They have been coordinating and designing one-of-a-kind weddings throughout the Philadelphia area for the past 10 years. Founder and planner Rachael will use her organizational skills and passion for weddings to create the perfect wedding celebration for you. She is kind and personable with everyone she works with, and she is so knowledgeable when it comes to weddings. No question was a dumb quesiton, and she was super flexible when it came to meeting times. The planning process was so easy because of her.
She was also amazing the day of wedding. Everyone I spoke with said it was so organized, and I know it felt that way because of Rachael! She was there bright and early as we got our hair and makeup done and made sure everyone in my bridal party was happy and comfortable. During the wedding, she made sure everything was running smoothly and made sure both my husband and I were taken care of. Her assistant Sofia was also a pleasure to work with. Both Rachael and Sofia made sure we could just enjoy our wedding while they handled our vendors and clean up. I can't thank both of them enough for making our day so special and highly recommend them for all your planning needs!!!

She made suggestions of viewpoints I had not considered, gave us a wonderful spreadsheet to keep us organized, and did any and all communication with other vendors that we asked her to. She ran rehearsal the day before and helped with everything the day of from hair and makeup, to making sure the guys got to the venue on time, and making sure each vendor was there on time setting up decor exactly where I wanted it. Rachael truly is the most positive, bubbly, and organized person you could possibly want in your corner on your big day. By the time the wedding rolled around, she felt more like a best friend then my planner and I was so happy to have her with me through the entire process. She is the EASIEST decision of the vendor hiring process and I would recommend her 10/10 times! (All of my bridesmaids want to hire her for their future weddings!)

n the industry for suggestions and Rachael came highly recommended. The entire Dream Day Events team was friendly, helpful, quick on their feet, creative, organized and detailed. Ally worked with me for months prior, kept me calm, organized and communicated with my vendors. We booked a venue where we had to hire outside catering and vendors so having a wedding planner was vital. They gave me great recommendations for other vendors as well like transportation, photo booth and hair & make up. Some vendors even gave us a discount because I was working with Dream Day Events. They helped me make decisions when I was feeling so overwhelmed and wanted to give up. The ladies coordinated all the logistics for the pictures and bridal party as well as vendors. I gave them boxes of décor that they beautifully set up with very little direction. They troubleshooted any minor snafus without me even knowing anything went wrong. They talked to my mom when she was getting on my nerves. They helped my Grandma get into the venue. They coordinated with our dog walker to get my dog there. Ally was right there next to me with hand sanitizer in her fanny pack when I needed it. Most importantly, they kept us on time. As an event planner myself, I've almost never been able to start a wedding ceremony on time, but Ally and Rachael did it! And all throughout the months of planning, I felt like I was just chatting with friends. I'm going to miss them. I cannot thank them enough. I cannot recommend and sing their praises enough. Everyone planning a wedding can use the help of a wedding planner! Put it in your budget. In the end, having a professional by your side will save you money! It will make the day go so much smoother. You will actually be able to just enjoy the day as a guest instead of thinking of logistics and dealing with questions and issues. Do yourself a favor and hire Dream Day Events. At the end of the day, compared to how much we spent on everything overall, the wedding planner was a tiny piece of the budget. They were totally affordable and completely worth it!!! I would hire them again and again (but hopefully I won't need to). :)

a lot of big vendors already booked by the time my now husband and I hired Rachael, but she was there to show us all the little things that still needed to be completed. She was a liaison between vendors, solving problems before we were even aware there was a problem - but never making decisions for us - always consulting to make sure things were what we wanted for our day. Her organization knows no limits. Forget buying a planner. All you need is Rachael. She'll give you the tools necessary to keep on track for all the tasks that need completing leading up to the wedding, and send you reminders if you are a little behind (...guilty). And on the day of the wedding, she and her team were everywhere, from the hotel getting ready in the morning to the venue, prepping the decor and coordinating with the catering liaison, DJ, and photographer. Whenever we needed something, or our parents needed something, she was right there making it happen. If there needed to be a change to the schedule, she would come up with different scenarios, then ask me, and then disseminate my decision to the appropriate vendors to make sure everything I wanted to happen happened and happened when I wanted it to. I was able to enjoy that much more of my wedding day because of the behind-the-scenes work of Rachael and her team. Her advice throughout the whole process was INVALUABLE! She's done this many times over and knows the little details that someone who is planning their once in a lifetime wedding would miss. But more than just her expertise in the field of wedding planning, she is an overall wonderful human being. She is so sweet and so easy to work with - never pushy and never has a know-it-all attitude. I could go on and on (honestly can't believe I haven't run out of space yet!), but seriously, if you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further than Rachael and her team. They will make your special day (and all the planning leading up to it) every bit as magical as you could ever dream!

ow I can't imagine how the day would have gone without her.
We DIY'd most of the event, but turns out (surprise) we actually had no idea how to make a wedding run smoothly. Rachael was absolutely indispensable throughout the entire day. We hired her super last minute, and she was amazing with quickly organizing all of our vendor information and making sure we were squared away with all the little details like songs and processional order, etc. Not only was she incredibly organized and accessible, she went above and beyond the typical responsibilities. She was with us first thing in the morning helping organize the bridal party with our getting ready business, she picked up AND set up all of our desserts, and she awesomely moved chairs from the ceremony to the reception because our venue only provided us with exactly enough chairs for our guests. (On top of a million other things!)
Every single one of our vendors gushed about how great she was, and I can't speak highly enough of her. Disaster is a strong word for what our wedding would have been without her, but hey - it would have been pretty close! If anyone out there in wedding land isn't sure if they want to hire a planner - DO IT! And if you have the opportunity to work with Rachael - DO IT! She's incredibly professional, organized (which I keep saying because I am the opposite of organized), personable, and dedicated to you and your day.
