I dropped off the wedding gown, over-skirt, veil and my gown on Thursday. Regina was wonderful, and I left having no concerns whatsoever that everything would be handled. The gowns was perfect when delivered to the venue, and everyone was impressed with the professionalism.
I can't recommend Dublin Cleaners enough. If you want a worry free experience on a day filled with nerves, use Dublin Cleaners, you won't regret it!

I have always envisioned incorporating my mother's veil into my wedding day but after 49 years sitting in a cedar chest, the tull...
e and lace had yellowed substantially. We planned our wedding in under 3 weeks so Margaret fielded a phone call with us on her day off and got us in for a consultation asap. She was unbelievably kind and helpful and assured us that they wouldn't touch the delicate veil unless they were sure no damage would come to it. Well, her husband Greg is a miracle worker!! The restoration of the veil back to it's original cream color was nothing short of amazing and the integrity of the delicate fabrics was maintained. You would never know what it had previously looked like.
My vision was to incorporate the veil as a train on the back of my dress so I asked for recommendations on seamstresses for alterations. Margaret went above and beyond to help facilitate getting my alterations done since she knew we were on a tight turnaround with little time to spare planning a wedding in under three weeks!
Margaret and Greg, I cannot thank you enough for your role in making our day absolutely perfect. I was so nervous to let anyone else touch my mother's priceless veil but you did the most beautiful job!

y order as well as Margaret, the one in charge of the wedding dress preservation process, were both extremely personable, asking to see pictures of my wedding and asking about our honeymoon. Dipali was also extremely helpful when I picked up my dress and even held the door open for me (the box is pretty big). My dress was finished 3.5 months quicker than originally quoted, the price was beyond fair, and the final product turned out beautiful along with many personal touches such as gloves and a handwritten note by Margaret included. Margaret paid such attention to detail when positioning my dress and veil in the window box so I could see all my favorite details. I’m so glad I chose to preserve my dress! I would highly recommend them for your wedding dress needs!

They are amazing! We had a rare silk gown that couldn't be steamed and were so nervous to leave it anyone's hands. Margaret called my personally on a holiday when they were closed....
This was a Mondaydue to alteration delays at the bridal shop and wedding was Friday. She met us at the Sawmill location to drop off the dress despite being closed and ensured her husband who has been doing this for decades would be sure done correctly. She texted me updates etc and the gown looked amazing! Can't recommend enough the piece of mind having the dress in the BEST hands! They returned it to me in pristine condition and in a beautiful preservation box in addition to giving me white gloves to protect it in the future if I ever need/want to touch my dress. Margaret Butler also wrote me a lovely hand written note with my finished dress and it was such a sweet and personal addition to my dress preservation process. nd didn't even know. We were given alteration suggestions and advice for timing the final alterations. My daughter wore a wedding dress worn by three generations of our family and cleaning couldn't be done with a standard method. The dress was fragile and we received the suggestion of a second dress and help regarding shopping for this dress which was to be worn at the reception. Now we needed steaming and pressing for two dresses and a veil. Dublin Cleaners made this easy. When a great deal needed to be accomplished, they simplified things for us and helped us do so much in a productive and happy process. The photos and reception were outside in the fall, so now much needed to be done to start the cleaning and storage process, so that the next generations could wear these dresses if desired. All of this would have been huge if not for their knowledge and calm attitudes and an atmosphere of just plain helping. Thank you Dublin Cleaners!

I had my daughter's wedding dress cleaned by Dublin Cleaners shortly after her July 2021 wedding. The dress was beautifully cleaned and not a trace of dirt remained on the hem, nor...
were there any signs of cosmetics or tanning substances. The ballgown-style dress had a very full skirt and wouldn't fit in a standard preservation box. Margaret, the gown preservation pro, didn't just shrug her shoulders and give up. She initially suggested having the petticoats removed to decrease the volume, but as they were an integral part of the dress design, that wasn't practical. Margaret really knows her stuff and is a consummate professional who cares about providing excellent service and takes pride in her work. She learned that larger preservation boxes exist, but were only sold in large and impractical quantities. She eventually connected with a cleaner in another state who had a method for preserving large dresses and she travelled to the other establishment with our dress to learn their preservation method. Recently, she and her husband delivered the dress, safely and beautifully preserved in a large custom box. I go into this level of detail to emphasize just how much the folks at Dublin Cleaners care about properly cleaning and preserving wedding gowns. I highly recommend them!
