Hiring Dupree to take care of the catering for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made. From the start when we got in contact with Jeremy, we knew we were in good hands. We voiced from the beginning that we weren’t looking for the typical chicken, green beans, mashed potato wedding meal, and Jeremy went above and beyond to curate the most amazing fall menu that worked within our budget. We have reminisced already about how amazing it was and gotten countless compliments from our guests about how it was the best wedding food they have had. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, but the service was seamless and professional throughout the entire evening. They listened carefully to our vision and brought it to life with creativity and care, crafting a meal that truly set the tone for our wedding weekend. Tom Evans, Managing Partner of Dupree Catering + Events, moved to Lexington, KY from the Washington D.C. area in 2012. Back in D.C. he worked for over 30 years growing a catering company from the ground up that eventually became one of the most successful in that market. Tom, as well as his team of dedicated Event Coordinators, have extensive knowledge and experience with weddings and would be thrilled to bring your ideas to life.

The KY hot brown puffs were an enormous hit, as were the Korean fried chicken with kimchi & bacon wrapped pear with goat cheese. The salad was delightful - even our picky eaters loved it! We chose two proteins for dinner and the quality was top tier. Every plate for all 100 of our guests was cooked *perfectly*. Truly, we have never had such good wedding food! Natalie helped us build our menu and worked so hard to make sure we were happy with our food. We are so lucky to have used Dupree for our wedding, and will definitely be using them for future events!
