Heather exceeded my expectations with the floral arrangements at my wedding! There was a beautiful mantle I wanted to dress up with some floral. Even the staff at the venue said they had never seen it look so full and stunning! It was more than I could have imagined on my own and Heather helped every step of the way. It was so beautiful, we changed our minds about where to take photos after the ceremony and had to take them in front of the fireplace with the magnificent floral arrangement!

I worked with Heather at Durocher to plan the florals for our November 2021 wedding. In our first conversation, even without visual aid (hello, COVID-safe phone consultations!), she "got" exactly what I was looking for and guided me in the direction of seasonal substitutes for some of the more expensive flowers I had requested. She was also very flexible with me, even as I had to change my order (adding one display piece and removing a bridesmaid bouquet) last minute. Our flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Our guests have even complimented us on how gorgeous the flowers looked at our wedding! I would not hesitate to use her again for any other florist needs we may have.

Heather and her team are amazing! They provided our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, mantel decor, and even a little extra for our welcome sign. Heather knew our venue (Union Station, Northampton) well and was able to guide me in the right direction with flowers, as our venue had a lot of character on its own. I showed Heather specific inspiration pictures of bright colors I wanted, and WOW did she deliver! I was speechless when the bridal party bouquets arrived at our hotel, they were absolutely stunning and so much more than I had envisioned. The centerpieces were bright and gorgeous, and I had many happy ladies eager to bring them home at the end of the night. The fireplace mantel decor and welcome sign decor were all gorgeous and the perfect little touches I had hoped for. Cannot recommend Durocher enough!

We hired Durocher Florist to provide the flowers at our wedding at our church and the reception at the Log Cabin. Our wedding was initially in June 2020, which ended up only being a ceremony. We had ordered a bouquet and boutonniere and they unfortunately mixed up the dates. The flowers arrived later than they should have, but they arrived. Durocher was able to compensate us with the mix up and put it towards our flowers for the reception in June 2021. Fast forward to our reception at the Log Cabin last month. We had ordered table flowers, boutonnieres, bouquets, and corsages. The flowers came out so beautiful! The colors and flower choices were amazing, with many different shades of purples and whites! The wedding party flowers were delivered to our hotel right on time, neatly packaged and labeled. The arrangements on the tables at the Log Cabin complimented our center pieces so well. Heather was wonderful to work with at Durocher. She was extremely professional, helpful, and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job with everything! I would highly recommend them to provide flowers for any wedding or large event!

Durocher Florist was highly recommended by our venue (The Log Cabin). After we first met with Heather, we knew why. She made everything SO easy for us and truly delivered on everything she promised. At our meeting, we showed her pictures of what we wanted for bouquets and centerpieces- she matched them perfectly and also recommended nearly identical alternatives that were in-season to save us some money. I was very hesitant to drop money on flowers for our wedding but I am SO glad that I did. After that initial one hour meeting, we just sent some emails back and forth before the wedding to finalize small details. Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be on the day of our wedding and looked breathtaking. We even had my bridal bouquet preserved because it was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. We highly recommend Durocher Florist if you are looking for a stress-free, affordable, and amazing florist.

Heather was wonderful to work with. She took the time to meet with me in person and discuss details via phone. Heather made this one of the easiest aspects of wedding planning! She was caring and creative throughout the planning process. I received several compliments on my center pieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. Beautiful and Durable Flowers. Impeccable Service. Durocher Florist is by far the best florist in the region. From the moment my husband and I met Heather, we both knew right away that she was the perfect florist for our September 2019 wedding. The quality of her flowers (our bouquets lasted for weeks after the wedding!), her willingness to adjust pricing to our needs, and her talent, professionalism, and organization are so far above all of the other florists we visited in the area, not to mention how highly recommended her shop comes (we were referred there several times before we even visited it for the first time!) and how popular it is. Heather went above and beyond, delivering and setting up the bouquets and decorations at multiple locations for us, and she did an amazing job. The flowers were all exactly like we had discussed, except that they were more vibrant, more beautiful and longer-lasting than I could have ever hoped for. We were really blown away. We were provided a great service from the florist. She looked at what we wanted and if the flowers were off season she gave us very similar options which we ended up going for. The bouquets were gorgeous we received several compliments from our guests and the staff at our venue.

