When Deanna does makeup it brings out the beauty in you without being too much or too little. My mother, mother in law, and grandmother (done by her assistant that day Bianca) also got their makeup done for the wedding and the looks she did for them were amazing. Also a plus, my husband loved every time I got my makeup done. He always says I don’t need to wear makeup, but you know how men are haha. He even coerced his mom who was a little apprehensive about it and she was thrilled with the look for the wedding! Working with Deanna for my wedding was easily one of the best choices I made. She is professional, talented, so incredibly sweet, and so much fun to work with. She made getting ready for my big day so easy. I appreciated the easy, online payment, although I was a little put off that I had to pay the balance and tip before receiving services. It did make things easier on the wedding day, but I felt it was inappropriate to require a 20% tip before services were rendered. Either way, it was worth it and I loved how my makeup looked.

I wore an Indian outfit during a day time event and she got my look perfectly. I wanted to ensure that I did not look overdone, but she got it exactly right on the first shot. The Airbrush was subtle, the eyes were dramatic, and her choice in lipstick, eye shadow, and blush went very well. She nailed it! My friends with upcoming weddings have asked me for her information and I am hoping I get to work with her again. I would happily recommend her to other brides.

eanna made me feel beautiful for the first time in a long time! My airbrushed makeup and my false lashes stayed on the whole night without touch ups. That's over 10 hours! Not only was her makeup service amazing and looked flawless, she is the sweetest and most sociable makeup artist! She really cares to make you comfortable and look your best. I went to her home to have it done because she lives close, and I felt like I was in a little private makeup salon lol. She had music playing, offered drinks to my mom and I, and I honestly felt like I knew her forever as we chatted up about bachelorette and music. Lol She always asked what I liked and gave me options, but also offered her professional opinion which was exactly what I wanted anyways! It's really hard to find someone who is not only an expert with makeup but also a sweetheart! Deanna is both! You will not regret going to her or having her do your wedding. Now I just have to get my boyfriend to propose so I can have her do my wedding haha.

When I first went for my trial I liked Deanna right away. She was professional, very sweet, and calm-something I needed my vendors to be since I knew I would be a ball of stress. Deanna always replied quickly to any questions or concerns that I had and really did an amazing job with my makeup as well as the makeup of all my girls. My best friend's wedding was complicated by a number of difficult situations, and we needed to find a makeup artist about a month and a half from the wedding (super last minute in the world of weddings). I found Deanna and she worked with us to make herself available and to make things easier for my friend. She was up front and honest about ways for my friend to save money and was able to come to her home for a minimal, very fair travel fee. Deanna's work was wonderful, and her calm, positive personality made everyone comfortable and at ease the morning of the wedding. My friend and the other people who had their makeup done (ranging from 27 to about 60) do not typically wear much makeup. As requested, their makeup was done to look natural, but enhanced, and their features emphasized. None of them looked overly done up, or not like themselves, which I have seen happen so often. They all looked beautiful and were completely comfortable. The makeup lasted impeccably the entire day and night, through hours of pictures, eating, and sweaty dancing. I was honestly floored by how great Deanna was to interact with, and how wonderful her work was. In being involved with other people's weddings this past year, and planning my own at the same time, I have found that it is rare to come across people who so seamlessly combine such great personality and reliability with such excellent work. I wholeheartedly recommend Deanna to anyone who ever needs a makeup artist.

She can work wonders on any face - from my 60-something mother to my two bridesmaids, ages 26 & 36; she works with colors that are appropriate for skin tones while complimenting the colors of the bridesmaid/MOB dresses.
