We sat down to eat and I couldn’t stop looking over at my husband and saying “I can’t believe how good they are.” Our favorite date night is dueling pianos, and this far far far exceeded our expectations. They played every request and kept the energy up and going the whole night. We payed for a drummer as well, and felt like that kept the night moving! They were one of the best parts of our wedding, if you’re thinking about booking them, especially if you’re in TN, DO IT.

not reflected by the reviews seen on google and Facebook. From the beginning, the frustration began with the multiple attempts to schedule a consultation after already paying the deposit. I scheduled a consultation for my wife and I, and was cancelled on without a follow up date or time provided. After I contacted them several times via email and phone, my wife, my two mother-laws, my mother, and my wedding planner, we were finally awarded a last minute consultation appointment to go over our wedding with less than two weeks to the actual wedding date. I feel like we went in to great detail in the hour discussion of songs, timing, and live/not live portions. I walked away feeling confident from the meeting believing our wishes were heard and we would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We owed them two responses after the meeting concerning song choices. She reached out to Nathan via text twice without response. We even asked in the meeting what form of contact would be the best since he stated he was “overly busy” and he told us to text him. Eventually we emailed Shawn, but the information we relayed was never given to Nathan. I should have cut loses there figuring this company is over busy and would be a mess trying to stay organized & keep our day special. Out of all of our wedding vendors at our venue (Howie mansion), this production company was the only to let us down. It started with the ceremony. They did not change the music to when the bride began to walk down the isle. This then caused no one to stand for my wife to walk down the isle, because Nathan never changed the song from the same repeating song all bridesmades, groom, and groomsman walked down to. This was obliviously upsetting to my wife. Next, we specifically gave an order for the three first dances. This was totally disregarded and the order went whichever Nathan wished that day. Third, we requested 60 minutes of the live performance and the remaining to be DJ. Obviously I was not standing there with a stopwatch, but I certainly can say the live performance far exceeded this time, when we wanted a majority of the dance time to be prerecorded Dj music. Fourth, our last dance was incorrect. We requested something prerecorded for our last dance and he played something live. Overall, they seem overly busy and not able to keep orderly. I can’t tell you the amount of different names emailing me from MJ productions or felix & fingers when I owe them money, but when it’s something I am requesting for my wedding it was quiet. Overall after complaining they offered $500 off, which I thought was unsatisfactory seeing how I payed $4000 for my wife to feel like her ceremony was ruined. But at least they showed up and performed. They offered $850 refund instead after I asked for $1000. Instead of continuing to argue, I accepted the $850. Overall, if you want a musician vendor for your wedding that will listen to your needs, respond to your emails/texts/calls, and will make your day special. Look somewhere else. It’s not worth the $850 discount to have a $50,000 wedding ruined.

and set up the pianos in a tight space in a barrel room and somehow our concerns with acoustics were a non-issue. Our guests were stoked to be able make requests like a normal piano show. We elected to have the full band (drums, guitar) and omg..much better than a normal band. Leana and Adam CRUSHED IT. Seriously, beyond talented. They were amazing and our dance floor was full the entire wedding. Thank you guys again. Our day was perfect.

Whenever I told people we were having dueling pianos as our entertainment the response was all the same “that is awesome”. And let me tell you, it was AWESOME!! It was important for me that our dance floor was filled and people were enjoying the entertainment. Nate and Jordan completely exceeded my expectations (which was always high from following them on social media). Our dance floor was filled the whole night and people had to spill onto the carpet area because it was so packed! Nate was also so great at the MC and introductions part of the night as well. Nate and Jordan were amazing together and kept everyone entertained and played the best requested songs. If you are on the fence and wondering if the price is worth it- it absolutely is!! You will not regret hiring F&F!! I am so happy we did!

s. We had Chris Heroldt and Kaleen Dolan as our piano players and they were absolutely phenomenal. The questionnaire we had to fill out before the wedding week was very helpful and our call the week of the wedding really helped us to see how the day would all come together. Chris played some live music during our ceremony and when I heard the first notes of my husband’s entrance song, I couldn’t help but cry. He managed all of the live music for our ceremony and the recorded song for our exit. At our reception, Chris and Kaleen couldn’t have been more amazing! Kaleen did a great job as an emcee for our toasts and dances, and we loved that she released the tables for the buffet by going up to each table rather than just calling out their numbers. It was a nice personal touch that made the day all the more magical. Kaleen also did a live version of “My Wish” for my husband and mother-in-law’s dance that was just stunning. The dueling pianos portion of the reception was an absolute blast! We had a more casual outdoor reception, after shifting from a more formal indoor reception due to COVID, and even in the absence of a bar and traditional dance floor, Chris and Kaleen kept everyone dancing! They played the best songs, did great with all of our requests, and were absolute troopers in the chilly weather we had! Chris and Kaleen, and everyone we worked with over at Felix & Fingers, brought such a unique and special aspect to our wedding day and we can’t picture doing it any other way!

