I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracy! She made the cake and desserts for our wedding, and it was an absolute success! Everything was delicious from the cake (lemon cake...
layered with blood orange curd and iced with vanilla buttercream - a Tracy combo!) to the mini desserts (mini apple pies, key lime tartlets, mini chocolate espresso eclairs <3, creme filled cookies) She was also on time and prepared for every tasting, e-mail, and of course the wedding day.
Her combination of flavors, imagination, and attention to detail create some incredible desserts. The toughest part about working with Tracy is picking which deserts you are going to have out of the seemingly endless delicious and beautiful options she has.
She obviously loves what she does - it makes her a dream to work with! Do not pass go, do not collect $200 - just go get a tasting. You will be so happy you did!
