Iris and her crew did absolutely amazing for our day! The desserts were absolutely amazing that I am still dreaming about them haha. Iris was super helpful in forwarding the information we needed for the day and for the amount of guests, helping me figure out what to order and included options for those with dietary restrictions and included labels! Future couples, hire Dulce Mia for one of the best dessert establishments you will ever find!

Iris was amazing to work with, and my cake was exactly what I wanted!!
I was looking specifically for someone who could recreate the painted flowers trend and decorate my cake by using a palette knife to create buttercream flowers. Iris understood the assignment! She worked with me to nail down the flavors that we wanted, the design for the cake, and practiced and ran her ideas by me to ensure that I would be happy with the cake. I couldn't have been happier. We've gotten so many compliments on the cake and how beautiful it was.
And because we love a challenge, it was all done long distance without the opportunity for a tasting or in person meetings to discuss.
I'm so glad I got to see her when she came to deliver the cake and thank her in person for everything she did! The cake was the perfect sweet end to a really magical day.
10/10 would absolutely recommend Iris

Iris was so amazing to work with and did everything in her power to get us the cake we wanted even with all the craziness that was going on her personal life at the time combined with just opening her new location. The cake was GORGEOUS and just what we wanted design wise and was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t have asked for better. She has such original and unique cake options as well as more traditional options, something to fit every couple. Highly highly recommend working with Iris! Her work is amazing and she’s sweet as can be.

I’ve used this cake service for years now. She did my wedding cake and a gender reveal cake and gender reveal cookies. . Everything she has done for us has been so beautiful and delicious! We love using dulce Mia cakes for our cake needs 😊

My weeding was short notice and My cake was Gorgeous!! I was very pleased with Iris accommodating my change in venue we got Covid and we had to reschedule our previous wedding date and she reschedule with problems!!! I got so many complements on my cake !! Thank you again!!! Definitely will stop by her shop to get some desserts !!!
