When I mentioned this the person I spoke to was unbelievably rude, blamed me, and said I was not eligible for any refund. I didn’t order these flavors. Tried a few when I got home. Absolutely horrible. Cake was chewy and oily. My sister is a pastry chef on tv and said the buttercream (flavorless) is made with shortening, not butter, so they’re super oily. I worried about all our wedding stuff but when we got to the reception the cake was there. Rick used some flowers from our florist to add additional decoration to the cake and it looked great.
Everyone raved about the cake. Luckily I get to taste all 3 flavors (we had a 3 tier cake with 3 different flavors). We chose lemon, chocolate and (I believe) salted caramel. The cake was delicious and extremely moist.
We had a couple pieces left over and my wife actually had one for breakfast a couple days after the wedding!
We were fortunate that at least one final piece was saved and it's in the freezer so we can have it on our first anniversary.

I shared some designs I liked for the frosting and piping and they completely nailed it! The cake was so moist and flavorful and our guests were wishing there was more to eat! Honestly, it's hard to pick a favorite. Every time I think I have a favorite, they come up with something new.
