and paid them $800 for large rentals (chairs, chair covers and sashes, arch, doors, and a tent) for my July 4th wedding. I paid on time and they did NOT show up. Not only did they completely not show up, they now have blocked me from all social media and are ignoring my emails. I found out the Director of Events/owner's name (Kristin Mazgaj) and reached out on facebook and at first she acted very nice and said she is working on "figuring this situation out", and now has blocked me also. This is completely unprofessional. Not to mention disrespectful, at first they were very communicative and cordial and even said they wanted to send us a special gift because we are a military wedding. Once they were paid, they disappeared. BEWARE! Do not use them, they are liars, uncommunicative, and disrespectful. Once you pay in full - they will drop off the face of the earth with your money, and not show up to your wedding. Thank GOODNESS I am also an event coordinator and have connections in this city and was able to hire a second company last minute to at least get chairs. But because of this, I now have an additional bill (from the secondary company that saved the day) for $1100 because it was a last minute order and on a holiday, that I am responsible for also. Dynamic Events & Entertainment said they would review my bill & then figure out how they wanted to deal with the situation. THAT'S when they blocked me. On everything. My wedding was literally nothing like I pictured it. No tent, no arch, no doors, no chair covers. That's no big deal, I had a blast and I'm married now! smile emoticon But long story short - please be aware fellow brides and DO NOT give this company your money. They WILL steal it.
