We were so appreciative that Michelle/the catering staff were able to accommodate various dietary restrictions/needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, Kosher, vegan/vegetarian, allergies) without any issues, and that Michelle (the day of coordinator) ensured each meal got to the correct guest. Would highly recommend Dubsdread Catering!

They made our wedding such a lovely event. It was the wedding I had always dreamed about. Also, I don't know who boxed up my bouquet (I'm thinking it was Shanna-our Coordinator), but thank you. When I got to the hotel and realized I had left it, I cried. It was so beautiful. Then, when my sister unloaded the car the next day and found it, I cried again, because someone had taken the time and care to box it for me. Thank you!!!!! booked a year and a half out after falling in love with the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom, but decided to reschedule for a more intimate ceremony with just close friends and family with just 6-months notice. The staff was so willing to accommodate this change and our experience was incomparable to any wedding I've been a part of. I thought there was a chance the day might feel "down-played" or like it wasn't as much of a priorty since we only had 25 guests, but that was not at all the case. David, our wedding coordinator, made my "Pinterest" dreams come true, and Bob, our personal butler, never let our drinks get empty. The venue is so reasonably priced for everything that is included, and the packages have options for everyone, no matter how big or small. Not only is the venue jaw-droppingly gorgeous, but the services included (i.e. wedding coordinator and personal butler) made the day effortlessly perfect, ensuring all of our needs and the needs of our guests were met from the initial planning meeting to the bubble send-off. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, so kind, and demonstrated excellent communication throughout the entire process. Naturally, I find myself wishing I could relive that day a million times over, and I would choose Dubsdread every time.

The staff took such good care of my new husband and me on the day as well, helping me with my dress walking down the stairs, bringing us a plate of snacks and wine, making sure we got to eat the wonderful food and getting our guests where they needed to be for pictures and events. table with a dance floor but our coordinator David showed us floor plans that would make it work. Thankfully we had a lot less people than we originally thought but David still made us feel at ease. David and the rest of the team made planning so easy and were always great with communication. The venue was also so beautiful on its own and didn't much decoration which was super helpful. The day of David made everything run smooth and kept us on schedule and all our guests had an amazing time. Our personal butler Bob was also so lovely and attentive! He made sure we had drinks and food and that we were taken care of all night. He even helped hold my dress while I walked through the tavern to go down the aisle. We also can't give another compliments about the food! All our appetizers and dinners were delicious and all our guests raved about it! Thank you David and Dubsdread for a perfect wedding!

d the actual wedding day itself was more than we could have ever hoped for. During the initial steps of the planning process, we got to see many beautiful venues. What separated Highland Manor from the rest, in addition to the gorgeous property, was the Dubsdread Catering team. We got the opportunity to observe the team in action at another venue early in the planning process. Their professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail confirmed that we had made the right choice. Michelle Edmiston, who became our day-of-coordinator, was friendly and professional from the start. Right away her experience and competence was apparent. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Michelle was there to assist in any way possible. The stress in planning a wedding was alleviated on more than one occasion with Michelle’s guidance and advice in tackling issues that arose. We didn’t even require a wedding planner with the services and assistance provided us by Michelle and Dubsdread. One of the other perks of Highland Manor was the pricing. Pricing is very flexible. Dubsdread gives you many options that can cater to a variety of budgets. Certain times of day/week/year for the event and both food and drink options can be adjusted to fit any budget. My wife and I were very pleased with Dubsdread’s flexibility which allowed us to have the wedding we wanted with a budget that we had allotted. The wedding day was spectacular. Planning can be strenuous and last a long time, but it was all worth it for the result. Michelle and the Dubsdread team did a phenomenal job and we’ll remember our special day at Highland Manor for the rest of our lives!

e to talk. She made sure to keep in contact throughout the planning process. She made the experience as pain free as possible especially considering I was from out of state. Their staff went above and beyond the day of the wedding. The food was delicious, and the alcohol too! They even had a day of butler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a caterer, Dubsdread Catering is the company to book! I’ll update my post later when I receive photos from my photographer. Thank you again for the best wedding catering ever!

ng and just all around incredible. Jennifer, was the event specialist I met with and she was so helpful and made my wedding dreams come true. She made sure they create a customized menu that suited me and my fiance and they delivered on every level. I had a plated meal for all of my guests with Filet and Lobster and everything came out perfectly cooked and fresh for my 200 guests (which was a main concern of mine since it is hard to have 200 plates of food all served fresh) but Dubsdread Catering did it!My guests could not stop talking about the food! I had a crab cake station for my cocktail hour along with many other butler passed hor' deourves and each menu item exceeded the next. I also had a mini dessert station with the cutest desserts in shot glasses for my guest to enjoy and those were a hit as well! They also have a Mobile Catering Kitchen which they cook the food fresh onsite which was a huge selling point for me. Most catering companies I met with cook the food out of their kitchen and transport it over to the venue. Dubsdread Catering also provides a day of wedding coordinator included with their pricing who was amazing and took care of all of the day of wedding details which was a huge blessing. We also had a personal butler who was there by our side to make sure I had a glass of champagne in my hands at all time and he provided me everything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better catering company for the most special day of my life and Dubsdread Catering exceeded all of my expectations. If you need a caterer, do yourself a favor and hire them, you will not regret it!

ything I asked for and more. We had the Southwest Taco Buffet for my daughter's Rehearsal Dinner (chicken and steak fajitas, guacamole, & salsa, refried beans, rice and grilled veggies). We also had the infused water, tea, and lemonade - fantastic - AND dessert shooters which were out of this world. Shanna took care of everything, paying attention to small details. Everyone at the party asked for their card. BEST Taco Fiesta yet!! I highly recommend Dubsdread Catering!
