Located in Denver’s Clayton neighborhood, Dry Clean Only is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue where industrial character meets effortless modern style. With beautiful architectural details, warm gathering spaces, an outdoor patio, a versatile main room, and a private get-ready room, the venue provides a distinctive backdrop for a wedding day that feels entirely your own. Your wedding day will have a story to tell, and the building itself has quite a story, too. Originally built in the 1930s as a neighborhood grocery store, the space became a furniture store in the 1960s before taking on a very different life as a dry cleaner—and later a leather and fur cleaner—in the 1980s. After sitting vacant from 2014 to 2020, the building was thoughtfully transformed and given a new life as Dry Clean Only. Inside, the space is a true blank canvas. The main event space spans more than 3,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 225 seated guests, while the full venue can host up to 300 guests. The interior bar opens directly onto the patio through large accordion doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether you envision an intimate gathering, an elegant seated dinner, a packed dance floor, or a celebration that moves throughout the venue, the space can be arranged to fit your vision. An attached parking lot and ample street parking throughout the surrounding neighborhood provide convenient options for you and your guests. We welcome all kinds of wedding celebrations, including ceremonies and receptions, single-faith and multi-faith ceremonies, culturally rich and traditional celebrations, and non-religious weddings. We’re also a beautiful setting for elopements, commitment ceremonies, second weddings, and vow renewals. We have a carefully curated list of trusted local vendors, but we are proudly non-exclusive. Choose your own planner, bring in your favorite caterer, and find the band or DJ that will keep your dance floor moving. We believe your wedding should reflect you—not a required list of vendors or a predetermined formula. Our bar service is exclusive to Dry Clean Only, but that doesn’t mean it has to be one-size-fits-all. We’ll work with you to create a beverage experience that fits your celebration, whether that means craft cocktails, local beers, a great bottle of wine, or recreating the drinks you enjoyed at your engagement.
