Unfortunately, on the MC side / running the wedding itself, they had some meaningful misses 1: We requested to be introduced as Mr. and Mrs. [John] and [Jane] [Doe] -- i.e., same last name, but both first names. Instead, they just introduced us as Mr. and Mrs. [John Doe]. My family (understandably) makes a pretty big deal out of this--the bride is not just Mrs. Groom--she has her own identity, so this was a pretty big bummer. 2: On the mother-son dance, we requested it to be started 28 seconds in (we had learned a routine for it, and practiced against that part). They started it at the beginning of the song, and since we had been practicing the shortened version, this messed up the routine a pretty good bit. Again, this doesn't seem like a huge deal, but my mom had asked be at least 10 times ("Do they know to fade it in at 28 seconds?") and I assured her they did--we'd put it on the long questionnaire they ask for and discussed it in the pre-wedding call with them. So pretty disappointing for them not to do this. 3: We had 9 songs on our do-not-play list (maybe that's a lot, but I don't think it's that crazy?), and they played one of them (Uptown Funk), and seemingly a pretty extended version of it. 4: As their last song, they called my wife and I up and basically had us do a second first dance (they told everyone to make a circle and for us to come to the front to dance) as they played the full version of Piano Man. That's a fine song, but we had already done a first dance and no one had told us / asked us if we wanted to do another dance in front of everyone (and if so, what song we would have wanted it to be). If we had been asked, we would have said no. Instead, we just kind of swayed up there for 3 minutes in front of everyone, for some reason. All these things were covered on the big questionnaire we filled out and on the call before the wedding, so I'm honestly not sure what we could have done to make them do what we asked for. Still think they're a super fun musical entertainment act and would recommend them in that sense, but I'd be a bit nervous about having them 'running' the event, or would make sure coordinators are very on top of every detail--reminding them of everything the day of / right before, etc.

It was such an amazing addition to our wedding day, and having them was so different and refreshing than just your typical wedding band/dj. They played nonstop for hours and made sure to that the crowd was involved and having a great time! Every song request received was played, and they even made room for some impromptu karaoke and let my brother in law play on the keys. They surpassed all of my expectations by 1000%! My friends are still talking about how it was the best night ever because of the dueling pianos show. I truly can’t thank them enough!!!

Our wedding would not have been the same without them. 10/10—would book them again in a heartbeat! They also handled some unruly kids without missing a beat… an added personal touch of professionalism that’s truly hard to find.

We walked into a dead silent reception area although our schedule had been sent out to the company and even confirmed timeline on the call the week before. I requested they play “until I found you” by Stephen Sanchez feat, Em Behihold even submitted the YouTube link on the form but unfortunately they played the original version which missed a good chunk of the meaningful lyrics for our first dance. After the dance they also didn’t say anything like “congrats to the newlyweds” “ give it up for mr & Mrs” or anything of the sort so we walked off to silence and slow claps. It just wasn’t as entertaining as promoted on their instagrams etc. I’d say shop local, get to know some performers in the area and let them know how important the day is for you. Our pianists were set to play from 6-8:30 but we switch to DJ at 8 bc the energy just wasn’t there. Felt very disappointed as I tipped them $200 beforehand, my husband tipped them $200 and a guest of us tipped $100 from what I saw and we still didn’t get much of what I was expecting based on the call with the company. But like I said, vocals were great, but maybe not enough entertainment for a wedding.

He was great at the time of booking, but then things kind of fell through the cracks. He did fix the problem after I held my breath and waited for a week with no response. The performer did a great job at taking request, and I was very happy with his musical ability. Everyone at our wedding complemented the music. The only downside was the lack of him leading the event. A DJ is typically the master of ceremonies, I requested the guest to stand and wave napkins at our grand entrance and that was not done nor were the guest asked to enter the reception area at the time I listed on the very detailed questionnaire Felix and fingers had me complete. Overall the music was good and no one else noticed these mistakes other than us.

wanted something unique! Jake and Mike were fantastic, we got so many compliments on everything from the dinner music to the main event. They even accommodated a late addition ask of them to cover the ceremony which as the Bride I had no time for. Couldn't be more pleased, Jakes communication was outstanding and really put my mind at ease knowing I wouldn't have anything surprises to worry about!

He explained everything so well and was very transparent about the pricing and helped go over our options to find the best package for us. Once hired, the survey was a little challenging to fill out, but it was organized well and helped us think through what we needed to plan out for our timelines. Day of, Robert and Jake knew exactly what they were doing and just nailed the execution of it all! They put us at ease and by the time it was showtime, everyone was just ready to party! They were able to adjust on the fly due to weather without missing a beat. Mike was also very responsive in the lead up to the wedding.
