Duet Catering - Fine Catered And Prepared Foods

We had a great experience with Duet for our wedding reception. We did stations and everyone LOVED the food. Jennifer is amazing!!!! She brought my husband and myself food and drinks when she saw we were empty, took care of every little issue as they arose. The venue was untraditional, but the staff and the chef Pamela made it work. They were reasonably priced, especially for a company that essentially provided a day off wedding planner for the event and served high end food. The presentation was fantastic. They took care of all the details of day off set up such as lighting candles, speaking to our band and dj and letting them know where to set up, working with the venue staff making sure lighting was right and taking care of a small leak in the bathroom and just seeing that our night was fun and enjoyable for us! Great job Jennifer, Pamela and duet staff!

Duet was the perfect choice for our wedding. Jenn and her staff did a fantastic job. Furthermore, they executed every detail large and small for our wedding without a hitch. And perhaps most telling was the amount of compliments we got on the food! As my wife and I did our rounds, seemingly all of our friends and family couldn't wait to tell us how great the food was!

I used Duet Catering for my wedding and couldn't of been happier. We had 3 different appetizers for cocktail hour, a taco station, and a mac and cheese station for dinner and ice cream sundae buffet for dessert. Everything was delicious. When our final bill was posted and there was an error, Duet Catering corrected it quickly. Jennifer was very friendly and easy to work with. She was receptive to our budget and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. She made sure all of the tables, chairs, centerpieces and decor were set up exactly as we wanted. She even got me a cocktail when mine was empty :) Thank you Jennifer and Pamela! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Duet Catering enough. Jennifer their wedding coordinator is simply the greatest. Not only was she easy to work with, she is kind and compassionate. After having booked Duet for an August, 2015 wedding, we had to move up the date two months and with very short notice due to my father’s illness. Jennifer and the entire team at Duet, moved heaven and earth to make sure I had a great day and my father was comfortable. She worked with the church and hall to get everything rescheduled. Because our minister was out of town on the rescheduled date, Jennifer stepped in and officiated the wedding. She did a tremendous job at it too. I was having difficulties with getting a cake and Jennifer took care of that too. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Even if the food had sucked, I would have been happy with the customer service of Duet but…the food was tremendous! I had tons of compliments on the food which we did as a buffet. In particular the wild mushroom ravioli, which was the vegetarian option, was everyone’s favorite. Anyone getting married or having a catered event would do themselves and their guests a favor by hiring Duet Catering. Outstanding, above and beyond, wonderful, unflappable, tasty, professional, awesome, are just a few of the words to describe my experience with Jennifer, Pamela, and the entire staff at Duet Catering. I am more than grateful to them all.

We had our reception at a venue with a list of preferred caterers to choose from. Duet was by the best value, and also seemed really encouraged us to be creative with our menu. Pamela has a ton of experience and really had some great ideas for us as well. Overall, the experience was great. They were not always the easiest to get a response from, although in the weeks before the wedding communication was much better. A few details I thought we had confirmed several times got missed - they forgot to put out champagne at our parent's tables, and we had special ordered table runners that never made it on to the tables. I also had to have someone remind them how many seats were supposed to be at the head table. All in all, these were minor things that didn't make or break our wedding day, but I know I spoke to them beforehand about all these points and I'm not sure how they got overlooked. The servers and bartender were very friendly, and our food was great, which are the important things!
