David A. Smith is the owner and chief photographer for DSmithImages Photography. Having photographed weddings for over 12 years, David aims to go above and beyond to give couples a memorable experience as well as a long-lasting product that can be cherished for many years to come.
DSmithImages provides a range of wedding/elopement packages and services that can be tailored to best suit each couple’s desires and specific requirements. Each service offered by the company is conducted under a one-event-per-day policy. All of their wedding/elopement packages include high-resolution images, a choice of an engagement session, bridal session, boudoir session, or rehearsal dinner coverage, a storybook album, digital file delivery, print/product credit, and timeline/scheduling/coordination assistance.
Full weekend coverage + 2nd shooters are also available upon request.

He was extremely communicative during the planning process and, during the event, did a great job handling some of our family members that are less comfortable in front of the camera. The photos he took of us are stunning and he absolutely captured the happiness and energy of the day. Not only that, but his turnaround time is insanely fast, and his prices are very fair! If it was possible to give him 6/5 stars, we would. We can't recommend David enough!

From the first moment of contact, David was extremely responsive (he literally never took longer than 20 minutes to respond to me in the 11 months we worked towards my wedding). He checked in throughout the year and was super clear about his expectations of us. He helped plan our entire first look and pre-wedding photos around town and kept me and my husband on schedule without me even having to think. Additionally, he is SO personable, funny, caring and attentive and was reassuring to me throughout the entire day. But the real review needs to be done on these photos...first of all, the entire album was done in 3 days. THREE. DAYS. And they are the most stunning things I have ever seen. He nailed our vision and they are the most ethereal, witchy, and creative wedding photos i've ever seen. All thanks to David. I might renew my vows JUST to have him shoot us again. He's fantastic to work with, very responsive, and does a great job setting up shots while also just letting you live and it produces beautiful pictures that really capture the moment and the personalities.
