HI, MY NAME IS KELSEY, THE FOUNDER OF DULCE FLORAL DESIGN... I'm a Southern California native + a lover of nature. My floral design journey unintentionally blossomed by helping a family friend with her floral design business. I quickly fell in love with the hustle and bustle of the event industry while becoming overly obsessed with flowers and textures. With an environmental studies background we do are best to create sustainable buy locally. Dulce Floral Design was planted in 2016 and has been blooming ever since!
