We booked Dry Creek Gatherings for our September 2025 wedding. I cant begin to tell you how beautiful this venue is inside. I searched over a hundred venues to find this perfect ...
place. The wood ceiling & chandeliers inside remind me of a fairytale. We had about 130 guests with no space issues. We had an indoor wedding & reception since it's normally rather hot in September in Houston (the outside wedding space is beautiful too with woods behind it). There weren't any issues flipping the room from wedding to reception and their team got it done quickly while we took photos. We never had an AC issue all evening. Brenda and her husband are the owners and they were great to work with! She was very sweet and helpful in me finding most of my vendors! They also have a beautiful decor/ flower shop which I would recommend looking into. The bridal suite is gorgeous and great for a smaller bridal party of 6 of less. I highly recommend this venue, you won't regret it! It will give you that magical wedding you dreamed about!
This venue was beautiful for my son and his fiancée’s wedding. However, I cannot recommend this venue because you don’t have a choice on the bar vendor. The required vendor was ex...
tremely pricey. At a minimum they should at least offer you a choice of approved vendors from a list. This would make the pricing more competitive among the vendors. As it is, once you’ve signed the contract for the venue, if you want to serve alcohol, they can basically charge you whatever they want. I have some experience in wedding bars. My husband and I hosted our daughters wedding last year at an Austin venue. There we used a TABC certified vendor. We were able to purchase our own alcohol which the vendor served for 150 guests. The price was less than 1/3 of what we paid to dry Creek gatherings vendor for 100 guests. The most outrageous aspect of the bar vendor was that they wanted to charge us $150 “handling fee” for glasses that we provided. At a formal wedding it’s not very nice to serve guests from plastic and that is what this vendor provides. Also regarding the venue itself, at the end of the evening when we were packing up, we also had to take out the trash. I simply do not understand why we were taking out the trash at a wedding. The venue has a janitorial service to clean, surely they can take out the trash too.
I loved dry creek! It was so beautiful and everything went so smoothly. We did the all inclusive package and all our vendors were amazing. Great experience, would definitely recomm...

type of event, and for brides and grooms - both suites were spacious and very special decor! Owner, Brenda, was accommodating and ensured our event ran smoothly, really appreciated her help and knowledge with the special wedding event for our family!
I met Ms. Brenda and her team at the bridal extravaganza 2019. From the time I met her, I knew I wanted her venue. I didn’t care that the venue was still being built. I was her sec...
ond wedding at her brand new venue and all I can say is , wow! The venue is absolutely stunning! The details and the love that went into building it are incomparable. Ms.Brenda is so down to earth and is with you every step of the way. She has amazing ideas that she brings to the table from floral, to linens, centerpieces and floor plans. I cannot say enough great things about this venue. Even the bathrooms are stunning! Haha! Go check out the venue. You will not be disappointed.
I was lucky enough to find Dry Creek Gatherings while on my venue search. When I came across Dry Creek Gatherings I contacted the venue right away and Ms. Brenda, the owner, was ...
very quick to respond and so my fiance and I scheduled a tour right the next day. Dry Creek Gatherings was still in construction but the location was perfect, the style was exactly what we were looking, the trees around the venue are gorgeous and the price was perfect but at that point, we were sold. Ms. Brenda was so patient and very helpful with us and was so kind to let us visit the venue and see it's progress, which it turned out a lot more beautiful than I pictured. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our wedding to 2021 but Ms. Brenda was so understanding and so helpful and was able to provide us with different options to help us, which made everything a thousand times easier. Ms. Brenda and Family treated us and continue to treat us like family, never like a transaction and for that I am so glad I came across Dry Creek Gatherings and cannot wait to have my wedding there.
Currently planning my wedding with Brenda. Y’all she is amazing! She is warm and considerate. She also does floral and linens. Very accommodating and keeps your budget in mind. I c...
annot say enough good things about her. Oh and the venue is just gorgeous! She did everything right in building that place.
My Fiance and I were lucky enough to meet this family at the Bridal Extravaganza in Houston. First impression right away was how personable, kind and genuinely excited about our w...
edding day they were. I didn't get the "take a number" vibe with them as I did with other venues. We toured the property as it is still being finished. The land is so beautiful and the trees, wow! The timber used for the reception building is just stunning. If you are looking for a nature filled wedding, this venue is definitely for you! We ultimately didn't book, but only because the Fiance's family is out of town. If we were getting married in the Houston area, this would be it! Go see it for yourself!
This site is the perfect wooded/country venue. I was married on this property before the main venue was built. I was married outdoors. The natural beauty of the property with th...
