Jeff was easily our favorite vendor at our wedding. Best DJ to work with by far out of dozens that we considered and a handful that we talked with personally. We planned a very fast wedding in less than 12 weeks and booked Jeff in the final hours of planning, just a few days before our big day. We gave him some idea of what we wanted and a thrown together last minute playlist that wasn't even complete yet he completely nailed it with all the music from the cocktail hour to dinner and the dance. He took our suggestions and played only great songs all evening, His transitions were great. He looked great, like one of our guests! Was dressed super classy and fit right in with the crowd. We had friends mention good feedback before the wedding was even over. He rolled with the punches too, I made a few suggestions and changed things up a few times on him and he made it work. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone asking for a great DJ referall!

Allison & I flew DJ Jeff Atchison all the way from Minnesota out to California to DJ our wedding. I discovered Jeff on Instagram after having done some freelance work for his brother (who is in a band). Musical prowess runs in the Atchison family. Upon first contact with Jeff we knew he was just a genuine, fun guy whose priority was to deliver the best wedding experience to us & our guests as possible. We had a few more phone calls before the wedding day where Jeff gave us the rundown on how the wedding day usually goes in terms of what kinds of music are usually played, specific songs Allison & I would pick out, as well as a few different options for picking the rest of the night's music. This man knows his music. If there was one thing we didn't have to worry about leading up to the day of the event, it was our wedding DJ. The day of the wedding, Jeff absolutely killed it. Everyone danced. People who dance at even the slightest hint of music danced (AKA my older brother). Grandparents boogied. Folks that never so much as tap their feet got down that night. DJ Jeff's broad experience means he knows how to persuade the stubbornest of all feet and tushes into rhythmic, beat-influenced exercise. To put the proof in the pudding, a friend at the wedding is now getting in contact with Jeff to have him DJ his future wedding in Palm Springs.

Jeff was an amazing DJ & we would HIGHLY recommend him for your wedding - Very personable & easy to work with from the start; we really appreciated that he made an effort to get to know us as a couple. He was early to setup, ready to go when our guests arrived, and was both extremely professional and fun the entire night. He adjusted things on the go per our request & really kept the party going all night. We had SO many compliments from guests about the music, dancing, and overall fun atmosphere of our wedding. Seriously the best dance party of my life! I couldn't leave the dance floor all night because the hits just kept coming. Jeff mixes songs together so seamlessly that there was never a lull on the dance floor. Jeff is great to work with, he is so friendly, kind and accommodating. The number one goal for our wedding was to have the best dance party ever. Jeff was instrumental (ha - music joke!) in making this happen. He's super responsive and professional. He has all the tools (lights! amps! mics!) and even worked with our venue manager to make sure we weren't bothered by music/venue logistics. Best of all - the way he blends songs together is amazing - he never lets songs drag out and instead layers them in a way that keeps you on the dance floor all night long. Literally, it's hard to take a break because every song is SO good. You better order some late night pizza to recharge for more dancing. People will remember our wedding dance party for the rest of their days.

I can't recommend Jeff enough. Three years later, people who attended my wedding still tell me it was the best, most fun reception they've ever attended. There were people on the dance floor for every song. There's so much to worry about when planning a wedding, but we never had one moment of worry about the reception music. Jeff is very easy to work with and followed all of our requests perfectly. If you want a fun, energetic, stress-free reception, you won't do any better than Jeff.

I don’t exaggerate when I say that Celebration DJ was the highlight of our wedding celebration. (Besides marrying my lovely wife, of course.) He walks through your evening with you, requesting names of people who will speak and timing of events. His equipment is top of the line and sound quality is perfect.
