and master of ceremonies for our wedding day and did an amazing job. He was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. We were very particular about our music choices and had exact songs/timings to go with specific entrances, etc. Akhil incorporated all of our requests and executed them perfectly. During the reception/dancing portion of the night, he managed to include song choices that we requested, while also reading the crowd and adding songs that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. He even checked in with both me (the bride) and the groom to make sure we were happy with the music he was playing. Everyone had so much fun at our wedding, and Akhil is a big reason for that. We would highly recommend Dream Day DJs, Akhil beyond exceeded our expectations!

This is going to sound so extra but we were BLOWN AWAY by our DJ Jake at our wedding this past weekend. He stepped in at the last minute when our other DJ cancelled.... He emailed me back within literally 2 hours every time I asked him a question. He went out on his own time and visited the property beforehand to ensure a great setup, and called me a week before to clarify ALL song requests and exactly each time to play them. All songs for the ceremony and reception entrances were played EXACTLY how I asked in the queue I requested, and Jake had awesome MC skills and knew how to keep the party going all the way to last song!!! Bless him for dealing with the ROWDY bunch at our wedding. We didn’t deserve such a professional!!!! Truly blown away by him. All our guests at our brunch the next morning were just raving over how great of a job he did!!!! He made the night.

Akhil of the Dream Day DJs team was our DJ for the night, and he did a great job! He provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were honestly thinking of not hiring a DJ at first with the COVID situation, since it’s difficult to socially distance yourself on the dance floor. However, we required that everyone wear masks at our wedding and that people spread out to dance which helped to ease our minds, and those of our guests. Three weeks and 39 100% healthy guests later, we are happy that our small wedding didn’t turn into a super spreader event.

Jake is absolutely amazing! We had him as our DJ and used his team for the photo booth and uplighting services. Even after our wedding, people are still talking about how great he was and how much fun they had dancing all night long. He does a great job of feeling out the audience to see what song to play next! Jake takes the time to go over with you the timeline for the day, how to pronounce all the names of your wedding party and all of your song selections. His professionalism and expertise is top notch and I highly recommend hiring him. Thank you, Jake!

Our number one goal for our wedding was keep the dance floor going all night. Akhil was incredible! He kept the dance floor packed and totally played to the crowd. We had multiple dance battle circles throughout the night and "Let me clear my throat" may have been the most epic dance floor moment I've ever seen at a wedding. We had at least 50 people jumping, hollering, and freezing on the dance floor. At one point he even got my Grandpa dropping it to Play that Funky Music. Before the wedding itself Jake even helped us with a special first dance mix that turned out amazing. Akhil and Jake brought so much joy and fun to our wedding and I can't sing Dream Day Dj's praises enough.

Jake went above and beyond all our expectations!! From our first meeting, Jake was extremely prepared and helpful. On the day of the wedding Jake managed to keep things moving smoothly despite unexpected schedule changes. His flexibility took so much stress off my husband and I, and all of our guests commented on how great the wedding was. Additionally, the dance floor was packed all night. Unlike many other djs we spoke to, it was clear that our wedding was Jake’s primary focus. We highly recommend him for any event!

Booking our DJ was by far the EASIEST decision that we made throughout the wedding planning process! Jake's all-inclusive pricing was very reasonable and convenient for us as we were looking for someone to do music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The dance floor was PACKED all night and we received so many compliments about the music. Would highly recommend!!

Jake did an absolutely amazing job as our wedding DJ. We found Jake through his great reviews online, and once we had our initial meeting, we knew that he would live up to our high expectations. He is extremely professional, knows weddings VERY well, and even provides many planning worksheets and tools that help you create your reception timeline, playlists, etc. His services are very reasonably priced (especially for his quality of skill), and he is willing to be at the event as long as you need him, which was great for us! During the planning process, he was great with communication, and would reply to emails very quickly. At our final meeting, he also made many suggestions for extra fun activities to use at the reception (which all went over really well!) He definitely knows what works at weddings, and knows exactly how to please a crowd. At the wedding, he frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was going to our liking, and he was not just the DJ, but the MC for the entire night. He kept the night going smoothly, and played some great music that kept the dance floor packed the entire night. All of our friends and family were raving about how much fun they had all night. I would HIGHLY recommend Jake to anyone who wants a GREAT wedding experience, and especially anyone who wants a fun, high-energy atmosphere at their wedding. Jake was really organized and his preparation was excellent. His music selection was really good. He didn't really get involved much with the crowd at the reception, I don't know if it was because it was a smaller crowd or what. He did a good job but it wasn't phenomenal.

Jake at Dream Day DJ's was another vendor that was very easy to work with. I knew he was going to be good when we contacted another DJ about our date (which was a Sunday) and they said all their DJs were booked for Saturday and they didn't think they could do as good of a job if they were tired, but that they highly recommended Jake at Dream Day DJs. We are so glad they put us in touch with him. Jake has a professional package that walks you through making all your selections and giving him all the information he needs to make sure your day is a success. We even threw in a last minute dance with the flowergirls which he accomodated - no sweat! We also decided to cancel our sparklers at the end of the evening and he made sure everything went off without a hitch. He scouted our location a week before (even though it was 2 hours from him) so he could talk with the B&B and make sure they had all his requirements and he'd know where to set up, etc. He was also able to use his two systems (one small and one large) to accomodate our request to mic the reverend during the ceremony. The music was great and everyone had a fabulous time. He has a wide variety of music to choose from. So whether you like country or you like hip hop - Jake has it all. He goes above and beyond on service - especially for his fee. We could have found lots of other DJs at the same price point, but none that would have been as professional and service oriented as Jake. If you want to take a big load off your shoulders and ensure your guests will have a great time - we recommend Jake and Dream Day DJs.
