Chef Gina is amazing with food. From some places you get all glamor but no flavor but I can tell you with DRF Culinary Creations LLC you are getting delicious food. The value was in the tastes, and the guests faces as they were eating. We appreciated that because we wanted our families not only to have a great time, but have food that would match the experience we were trying to provide. I recommend to anyone looking to feed their guests well, and support black owned/veteran owned businesses . Love you Chef!

Meet Gina – Executive Chef, DRF Culinary Creations LLC
Cooking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent my entire life in the kitchen — crafting meals that bring people together and create lasting memories. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of cooking for weddings, parties, graduations, funerals, and countless family gatherings, each one special in its own way.
I graduated from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado, where I refined my techniques and deepened my love for the art of food. Whether I’m preparing an elegant dinner for a wedding or hearty comfort food for a celebration of life, I believe every dish should be made with care, passion, and a touch of soul.
Outside of the kitchen, I’m married to a proud disabled veteran who has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Caring for him has strengthened my compassion and patience — qualities that I bring into every aspect of my work. For me, cooking isn’t just about feeding people; it’s about nurturing them.
