I went to basically all the dress shops in Greensboro and can honestly say Elizabella’s is the BEST. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! We went there first, went to look at other places and were shocked how unhelpful people are, went right back to Elizabella’s and bought THE dress! They are so helpful, they make you feel so special, they make sure everything is perfect and they don’t pressure you. Besides the customer service being impeccable, the dresses are breathtaking! I’ve never seen anything like them, each one is so beautiful and they will spend all day with you letting you try them on. After seeing those dresses I couldn’t get them out of my head until I came back and bought one. They are really in a class of their own. Seriously, such an amazing experience, definitely makes you feel like a beautiful bride while other places really don’t. It’s the exact fun wedding times every girl dreams of!!

Wonderful boutique with amazing staff to help you find your perfect dress! Elizabellas was wonderful! We had the store to ourselves and the selection of dresses was extensive but not overwhelming. The staff was helpful and attentive, offering suggestions for alternations and recommending styles to try. I was able to find my dream dress here!

I felt like royalty while trying on wedding dresses at Elizabella’s! They made me feel beautiful and special (and made my mom and sisters feel the same way). I received so many compliments on my wedding dress that I was able to buy- off the rack! It was perfect and only needed a few alterations. I would highly recommend to any brides!!!! Great customer service. Beautiful dresses. I am an interior designer and LOVE the design of the store.

After looking at several of the bigger named Bridal shops and feeling very overwhelmed, I ended up at Elizabella's and I'm so glad I did! She went above and beyond with her personalized service to help make sure I found my perfect dress. I'm proud to be an Elizabella's Bride!

Elizabella's Bridal was so welcoming and helpful! Firstly, one of the biggest perks was the appointment only set up (due to the coronavirus), with only one appointment being there at each time. I was worried my grandmother may not get to come with me dress shopping because of not knowing how many people she might would see. The staff were wearing masks, and I felt comfortable having her with me! Witneigh was so helpful, and very friendly! She listened to what I was looking for, and was mindful of my budget, but also brought me a couple out of the box dresses I wouldn't have tried otherwise. I ended up buying a dress that almost exactly matched my Pinterest board- and was exactly what I had envisioned myself in. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this location!

They have beautiful gowns! I found the almost perfect gown there. Luckily Elizabeth, the sweet shop owner/ expert seamstress, stepped in and made it perfect! In addition to all of the regular alterations, heming, and adding a bustle for the train, she also raised the neckline and added the perfect sleeves. The dress looks like it was made that way. She did the most amazing job!

This place is amazing! They have by far the most beautiful and unique dresses around. The customer service is MORE than above and beyond, and everything worked out perfectly as far as timing and alterations. If I had it to do all over, I would definitely go to Elizabella's bridal again! Elizabeth is the sweetest and through the entire process she became like a friend to myself and my mom. I wish all customer service was like hers!
