Having the pros at Dreamwood do the photos/videos for our wedding in April was one of the best decisions we made. Anna was a sweetheart to work with, treating us with such kindness, respect and compassion. The photographers and videographer were utterly professional and courteous throughout our wedding day. So so so glad I came across dreamwood.pro thru instagram! The moment I saw their photography and videos, I knew it’s the style that I wanted for our wedding which my husband also agreed upon once he saw their work. Although, I was so worried b/c both my husband and I are introverts and felt like we can never make a photo/video look that good like the ones from their portfolio. 😅 But when we got our photos and videos we were really surprise on how good they turned out! We had an absolutely delightful experience working with Mikhail and his team! From the start, they were incredibly attentive and truly listened to all our requests, helping us refine our wedding timeline for the perfect flow. Although Mikhail himself wasn't present on the wedding day, his fantastic team of photographers and videographers stepped in and did a phenomenal job. They were unobtrusive yet helpful with posing when needed, making it a pleasure to interact with them throughout our special day. We are thrilled with the beautiful photos and videos we received; they are treasures we will cherish for a lifetime. We will definitely be recommending Mikhail’s team to all our friends!

They are nice people but the quality of their product and services were severely lacking. At the beginning Mikhail who met with us was the one who gave us many assurances for our day. He was very responsive and very accommodating in his busy schedule. We liked the videos that they had produced on their website and the look of it. Everything was looking good until the day of the wedding. Mikhail promised that he and one other person would be the ones taking the video shots day of. Instead he had a team who were fairly green in shooting videography and did not really know how to give good direction of how they wanted the shot to look like. There were also several requests from both my wife and I to shoot but they were not included even though we talked day of. We saw Mikhail on only several occasions just directing the other 3 who were there to video the whole day. He was on his phone the whole day most likely working on other projects and not very focused. For the first round of video's we got they were less than ideal. They did give one round of free edits but there was just so much that it was quite unbearable to watch. His editors put music with words when people were talking and we could barely hear when anyone was giving a speech, did not communicate if there were any other music that they should use just in case. They also left out all of the good parts as well. Also all of the videos we got they were basically just the same exact video, just each one was lengthened a little bit more. Our 1 minute trailer was just about the same exact same thing as our 3 minute and 10 minute. the 40-60 minute video was obviously a bit different but lacked creativity. Within the second round of edits they did a much better job but still had music over the speeches even though we specifically gave them instrumental music to use that we would like when speeches were used. They changed most things that we had asked but still continued to recycle the same footage from each video. It was quite frustrating. A good side is that they gave us all of the raw video. Bad side of that is they never gave any suggestions of what to use to view the RAW until I asked. If you are deciding to use them as vendors please stray away.

Mikhail did a wonderful job capturing our wedding day. He was able to create multiple different videos of various lengths in addition to the documentary video. He also provided raw footage available in clip formatting, as well. He also provided an opportunity for us to request any changes to the videos before finalization, and when requested, was open to working on making sure we were happy with the final videos. As part of the package, he provided a beautiful box filled with printed photos taken from the videos, and a usb hard copy of the videos in addition to an online hyperlink in which we could access the videos and raw footage. He was punctual and professional at every meeting, and most of all on the day of our wedding. We received our videos right when he said we would, and they came out looking fantastic. His work paints the whole day in a cinematic, uplifting light that really captures the romance of it. We met Mikhail on Zoom so he could explain his process and give us a run-down of what the full thing would look like, and he walked us through what he would be doing on the day. He laid it out clearly for two people who know relatively little about cameras, and it made the whole thing seem a lot less intimidating. Until then, I was still on the verge of questioning the need for a videographer, but he explained how much it would add to our post-wedding experience, and he was absolutely correct. On the day of the wedding, Mikhail was on time, professional, and very focused on his work. He coordinated clearly with us, our wedding planner, and the other wedding vendors we’d hired, and never got in the way of other aspects of our wedding. While we were getting ready, he was getting impressive drone footage of our venue, and it was really cool to see the results later. Most of the time he was invisible, but he put us and our celebration front and center. He did have a hard out, but he was very clear about it upfront, so that wasn’t a problem, just something to be aware of. The edited videos look superb: smooth camera work, professionally edited, and they come with a free round of edits if we want them. Overall, Mikhail did a fantastic job, and we’d recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer.

We received the small box today...it’s amazing...so much joy and happiness!! We watched the video and photos for the entire evening, they are magnificent, sooooo beautiful, I can’t even express it! Our memories of this day are so incredible!

I watch it every day. We are enrapt, and it’s not just politeness or flattery. It’s beautiful, and you are just incredible artists. We watched it on a big screen with our whole family; our parents even invited their friends to see it. Girls from Celebrate are thrilled as well. We brought the video to them and watched it together. They love you and your work; all of them are so aesthetically beautiful.
