Iris was amazing to work with, and my cake was exactly what I wanted!! I was looking specifically for someone who could recreate the painted flowers trend and decorate my cake by...

using a palette knife to create buttercream flowers. Iris understood the assignment! She worked with me to nail down the flavors that we wanted, the design for the cake, and practiced and ran her ideas by me to ensure that I would be happy with the cake. I couldn't have been happier. We've gotten so many compliments on the cake and how beautiful it was. And because we love a challenge, it was all done long distance without the opportunity for a tasting or in person meetings to discuss. I'm so glad I got to see her when she came to deliver the cake and thank her in person for everything she did! The cake was the perfect sweet end to a really magical day. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Iris
