Driftwood Event Planning

bsolutely the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding journey.  Abby took care of us thoroughly and completely from start to finish, with the suggested timeline, the vendor recommendations, the venue walk through, the planning session, tip recommendations, patience & grace with texts and questions, the rehearsal coordination, decor transportation & set up, vendor coordination to handling EVERYTHING, the day of the wedding.  We were able to be completely in the moment and truly enjoy one of the most special days of our lives. Abby’s contributions were priceless and she quickly became a trusted friend and felt like a member of our family. The day was magical and filled with love. Thank you Abby.

th, seamless, and special. As with any wedding, there were a few natural hiccups that were completely out of our control, but Paige and Abby handled every situation with calmness, professionalism, and confidence. Their knowledge of the wedding industry and ability to think on their feet made us feel completely taken care of, even when unexpected things came up. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of, and we were able to truly enjoy every moment because we knew we were in such capable hands. Hiring Driftwood was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I cannot recommend Paige, Abby, and the entire Driftwood team enough. 🤍

all the decor we had. Prior to the wedding she coordinated with all of our vendors. She relieved so much stress leading up to the wedding. The wedding and wedding rehearsal went off perfect! I would highly recommend her and Driftwood!

ot recommend her services more highly. After 10 months of wedding planning, Abby took over coordinating with vendors 2 months before our big day. This allowed me to relax and enjoy the months leading up to our wedding. Driftwood facilitated our rehearsal dinner and arrived early on our wedding day to set everything up. Their attention to detail and commitment to my wedding vision allowed me to relax and enjoy the entire weekend. Abby and her team ensured that everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when. Each and every employee went above and beyond. I cannot thank Abby, her assistant coordinators, and Driftwood's content creator enough for everything they did to ensure that our wedding was the most special day of our lives. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, Driftwood (and Abby) are absolutely the way to go!

ped on that FaceTime chat a month out, took all my scattered notes, and basically became our wedding fairy godmother: wrangling vendors, nailing the timeline, confirming every decor detail, and making sure the whole day flowed like a dream. Day-of, Abby checked on me while I was getting ready (so sweet!), kept every vendor on their A-game, and somehow handled any tiny hiccups without me ever noticing. You even thought of the little things after: donating the leftover florals and saving our cake for freezing. Thank you for your kindness, crazy attention to detail, and all that hard work—you made our day effortless, joyful, and unforgettable. 10/10, would hire you for every life event if I could! 💕

to the wedding day itself, Maddie was kind, professional and talented. There were many things I didn’t know about the wedding world and Maddie was the person who patiently guided me through the whole process. She made our day go perfectly, down to the last detail. Couldn’t recommend this team more!

were organized beyond organized, assertive in the softest and kindest way, and insured that they did everything possible to make our day the best day of our life. They were professional like a hired vendor, but felt like family while helping us throughout the day! Coming from a bride that didn’t fully understand the reasoning our venue required a ‘day of coordinator’ - I’m so thankful they did, because I truly don’t know what we would have done without Paige and Trinity. It’s the things that you don’t even realize you’ll need help with and they were there before we even knew we would need the help! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

30 days prior to our wedding understanding all of the details and our wishes, then executed beautifully! Our parents, wedding party, and guests were able to enjoy the day and not worry about set up, clean up, dealing with our weather chaos, etc. Anytime I had any concerns, questions, or request the day of, I knew exactly who to go to and they were so helpful. I am so grateful for their work and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

anning package and Paige was there to help bring my vision come to life. Since I was an out of town bride, having her to be able to give the best recommendations, set up tours, and help with the process of bookings vendors was lifesaving. Her day of coordinator Maddie and her assistant Monica helped the day go by so smooth. Many friends and family were so impressed with how beautiful the wedding was and commented that it was one of the best weddings they have been to and it is all thanks to Paige and her amazing team. If you’re looking for a team to plan your special day and so much more, Driftwood Point Events is hands down the way to go!

