They did a great job with helping me select vendors and decorating my venue. However, I think that they did not pay a lot of attention to details (incorrect spelling of names, dinnerware set up incorrectly, the & sign on the sweetheart table was put backwards and a guest had to fix it, etc...) and the day of services was not the best. There was not a lot of guidance from her and her staff. To me it felt like they were very hands off. Something spilled on my wedding dress and they did not have an emergency case or couldn't find something to help me clean it off. At the end of the day I think Cynthia and her team are nice people; but I did not get the level of support that I expected from a wedding planner/coordinator; especially dealing with the day of services. A lot of the things that we talked about in our planning sessions were not done on the day of. There was no direction given to the wedding party and consequently, we lost out on pictures and time. Guests were coming in the reception hall because no direction was given as to where cocktail hour was supposed to be. I appreciate the team making my venue look nice, but this was not my dream. I felt more frustration than excitement...

Cynthia made my dreams come true. I gave her my colors, visions and specific things I wanted incorporated in our wedding and the work was absolutely amazing. She was able to draw a plan of action, different patterns with color schemes and examples on being different in a unique way. She planned everything from the day we met until the week after the wedding to ensure that our dreams came to a reality. The Dreams 2 Reality team gave the whole entire day a wow factor and still hear how absolutely wonderful everything was. I barely hand to lift a finger or burst a brain vessel to envision our wedding day to a dream come true.
