Dryden Dress Co.

In light of everything that's happening, it's been refreshing to see people taking care of each other. From large corporations to small mom and pop shops, people are not only taking huge hits to their business profits but they are giving even further, to their employees as well as their customers. It's been brought to my attention that this dress shop does not intend to offer refunds for deposits made on prom dresses for a prom that has been canceled. I would imagine that most proms have been canceled at this point as most schools have announced their closures for the remainder of the school year. I realize that this would require them to restock dresses that were ordered in a specific size, but there are ways to settle with their customers (kids) without either side losing too much. You could offer a refund minus a small restocking fee, then offer the dress at a discount next prom season, for instance. For them to do nothing, and expect teenagers to complete purchases on dresses that they will never wear is very disheartening. Feel good stories are all over news and social media right now, but I think it's important for people to hear about the taking as well as the giving.

There aren’t enough praises I could sing for Julie and Sarah! They know how to make a girl feel beautiful, that’s for sure! Don’t let the small shop fool you- they have so many beautiful wedding gowns to chose from for awesome prices! Alterations were exceptionally priced as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the fabric for the straps they found that were sewn on so well it looked like they were made for the dress! Whenever I called they knew exactly who I was and always were prompt to let me know when it was time for a next fitting. They seemed truly emtkobally invested in my happiness with my wedding dress. You can’t go wrong when you go to Dryden!

I could not praise these ladies more if I tried. From the moment I stepped into Dryden Dress Co, I was excited. Sarah was so much fun and immediately started pulling dresses she thought I would like based on pictures and descriptions I provided. I will forever be thankful for her willingness to work with me to get the dress of my dreams and alter it to make it one of a kind. Her and Julie were a joy to work with and I will recommend this shop to everyone!

I didn't buy my dress from Dryden's, but wish I would've known about the shop sooner. The staff is UNBELIEVABLE.. the nicest people you'll ever meet. I did however have my dress altered and adjusted. They took a whole section of fabric out to create a sheer back with a lace overlay. It was stunning. They are SO affordable and put so much time and effort into doing things just right. I could not have asked for better service. I left feeling like they were family. My dress turned out BEYOND perfect! THANKS!