My husband and I are so happy we were able to work with Durocher Florist -- and specifically, Heather -- for our wedding. I had previously attempted to make arrangements on my own, with silk flowers, and it was clear that I had no idea what I was doing. When we met with Heather, I provided her with a few reference pictures and the color swatch for the burgundy that was one of the wedding colors, and gave her complete freedom to do what she saw fit. She asked a couple of question about the range of colours we would like to see in the bouquets, and she provided ideas for decor for the ceremony that would be easy to set up and tear down because we were getting married in a public park. When the flowers arrived on the day of the wedding, I was so happy. They were dropped off at the agreed upon time, and they were beautiful. The ceremony bouquet was exactly what I wanted, and the primary roses matched the burgundy for our wedding perfectly. I would highly recommend Heather for anyone in the area. She is such a pleasure to work with, and her flowers are amazing.

I first heard of Durocher Florist when my sister used their services a few years ago for her wedding. I knew I wanted to use them for my wedding too, which took place this past May. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and there were so many great pictures on the walls and in the books to look at for ideas. We met with Heather, who is very professional and knowledgeable. I pretty much knew how I wanted the bouquets, boutonnières, and centerpieces to look from the pictures at Durocher’s, but Heather had great ideas and additions to help us get the look we wanted as well. A few months before our wedding I emailed Heather because we needed to make some changes, and she got back to me right away and updated our contract. On the day of the wedding the flowers were delivered on time and they were so beautiful! They added such beauty and color to our spring wedding, and we received so many compliments on how pretty the were. We absolutely loved working with Heather! She was willing to work with our budget and help create a design that fit our vision and was beautiful. Quick to respond. Book them early but wait until you have your wedding vision in place (i.e, color scheme, theme etc.) before having you consultation. We met with Heather for our consultation approximately 3 months before our wedding day. She was great! Easy to work with, able to visualize and help us complete our vision. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and able to accommodate day of time line changes up to a day before the wedding. They provide a contract with detailed descriptions for each flower, so you know what you are getting and for how much. Highly recommend Heather and Durocher's!

Heather is the only florist I would trust with all of my wedding flowers! She is such a professional and knows her flowers sooo well. I brought in 5 pages of pictures and within 30 minutes she knew my complete vision! A few weeks before I wanted to add a personal touch to the boutonnieres and she was more than happy to accommodate us. The day of the wedding, I couldn't have been happier with the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. One thing I really appreciated was that she was very conscious of day of timeline to ensure the flowers would look their best for the pictures. And she recommended an extra boutonniere knowing the guys would be tough on them. Her floral centerpieces were stunning and completely elevated the reception venue. My husband and I are not great with colors and Heather pulled everything together flawlessly. You want Heather on your wedding vendor team!

My flowers were out of this world!!! My wedding was in September 2017 and I had envisioned my flowers a certain way as this large cascading bouquet and they came out better than I could possibly imagine!! I recently used Durocher Florist for my wedding on July 7th. I had a limited budget to work with and because my wedding was in the summer some of the flowers I originally thought of were not in season. Somehow Durocher Florist created bouquet arrangements that were stunning and exactly what I had asked for and envisioned despite these factors! My bridesmaids said these were the most beautiful bouquets they had ever seen. They fit perfectly with my venue and with the gold metallic bridesmaid dresses! They made the pictures for my wedding. The floral arrangements for my centerpieces were simple (so as not to compete with my own decorations) but beautiful!

Heather Sullivan at Durochers was amazing! People are still talking about the flowers that were at our wedding, our reception and from the bridal shower! She created the most stunning brooch bouquet for me. It was so sentimental-it had special jewelry of mine, my mom and my two grandmothers. The handle had lockets of my deceased grandparents, rosary beads of my grandmothers from their wedding day and my old Irish dance brooches. It was so special and we received so many compliments at this striking bouquet! Heather knocked it out of the park at our outdoor bar as she created a display on our wine barrel bar which was out of this world! The wrist corsages for the moms, grandmothers and godmothers were just gorgeous!

The flowers were all beautiful, but my service during the consult was not what I would have expected from a reputable florists.

We worked with Durocher because they were the preferred florist for our wedding venue. They were super easy to work with, flexible in making changes to our order in the final weeks before our wedding, and worked directly with the venue to schedule the delivery of the centerpieces, cake topper, and mantle decorations. Our flowers were gorgeous! Even better, they lasted for more than a week after the wedding!

Heather at Durocher's a genius with flowers! At our first meeting, we explained to her what we liked and didn't like, and gave her a photo of arrangements we had seen elsewhere and liked. She had so much knowledge about all types of flowers, and made us feel confident that she understood exactly what we wanted. Heather and Durocher Flowers were incredible. Being a novice when it comes to flowers, I shared my colors and my theme with Heather and she made the most beautiful bouquets for me, my bridesmaids, and the flower girl. The colors and arrangement really brought everything together. The corsages and boutonnieres also added to my color scheme and made the entire wedding party look beautiful. Also, they were delivered on-time and the whole process required very little effort on my part. Durocher took care of everything.
