I pretty much knew how I wanted the bouquets, boutonnières, and centerpieces to look from the pictures at Durocher’s, but Heather had great ideas and additions to help us get the look we wanted as well. A few months before our wedding I emailed Heather because we needed to make some changes, and she got back to me right away and updated our contract. On the day of the wedding the flowers were delivered on time and they were so beautiful! They added such beauty and color to our spring wedding, and we received so many compliments on how pretty the were. One thing I really appreciated was that she was very conscious of day of timeline to ensure the flowers would look their best for the pictures. And she recommended an extra boutonniere knowing the guys would be tough on them. Her floral centerpieces were stunning and completely elevated the reception venue. My husband and I are not great with colors and Heather pulled everything together flawlessly. You want Heather on your wedding vendor team!

She was so honest about everything which I valued. I would start to wander out of reality and explain to her my vision, if i had a million dollars, and she would snap me back in reality and truthfully tell me that my original plan was the best way to go. I provided a picture of my dream wedding bouquet, and I have heard of other brides saying they have done the same but yet their florist did not execute exactly what they expected. That is totally not what happened with Durocher. The team at Durocher FULLY executed and literally made my picture that i provided come to life, into this beautifully well designed bouquet. It was absolutely stunning. My centerpieces were just out of this world. I provided white lanterns, and a picture of greenery draping down with some floral on top. They were gorgeous!!Heather was a delight to work with, and I could not have imagined anyone else preparing my floral for my wedding day.

I was almost in tears when I saw how beautiful all of the flowers looked. I had given Heather an old piece of tule with some lace that came off of my mom's veil and asked to have it wrapped around my bouquet, and she did an absolutely fantastic job. I really wanted to incorporate black-eyed susan’s in my flowers but Heather advised me that particular flower does not hold up well when cut and recommended the perfect substitute. All of the flowers arrived on-time and I was blow away with how gorgeous they all were. I received a lot of compliments on my wildflower bouquet. Heather was also the one who advised my groom to wear an ivory shirt because my dress was ivory. I never even thought about matching the shirt to the dress. She was great and I really felt like she cared about giving me the best. If you are getting married in Western, MA, especially at the Log Cabin in Holyoke, stop by Durocher florist and meet with Heather. She will work with you to create something truly magnificent.

They did not try to sell me things I did not need (was thinking of a boutonniere for the ring bearers and they told me it wasnt worth spending the money for a 2 and 3 year old). I couldn't believe how stunning the bouquets and boutonnieres were. They were perfect!!! I need to mention that we got married in Maine...Durocher Florist is in Massachusetts. Heather and her team packed our flowers in such a way that when they got to Maine they didn't look like they had been in the car for three hours. Heather understood this right away and when I decided to add a second flower to my center pieces she made great recommendations keeping my need for an inexpensive, yet pretty flower in mind. For the hindu ceremony we needed garlands that Heather who had never done one before was able to replicate from the images I provided her. y daughter decided to make all the vases for the tables. We met with Heather to show her what my daughter planned on doing and brought her some sample vases. Every vase was painted with different flowers and there were several sizes. We told them to fill them as they saw fit. We could not believe how beautiful they were! The vases were filled with flowers that complimented the designs. Absolutely gorgeous! The bridal bouquet and bridal party bouquets were outstanding!! Heather made everything so easy and everything was delivered on time and with such courtesy. I will use them in the future for all special occasions. I highly recommend them!
