Lindsey was responsive and incredibly accommodating (my mom wanted to join me for the bridal makeup trial and Lindsey and the artist Natalie were able to fit us both in, COVID notwithstanding). I absolutely loved my makeup - as someone who doesn't wear a lot normally, Natalie made me feel comfortable with what she was applying and picked a look that worked for me. Many guests complimented my makeup and noted that while I definitely had makeup on, it was not overdone and didn't look fake. It was the perfect blend of glam and what I felt comfortable with and the pictures came out fantastic!

are also super flexible and even gave me a complimentary hair trial since I had to push my wedding back a year due to the pandemic.

We were a 2020 wedding that was postponed twice and each time Lindsey was so helpful and had great communication as we scrambled to find new dates that worked. The day of the wedding went so perfect! Every other wedding I’ve been in, hair and make up always ran later than planned and I was worried this would happen. Lindsey and team however managed to get 10 girls hair and make up done and added in my mom and the flower girl day of and we were still done early! Not only that but every single person loved their hair and make up! All of our hair and make still looked perfect at the end of the night. I highly recommend Duette to anyone looking for hair and make up!

All of the girls, moms, and flower girl looked stunning and everyone's hair and make up lasted all night long. I have been in my fair share of weddings, and this was by far the best looking group of hair and make up I have seen. The hair styles were unique and elegant and the make up fit each person beautifully without being caked on. Literally flawless. Lindsey and the Duette girls truly did an amazing job and we had so much fun hanging out with them the day of the wedding. I would 100% recommend Duette for any occasion and will certainly use them again in the future for hair and/or make up services.

impressed. I spoke with lindsey on a few occasions to determine timing for 10 people to get hair and makeup done and their timeliness and professionalism is what made our wedding morning sooo smooth. They showed up to my house early and got started on the girls and finished up before we had anticipated so we had some much needed downtime to relax! Everyone's hair and makeup was perfection thatbdat! I highly recommend them, they really are the best!

can be difficult. I really needed someone who I could rely on to respond without several emails and several days. When I hose to go in another direction, I did not receive my deposit back despite multiple requests and several weeks notice. Ultimately I paid $260 to receive three emails - not an obscene amount of money, but when paying for a wedding that much can be tough to swallow. Unfortunately I can't help but wonder if that is the plan where - secure a high non-refundable deposit, then provide service that gives the customer no other option but to find someone else. Would not recommend.

I wish I could hire them daily to work their magic on me every single day, but alas, I'll still look forward to future weddings when I know they can make even my worst day look fantastic. Weddings, engagement pictures- whatever it is- you will not be disappointed and you will absolutely adore them. I even heard one of the girls say she wanted Lindsey to do her hair everyday. **On a side note, I had a very windy beach wedding. Hair and makeup were pristine throughout!!!!! Couldn't be more pleased.

the morning of the wedding with another make up artist and stylist. All of my girls were so happy with they way they looked and so was I! I changed my mind on my hair style last minute but that was ok, Lindsay did my hair just how I wanted and it looked awesome. I have very fine hair and she was able to pin in extensions to make my hair look much fuller and it stayed in all night! The make up was flawless and they do airbrush (which everyone loved) and individual eye lashes. My mom, who never wears a lot of make up and never had it done, looked beautiful. They did not put too much on, just enough. I recommend them to anyone getting married in South Jersey and around!

My makeup looked natural, accenting the right features while still looking like me. Gina was on hand as well making the bridal party look and feel beautiful. friends for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. It takes a special team to show a picture from pintrest and do exactly what it was and also to come in with no idea you want and end up just as happy. In the end I felt like Lisa and Lindsey were our friends. I am going to miss working with them. They really did an amazing job.

Not only did they provide amazing services, but their attention to detail (from ensuring every hair was in it's place to purchasing new eye shadow products to match our dresses) or their ability to keep a bridal party of 8 on time without compromising quality was impressive. The ladies stayed with us throughout the day to provide a second look after the ceremony. Throughout the day, the girls went above and beyond. They would consistently touch up myself and the bridal party hair and make up without even asking, to carrying my dress and getting tissues for a teary eyed bride without hesitation. They even left hair products for my dad to have to take home, cause he couldn't get over the quality of products they used! The biggest thing I can't get over is just how amazing these two ladies are. They both have such positive energy that is calming in a time that can sometimes feel chaotic. By the end of the day, they felt like family. If you're looking for high quality services that are reliable, consistent and so talented that anything is possible, this company is for you!

Lisa and Lindsey were given very little direction from the girls and we all walked out feeling so beautiful. My hair and makeup held up throughout the entire night. My bridesmaids (all of whom are from New York) said that Duette was so amazing that they would pay to have Lisa and Lindsey come out to do their weddings. In addition to the gorgeous work they do, Lisa and Lindsey are also wonderful people and were so much fun to spend time with in the bridal suite. I recommend them to everyone and for very event. trials with both ladies prior to my wedding and loved their work.Scheduling the appointments was relatively easy. On the day of the wedding, they both arrived at the wedding venue early to set up. They were professional and friendly the entire time.Our hair and makeup never looked better! Everyone told us how great we looked throughout the wedding. Lastly, Lindsey rearranged her scheduled to stay during the ceremony to help ensure my and the bridal party's hair was perfect. As we ran slightly behind schedule, she served as half wedding planner and half sylist. I highly recommend having her stay after for the nominal fee ($25 per hour- worth every penny). No task was beyond her job title. Both her and Lisa were amazing. I can not rave about them enough. THANK YOU!!!!

nd I able to book them 2-3 weeks prior to my wedding date(6/8/2013). During the trial, Lindsey took the time to listen to my style ideas for both hair and makeup and she created my ideas to the T! Lisa did my makeup and Lindsey did my hair the day of and I was impressed by their skill and knowledge. I had changed the style of both my hair and makeup that day and their creativity allowed them flexibility and versatility in skill. Everyone was so amazed over my hair and makeup that day. I felt like a princess! Not to mention that spontaneously other people wanted their hair and makeup done that(my flower girl/mom/maid of honor)day. My sisters came later and already had their hair done but had minimal makeup and Lisa dolled them up a little bit more free of charge just because she is so generous. They were so sweet and easy to work with and just beautiful people(and they made all of us feel beautiful too!). My hair and makeup lasted the entire 10 hours for the ceremony, reception, and 1.5 hour trip back to Philadelphia to the honeymoon suite. My husband loved how they did my makeup.The photos came out wonderfully. I can not thank them enough,Lindsey and Lisa,for their fabulous work that day. I would suggest you call these women for any makeup/hair services that you need! I highly recommend these talented artists to my friends/family and would definitely use their services again!

The day of the wedding, I was confident that they would do a great job, and they really made all of us (myself, 4 bridesmaids, MoB and MoG) look gorgeous - and still like ourselves. Lindsey graciously dealt with my indecision over my hair and continued to refine it until I was perfectly happy (all with a smile). At the end of the night, I had multiple people mention how well both my hair and make-up lasted throughout the wedding, which was wonderful. Beyond their high-quality work, both Lisa and Lindsey were fun to have around the morning of the wedding and fit in wonderfully with our group to keep the mood very calm and fun.