arch now. Thanks to Paige, my husband and I truly had the wedding of our dreams. I wish I could get married a million times over so I could continue to work with her. I had the pleasure of having Paige as my day of coordinator and my only regret is not booking her planning services. Paige is professional, incredibly detailed, patient, thoughtful, fun, personable and poised. Paige was prepared for any and every scenario and completely exceeded our expectations. We had the most perfect wedding day because of Paige and her ability to navigate challenges that arose throughout the day (most of which we didn't even realize were happening). Paige and Cienna executed our decor setup, timeline, and rehearsal perfectly, and we had the most incredible vendors all thanks to Paige's recommendations. When our venue told us the dance floor was no longer available days before the wedding, Paige found a vendor to provide us with a better one and coordinated with the venue to cover the cost. She had hors d'oeuvres and drinks waiting for my husband and I in the bridal suite after the ceremony, served us our dinner so we could sit and relax, and brought us drinks on the dance floor so we never had to leave our family and friends' sides. She got flower stains out of my dress 10 minutes before the ceremony in a matter of seconds, fixed my bridesmaid's dress when it ripped before the ceremony, fixed my dress bustle when it broke with a smile on her face at least 10 times throughout the night, and found and had towels ready to go when we decided to go jump in the lake with our bridal party in 50 degree weather. Not to mention, she drove our (sopping wet) bridal party home at the end of the night when the venue transportation left them behind! She even made sure we had a box of desserts waiting in our hotel room when the night was over. Paige told me her goal was for her to take on any and all stress once the rehearsal rolled around, and that is exactly what happened. Paige's work to give us the perfect day was absolutely priceless and we could not recommend her highly enough.

g process! She was so kind, easy-going, and organized during the whole wedding planning process. She calmed so many nervous as the weekend approached, affirming me that she was taking care of all the details and everything was going to go great. The day of, she made our reception space look beautiful. The way she and her team organized the tables, put together the dessert stand, decorated the outdoor space, and worked with the rest of the vendors was more than I could have ever asked for. She was so genuinely happy for us, and our families, and anyone would be so lucky to have Driftwood be part of their wedding planning. Thank you for everything!

our wedding in my opinion. We were both able to enjoy the day and be present because of Madeline and her team. Madeline had great communication with us before our big day, asking questions I hadn't even thought of to make sure the actual day ran as smooth as possible. She worked with all of our vendors to make sure that everything we had planned was set up and ready for us and our guests. They were so professional, attentive and helpful not only to us but our guests as well. We didn't have to do anything but enjoy our day because of Madeline and Abby. I would 1000% recommend Driftwood Point events to everyone so you can just focus on celebrating on your big day. Thank you Madeline and Driftwood Point Events!

thing I say in this review, she is 10x better. We recently got married on 10/12 and Gage somehow took the very minimal direction and photos I provided her with and turned it into exactly what I was picturing in my mind. She sat with us for almost 3 hours discussing details and asking questions and then took it from there. She handled all communication and coordination with our vendors, ensuring that they knew when to arrive and where to set up. When she asked if I had a specific way of wanting things set up I told her "I trust you, whatever you think looks good" and man, she executed PERFECTLY. This 100% is why you hire professionals. She made our entire day SO easy and stress free. Both of our families were so impressed and talked about how great of a job she did for days after our wedding. She is truly a rockstar. We are so grateful that Gage was there for us on our wedding day. I can't even imagine what it would have been like had we not had her. If you are questioning if you should hire a coordinator, do it & hire Driftwood Point Events. I was hesitant at first but after talking to many of my married friends and my mom, I decided to just go for it and I'm so glad I did. It is worth EVERY penny. Gage (& I'm sure the rest of the Driftwood team) does a phenomenal job at making your day exactly what you want it to be. Stress free & fun. 20/10 - I cannot recommend this team enough.

day. Their work also made it easier for our families to enjoy themselves as Paige and Maddie took care of everything! We would highly recommend anyone to work with Driftwood Point Events!

aige’s attention to detail was exceptional. Each time we looked up, she had anticipated our needs, whether it was our favorite drink, a snack, or a meal. On the morning of the wedding, I didn’t have to lift a finger. I had forgotten about some signs I made and left them in their packaging in a random room. When I later checked the reception site, it was as if Paige had read my mind—everything was perfectly placed. The tables were beautifully set, and the flow of events was flawless. Even when we hadn’t practiced our dip, Paige took the time to teach us how to dip during the rehearsal. The result? Our pictures were perfect and it looked effortless during the wedding. Paige’s calm and collected demeanor allowed me to fully enjoy the day and be the carefree, fun person I wanted to be. Her support and organization made our wedding day seamless and magical. We could not recommend her more.

