For over two decades, Dynamic James has been providing exceptional DJ / MC entertainment for weddings and special events all over Northern Michigan. A successful and memorable wedding requires someone to be in charge of the evening’s timeline, activities, and announcements. I am more than just a DJ. I embrace the role of Master of Ceremonies by striving to keep the evening running smoothly while coordinating with the photographer, videographer and caterers to make sure everything is happening on time. My DJ and MC skills allow you to focus on your family and friends, so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day, worry-free!

His knowledge and expertise in helping us choose the right songs for various moments were invaluable, making the whole process stress-free.
But what truly sets James apart is his overall professionalism and wonderful personality. He was an absolute delight to work with, making us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. ilable and walked through how the entire day would go, the vibes we were looking for, and any special requests. Our wedding was outdoors and our reception was indoors. James accommodated both perfectly. As we were getting ready for dinner, our chef was running behind and James, after confirming with us that it was what we wanted, easily flipped speeches to before dinner rather than after to adjust for the time gap. The music choices were perfectly fitting for each stage of the day, and then he had us dancing all night long. I would 10/10 recommend DJ James for any event. His professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and DJing music choices were all amazing.