This team made it possible for us to have our outdoor wedding even though they couldn’t set outside due to earlier rain. They never missed a beat with changing plans and always had a smile on their faces. On top of that, the music was better than I hoped! We got rave reviews from our guests from ceremony through reception. Everyone was so excited to have them there, kept the music requests going, and even got on the dance floor! Nate and Jordan were so fun and genuinely excited to be there. We are so thrilled to have had this team part of our big day!!!

led them before Covid pushed our wedding back a year and they were super accommodating to boot. Our reception was an absolute blast because they were just so much fun and got everyone dancing. Duncan and Chris took even unusual requests in stride (I asked them to play Nirvana and they nailed it) and made it a great and memorable time for everyone. 2 and a half years to save up for our wedding and then having to postpone due to COVID, we were extremely excited for our big day to FINALLY get here and we have to say that Felix and Fingers really helped to make our wedding perfect! I really appreciated their ability to accommodate us however necessary throughout the day and their willingness to work with us for any special requests. As a couple of examples, we were interested in our first dance being the combination of two songs. They learned our songs, figured out a way to combine the two songs, and provided us a recording in advance for us to practice to. Additionally, we asked to have a friend perform a live song for us and they were willing to work individually with him in advance and prepare one of the most special moments of our day. Also as an added bonus, I had noticed that our coordinators forgot to turn on the lights in our centerpieces and when we had all guests head outside for the ceremony, Jake and Ben had our backs and made sure everything looked perfect by the time everyone headed back inside. I really appreciated having the extra set of hands! For the show itself, Jake and Ben were phenomenal and had amazing energy! It warmed my heart to see everyone singing all of the songs being played and having a blast, especially for the last song of the show when everyone gathered in a circle around us dancing and we all swayed and sang our hearts out. Such a magical moment! Finally, we were still able to get in some dance time at the end with a DJ portion which made for some amazing pictures. Finally, I'm really grateful that Ben took the time to take some pictures of our event and share them with me afterwards. The day is pretty crazy busy, so it was really awesome getting some pictures of some features that I didn't get the time to really see and different angles of everyone having so much fun! We received soooo many compliments from our guests on what a fun time they all had and we are extremely grateful for everything you all did for us! It really was a perfect day worth the wait! :)

We held a morning ceremony with a brunch reception, highlighted with entertainment from Felix and Fingers and we could not be more pleased with how everything played out. I would highly recommend Felix and Fingers and personally, I hope to work with them again. For those not familiar with dueling pianos, it’s can’t miss entertainment for all ages and with the interactive song suggestions, guests are able to contribute to the song selection.

on. I was between Felix and Howl at the Moon. Their salesman Nate was great. Seemingly very nice and could sell ice to an Eskimo. However… almost everything he talked is into… didn’t happen. For one… he said with a wedding at 150-200 people… we need a drummer. Adds some extra pop to the music. He specifically stated “we can do percussion on the piano. You don’t want that… you want drums to supplement the pianos. I promise you that you’ll be so happy”. Booked it. And Nate was correct. We could tell with that many people… the music lacked immensely. We needed the drummer that we paid for, planned on, told guests we’d have… and didn’t get. That is mind boggling. He also said the dueling pianos will be so memorable, one or the best memories will be our first dance performed LIVE by their performers. Nate said that will be memorable for years to come. Not just by us. But by others attending as well. Plus We had dueling pianos for our wedding, isn’t that part of the point? Well, we let Nate know that was our preference as soon as he mentioned it. Even in a conference call with the performer… we mentioned this. Still… we were welcomed to the dance floor… and our song…. recorded. The live version we were told we needed to have… also not there. Our song is not difficult to learn, and it would have been nice to be given a heads up. I emailed the owners and they were responsive… yet when a wedding day falls short of expectations due to their company underperforming, they treat you like you’re in line in McDonald’s. Move along please. To summarize ownerships response: -“that’s odd. We need to look into this. Should have had the drummer” -“yep. Appears there was no drummer. You’ll get that money back. Sorry” Not hard to see why the apology didn’t feel genuine. And they didn’t even address the live performance (or lack there of) of our first dance. Even with requests in writing and in the contract …. They didn’t provide what they said they would, what they sold us on. I don’t know what we did to be so disregarded besides treat them great and pay our bill on time. GO WITH HOWL AT THE MOON. THEY MAY BE MORE EXPENSIVE. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY RUINING YOUR WEDDING.

I had requested a song from Frozen be played during dinner for our flower girl/niece. Not only did they play it but Kaleen put on a whole show with paper snow included. Our niece spent the rest of the weekend talking about dancing to Frozen. After 2 postponements, we could not have asked for a more perfect day and so much of that can be attributed to everything Robert and Kaleen put into it. Felix and Fingers was truly the greatest decision we made regarding our wedding!

I was fearful to tell our vendors but F&F couldn't have handled the switch any better than they did. This put at us at ease and gave us one less thing to worry about. Week of, we had a phone call with Robert to discuss details, requests, etc. which was helpful and only got us more excited. Day of, it was as if Robert and Mike could read our minds. The transition of Ceremony Music to dinner music and onto the Show/DJ hour was flawless. ds. When their set was over they switched over to DJing and even their DJ abilities are great. We had so many compliments about the music. Planning with them was so easy. They sent us a link to a questionnaire several months in advance with all kinds of questions about how the night will go, what they need to provide etc, and then go over it all on a phone call to make sure everybody is on the same page. We are so glad we chose them and will definitely recommend to anybody that asks.

The energy and vibe Felix and Fingers brings to our wedding is amazing! Everyone was talking about the band the whole night. So many positive comments. At one point I'm pretty sure almost every single person in attendance was on the dance floor! We gave Rob the songs we for sure wanted to play and he made sure to get to all of them. He had just been the performer at my sisters wedding in June. I had seen how wonderful this company was and was super excited 3 months later to have them for our wedding! I loved how he took care of so much for her that night, from saying hey first dance is in 5 minutes if you need anything before or to announcing little details for us to our guests. Being the bride at my own wedding now I appreciated this even more the little details he takes care of and helps you with throughout the night are priceless. Our wedding went wonderfully and I'm so glad we choose Felix and Fingers they truly made our night unforgettable. Fast forward a week later I've had over 10 texts calls etc multiple social media comments about how wonderful our band was. TRULY AMAZING!!!!