t detail. She met us for our rehearsal and was running around for us all wedding day. She helped not only me and my husband, but our families! Maddie helped connect all of our vendors, set up, took down, brought things back and forth from our condo to our room, and was just the most supportive. She will always be so special to us and made our day perfect! We are so thankful for her and Driftwood and couldn't imagine our day without her.

s and attention to detail. She set up a private champagne toast after the ceremony, had dinner and desert delivered to us to be sure we were fed, and kept the entire day on schedule. Even our friends and family commented on how great she was! I really didn't worry about a thing on the big day, all thanks to Maddie!

ned! I did not have to worry about one single thing all day and that’s all thanks to her! Could not recommend more!

ring the wedding, but the whole wedding day. Trust me, she’s worth every penny. Thank you for everything!!

my hard work planning into action. Her professionalism, problem solving and caring made our day even more special! Maddie took care of everything at our 30 day planning meeting to asking all about the style of the wedding to who all the vendors were to take care of coordinating with the vendors so I wouldn’t have too! I’m so extremely impressed with Maddie and the Driftwood Point Events team! I highly recommend a day of coordinator to any couple planning a wedding !!

he is awesome, confident, efficient, genuine, and works her tail off to give you the wedding of your dreams!

organization was greatly appreciated! The day of the wedding was so smooth and they transformed the venue into my exact wishes! Can't say enough good things about these ladies! I highly recommend!!

swer to every question we had leading up to the wedding day and she especially shined during our entire wedding weekend! Even my new husband gave her the biggest praise the day after we got married saying every time he went up to her with a question that weekend she had a quick and correct answer for him!! If you are looking for someone to take all the stress out of your wedding day, these are your people!

smoothly. As a bride, I trusted her completely to put out all the little fires that inevitably occur on wedding day. She not only gracefully handled everything, but she created the most magical day that was everything we had hoped for. Paige is the best and you should absolutely hire her!

ices for our wedding and it was worth every single penny. We are both big planners and highly organized so we were not sure we needed a professional event manager, but we're SO glad we decided to hire Paige because she provided so much help. Paige was relaxed, easy to work with, and highly professional throughout the entire process. She was a great communicator and was always available for a call or to respond to emails. Paige came to the planning meetings and the event on-time, organized, ready-to-go, and with questions and materials we had not thought of. By far the biggest value was having Paige available on the day of our wedding to make a million things fall into place. We do not know how she did it because she seemed to be everywhere at once, but she managed to ensure everything came together behind the scenes while we relaxed and enjoyed our big day. Our ability to be present and enjoy our wedding day was in large part thanks to Paige. We cannot recommend Paige enough, she would be perfect for event services for any type of event.

d. You will be incredibly happy that you trusted them with all the details and hustle and bustle of your special day. I cannot thank Maddie and Paige enough for everything they did for me on my wedding day. They executed everything so perfectly that it exceeded my wildest dreams. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is going through this amazing time in life.

ading up to our wedding. Then once the month of hit she was on top of everything. She coordinated with all my other wedding vendors, made schedules, and made sure I had everything I needed to be prepared for the day. All while taking SO much stress off of my shoulders and making me comfortable. She was equipped to handle all my family drama and support me through my day. She even took my decor the night before the wedding so that it was ready to go for the following day. Her extensive wedding knowledge and love for her job was evident throughout the whole process. She made my day stress-free, effortless, and pulled everything together beautifully. Most of all she made me immensely comfortable, I knew everything was in good hands with her. I would recommend her to anyone getting married! And I would be happy to work with her again.

dding vision come to life and completely handled setup, take down, and any bumps along the way. Paige and her team allowed my husband and I to completely relax and enjoy our big day. Because of the communication and careful planning beforehand, Paige knew exactly how we were envisioning every piece of our wedding day and made it all happen seamlessly. Arguably the most important hire for us on our big day. We can't recommend Paige and her team enough! Thank you Paige & team for making our wedding a dream come true!

coordinating with vendors to creating the perfect timeline that ensured every event unfolded flawlessly. She took the time to truly understand our vision for the wedding and transformed it into a reality that exceeded our wildest dreams. But perhaps the most valued aspect of having Paige as our wedding coordinator was the peace of mind she provided. On our wedding day, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment, knowing that Paige had everything under control. From coordinating the ceremony to managing the reception, this allowed us and our families to savor every precious moment. Paige's dedication and passion went far beyond what we could have ever expected. Our guests couldn't stop raving about our wedding day, and we owe it all to Paige. Paige made all of my little girl dreams come true. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your special day unforgettable, look no further than Paige. We are eternally grateful for her, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking perfection in their wedding journey.

