My husband and I recently got married and went back and forth on whether we needed transportation or not. A few months before the wedding we decided that we had a lot of out of tow...
n guests and would need a shuttle to take them from the hotel to the venue. All the other limousine companies had so many extra prices. Dynasty's pricing was very fair and Tracey the office manager was amazing to work with. Im actually surprised they don't have more reviews because I can't say anything bad about our experience. The shuttle driver was always on time and they even gave us a complimentary car at the end of the evening to take us back to the hotel. I did a lot of research on the t
ransportation companies and I'm so glad I found Dynasty. We had a seamless experience.
To be honest, I was most nervous about transportation for my wedding day because I was being picked up from my home in Brooklyn and driven to Fordham University Church in the Bronx...
for Mass. Directions to get on campus can be tricky, but Dynasty Limo soothed all my fears. Before the wedding day, they were extremely professional, communicative, and understanding. Frank (who was an absolute pleasure to work with) talked me through a day-of timeline and helped me figure out pick-up times for my limo and two guest buses. On the day of my wedding, the limo and bus drivers kindly called me to alert me that they had arrived--45 minutes early! It was such a huge relief to have them on standby. They didn’t rush me to get ready--they were just nearby for whenever I was prepared to go. The drivers themselves were so warm and friendly; they immediately put everyone at ease. They were true professionals! The drivers were also very safe drivers, which helped me relax knowing that my bridal party and my guests were in good hands. You can’t even imagine how wonderful it felt to have my guests taken care of so they could have a good time without worrying about driving home. The limos was roomy and well stocked with champagne, water, soda, and drinking glasses; the buses were very clean and comfortable as well. Dynasty Limo helped make my day a worry-free, perfect one! Thank you!
I was very unhappy and disappointed with the party bus driver that was provided to us for our wedding. He was extremely rude and unaccommodating. The rolls royce driver was absolu...
tely wonderful and tried to lighten the mood up for me
because I was so nervous. I would not recommend or use their limo service for party buses for any other occasions in the future.
Mother of the Bride
Amazing!! We had the Cadillac limo for our wedding, the car was nice, clean, roomy and comfortable. Our driver was very nice and accommodating, highly recommend them!!!
I used the bus to transport my bridal party to the church and back to the venue. We didn't have any issues and the driver was on time. On the way back to the venue the ride was sli...
ghtly hot but it was a short ride so it was not an issue. It was a good value for the short period of time we needed the bus.
Dynasty was recommended to us by our venue. They were an absolute pleasure to work with when setting up the timeline for our wedding day and very helpful with figuring out what we ...
needed for the amount of people we had. While the Shuttle Bus we had was great (big, nice looking as busses go, and clean) we got married on a VERY humid day and even though our driver assured us the air conditioner was on, it was very hot. Our driver wound up opening the emergency hatch in the roof to try to get some more air in (or so I was told my guests using the shuttle bus)! Overall, although it was a little hot and humid, they were punctual and pleasant!
I used Dynasty Limos because they were affiliated with the store where I had purchased my dress. They are all so nice in the office and the drivers made sure to make my special da...
y, special. I also received a complementary ride to the airport for my honeymoon. All of their services are great. I would definitely use them again!
Used them to take Bridal Party for pictures and guests to and from hotel. Reliable and punctual.
Picked us up on time, very professional, clean and great price!!!
While the cars were clean, nice, and stocked, and we were able to book with them last minute, we were NOT impressed. Drivers were rude and/or didn't know where they were going! I w...
as giving our limo driver directions on my wedding day and then he acted like he "just got stuck at a light". We also used dynasty for our hotel shuttle service, and MANY guests told me afterwards how rude our driver was! I would NOT recommend this company :(
Friendly customer service, good about confirming, ON TIME, clean and beautiful vehicles. We were happy all around with the service and the driver we had was professional and frien...
dly. Everyone loved hiM!
Being a nervous bride, I was scared that the limousines would be late to pick me up, however, that was not the case. Dynasty Limousine was actually 20mins early! Thank goodness! ...
They also accommodated us when we went over our contracted time.
Quick at responding to emails/inquiries/questions, good value, and timely service!
DYNASTY GAVE US WHAT THEY PROMISED BUT IT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER LIMO COMPANIES. THE LIMO BUS WE HAD WAS NICE BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDN...
'T WORK GREAT ON OUR WEDDING DAY. WE DIDN'T SWEAT IT THOUGH AND HAD A GOOD TIME. THEY WERE PROMPT AND GOT US WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE, WHEN WE NEEDED TO BE THERE. THEY WERE NICE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS BUT NOTHING SPECIAL.
Had a major problem with the shuttle at the end of the night but the owner of Dynasty could not have been more professional. The shuttle was VERY late after it supposedly broke dow...
n. They completely made it up to us with a refund for the shuttle and round trip service to the airport. It was embarrassing for us and I'm sure the same for Dynasty but our family and friends understood and everyone got back to the hotels safe.
Dynasty Limos was excellent for our Saturday, 8/4/12 wedding. They were on time and had a really nice limousine bus for our large bridal party! Our limo driver was back to pick u...
s up after the wedding to take us to a nearby hotel. They were professional, personable and timely and really have nice limousines to offer. You should definitely give them a call. Thank you for helping take part in making our day amazing!
We used Dynasty Limo for a shuttle for our guests. The shuttle arrived on time, was clean and did exactly as requested!
The limo and bus arrived early and clean. We had the hottest day of the summer for our wedding, so the AC struggled a little in both vehicles, but the drivers did the best they cou...
ld to keep the cars cool. They were very professional and helped the day run smoothly.
I used this service, they were great on the phone; gave me advice and seemed to know what they were doing. First, my limo was 20 minutes late in picking me and my bridesmaids up a...
t our Hyatt Hotel (big and right off the LIE). Then they were 25 minutes late picking up my fiance. Which in turn made them 25 minutes late in picking up the remaining 2 guest groups which made my ceremony 30 minutes late!!! They got lost on a 15 minute route, broke glasses while en route and are now hanging up on me!!! They not only screwed up their very simple job but caused a huge amount of stress for me and my fiance, my father, my mother and our priest. Our day went off without any other problems! ONLY Dynasty messed up! And their's was the easiest job to preform! I am so crazy angry that I might picket! Don't use them!
Wonderful to deal with Kathleen, and everything including the limo and shuttle was prompt and very professional
This limo company is affiliated with the store that I bought my dresses from, so we checked them out because they offer some kind of discount to the Bridal store customers. We che...
cked several other limosine companies, which did not beat the prices offered by Dynasty. We had multiple vehicles doing multiple transports, so it was a little tricky. The got us an affordble coach bus to take out of town guests from the hotel to the reception, and back. We also used a very nice limo bus to transport the bridal party all around that day, and a Rolls Royce lead car to pick up my father and I, take us to the church, and then take my new husband and I to the reception. All of the vehicles were on time, and the limo bus driver even helped the groomsmen put on their boutennieres!! Everything went smooth and there were no problems. Thank you, Dynasty! PS- I also used the limo bus for my bachelorette party wine tour in April!! It went great!
Our driver on the way to our affair was a snooze...but on the way home and to the airport; the kindest, most generous guys drove us.
The company was prompt and easygoing - the pri...
