Duke Baxter Band

The Duke Baxter Band played our wedding for about 120 people last night. We took a chance hiring them based on internet videos and references so I was initially a little apprehensive. However, we couldn't have been happier with our decision. Their referrals were right on- they were personable and everyone loved them! The guys were so easy going, accommodated our requests, learned our wedding songs perfectly, and were always responsive. They played instrumental Beatles on piano for our ceremony, a jazz trio (excellent!) during the cocktail hour, and then quickly moved into the main ballroom for an amazing night as a 5 piece band. They quickly and seamlessly moved their instruments 3 times because we did everything in one place, yet in different rooms. The song list appealed to the younger and older generations perfectly, simply because they were popular songs that were very danceable. The guests were immediately raving about how great the band was playing and they had the dance floor packed (young and old) with everyone laughing and dancing the entire night. Nobody wanted the music to end. They truly made our wedding special and everything we hoped for. The Duke Baxter Band made our wedding unique and memorable for our guests and us. I honestly can't say enough good things. You definitely won't be disappointing!