She even bustled my dress! I’m truly amazed how composed, meticulous and professional Paige was. I highly recommend her services.

dding planning process very smooth, and I can't thank her enough. She created a stress-free environment with planning and the day of the wedding. While finding vendors, Paige was quick and so helpful to assist and my wedding day went like a DREAM, and I have Paige to thank for that. here Paige handled without the bride needing to fret or know about it!) When I got engaged, it wasn’t even a second thought, the choice was plain as day. Paige worked with me all the way up to my wedding day and the day went off without a hitch. If you’re looking for a coordinator at a reasonable price, Paige & Co is the way to go!

- but Paige and her team coordinated everything to absolute perfection. As a very "Type A" person who had everything planned to the last detail, I was nervous to trust anyone else with executing our vision. Upon meeting Paige for the first time, I felt so at ease. She took the time to research different aspects of a traditional Hindu/Punjabi wedding before we even met so that she was prepared to talk through all the details. There were so many moving pieces that were so different from any other wedding she had done before, but she embraced all of it. From our wedding parade, to our crazy post-wedding games, to ensuring we had every dessert laid out in our hotel room to enjoy after the reception. Paige and her team made sure every aspect of this weekend ran smoothly while somehow also taking the BEST care of us by making sure we got anything we needed. I am SO thankful we hired Paige for our wedding. It would not have been successful without her and her team. We will forever be grateful to them and would reccomend her to anyone else planning a wedding!

ings happen and I did not have to worry about a thing. Honestly, I had no stress on our wedding day because Paige was so efficient and reliable. Minutes before I had to be a the venue Paige called me stating the venue did not provide linen, even though we thought they did. She told us "do not worry, I have a plan." I barely had any time to stress because Paige knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend her as your day of coordinator. We cannot thank her enough for making our day so special.

nt to include dogs in your wedding, Paige can handle it! Groomsmen that still need their mommies, Paige can handle it! Your dress needs to be superglued to your boobs so you don’t flash your future father in law, Paige can handle it. This woman can handle anything and everything! Paige is seriously the best wedding planner there is! Not only is she cute but this girl is seriously organized, and can get the job done. She helped me plan, coordinate, and execute our wedding and I am so happy I had her! I have never planned a wedding before so I did not know where to start! Thank goodness I started by hiring Paige. I was not your typical bride. I did not care about the little details I just wanted to have a fun wedding. Paige was able to see my vision and helped me choose the right vendors and helped me nail down the little details. My wedding day could not have gone better and it was all because of Paige. So if you want to have the best day of your life, my first suggestion is to hire Paige. I suggest you get her whole planning and coordinating package but even if you just get her for the day of planning, your wedding will be better. No one wants to be running around on their wedding day wondering how things are going to get done. Do yourself a favor and hire Paige. Paige, Sean and I cannot thank you enough for all your help in our wedding planning process. You are truly so talented at what you do. Sean and I look back at our big day and think about how calm and stress free it was and that was because of you! Thank you for all that you have done for us and we will definitely be calling you to help plan anniversaries and other big events in our lives. If you have not picked up the phone after reading this review you are making a poor choice! Hire Paige!

nt someone you can trust to handle everything with experience and tact there’s no one better. Our wedding would not have gone the way it did without her. Seriously the best, hire her!

magical and she played a large part of that for us. Highly recommend we cant picture the day going as well without her!

ful suggestions as we made our plans for the big day. On the wedding day, Paige (and her sister) were with us the whole time making sure that everything went perfectly from the setup to the final cleanup. There were many opportunities for things to not go perfectly and she was there to make sure that everything went great! I recommend her without reservation and with great enthusiasm.
